AL Coronado Plumbing came out to give a bid for main line replacement. They were totally professional and went over the process from top to bottom. They were very responsive to my needs, as I made changes afterwards and there were no problems. When the water line broke prior to starting the replacement, they had someone out to repair it ASAP even though it was after hours. I have yet to start the project, but so far I am impressed with AL Coronado Plumbing.

AL Coronado Plumbing was professional and attentive from the moment he arrived and through his entire visit. He identified the problem and explained it to me clearly. He took his time to clean out the clogged pipes under the kitchen sink and made sure that the water drained satisfactorily before writing up the invoice. He also informed me of the 90 day guarantee which made me feel confident in a job already well done.

Personalized! That's the only way I can explain my experience! I had black water backing up into both my bathrooms to the point where water overflowed into one of the bedrooms! To say the least, my wife and I panicked! It was on a Saturday afternoon, which I would believe to be difficult to find a quality plumber. AL Coronado Plumbing showed up to my door in just an hour and quickly diagnosed where my clog was and sprang into action! The plumber took the time to show me every issue he uncovered and talked me through all his repairs! He made me feel like his apprentice! Knowledge and kindness were evident throughout my whole visit! AL Coronado Plumbing and their team truly made me feel like I was family!

We had roots blocking our sewer line, which the company had rebuilt 9 years ago. After getting the line open, the team did a thorough assessment of the problem. Al, the owner, then approved to replace the section of the line closest to the street, which was still the old clay pipe and was where the roots got in. He did this at no additional charge. John was the lead on the job and was professional and a good communicator. He was friendly and answered our questions as the job proceeded. His younger helpers, Mark and Mike, were industrious and respectful, so it was no surprise that the job and cleanup was completed in a day and a half, with minimal inconvenience to us. It's not often that you find someone like Al Coronado, a man of honor who stands by his customers even after 9 years. It makes me happy about choosing your company and about all the people I've recommended you to over the years!

Well I had a lot to say to AL Coronado Plumbing about a lot of things. He was courteous, I commented on that. He was very thorough, I commented on that. He was neat and tidy, I really commented on that with major appreciation. He was observant and aware of the issues I was concerned about, but actual water was not my issue and so he wrote a report saying just that. I was so impressed because I just bought this home and it needed to be completely plumbed and central air put in, and while the jobs were done, the workmanship was sloppy and left debris and unfinished framing and so on... AL Coronado Plumbing and I both agreed that people's business ethics have changed a lot and concern for the customer is not too many of the employed with these companies main concern. I'd recommend AL Coronado Plumbing and his crew and will if anyone should ask. It was a pleasure meeting him and glad that I followed through with my needing to know where the water is most likely coming from.

Al Coronado has misleading advertisements on their website. Called to schedule them to come out and provide a bid, their staff advised they provide free estimates as does their website. Appointment was on Sunday 1/2/2022, the day before Al Coronado called me to "gather more information" about out problem. As soon as Al Coronado an insurance company was involved he said they would charge $120+ dollars to come out and they wanted to camera the old line. I inquired why are they charging the insurance company isn't paying for this we as the home owner will pay. Also, I inquired why they would want to camera a line that we wanted deleted and a new line installed, camera is $295.00 (higher than any other company we called). He said they need depth, how big, etc. I advised him he could see the size of the line it was sticking out of our wall, the direction and depth are on the plans. He was rude, argumentative and basically advised me the other plumbing companies that came out knew nothing, I knew nothing, he was right and we were all wrong. Watch out for a company that thinks they "know it all" they are generally the worst ones to do business with. I would stay away from them entirely, most expensive, rude, know it all I have ever tried to do business with. Buyer be cautious. I give them NO stars.

Im writing this review for my 92 yr. old Grandmother and other elderly folks who live in the same retirement community that have unfortunately done business with Al Coronado Plumbing. Im going to venture to guess that if Al does a follow up on this review that he will start with he is sorry or apologizes, followed by his high satisfaction rating from others. My Grandmother was having low water pressure issues in her home and called Al's plumber told her that she needed a new pressure regulating valve installed under the hose bib of her home for $900.00.After the new pressure-regulating valve was installed, the water pressure was lower and worse. My Grandmother then called the water utility and they came out and found a very old and non-functioning pressure-regulating valve just past the water meter box. My Grandmother then had to hire another plumbing company out to take the new PRV from under the hose bib and put it out where the old PRV was, at an additional cost. My Grandmothers neighbor had Al Coronado Plumbing out to get a quote on replacing some toilets, sinks, and PEX lines. The quote came to $6K and change, plus they wanted her to sign a contract so she could not back out of the deal. Probably was going to place a lien on the property as well. Luckily for her, she smelled a rat and sent him on his way. If you want to pay 10 times more than you should, like shoddy work, and being taken advantage of, by all means call Al Coronado.

We needed a company we could trust, and we found that in Al Coronado Plumbing. Our plumbing issues were escalating. We knew we desperately needed a company that could handle our increasing plumbing issues. We went to Al Coronado Plumbing late on a Monday morning. They had someone at our house that afternoon. Wednesday morning work started. Their employees worked for 3 solid days. They arrived when they said they would, they worked full days too! They did not abandon us in this process. It wasn't weeks out to do anything or to come back. Job supervisor checked with us frequently in person and by phone. The 2 other workers also called to inform us of their ETAs supervisor was upfront and honest about cost and what needed to be done. He did not up-sell. He always made sure we understood what was going on. He answered all our questions thoroughly. In all of this we also needed a new hot water heater which they had in their warehouse, rather than send to another location for. A good quality hot water heater. The 2 workers worked efficiently and knowledgeably. All three including the supervisor were professional. All work areas thoroughly cleaned up each day. None of them left each day without ensuring what was repaired or replaced that day operated optimally. The supervisor dealt with the county permits and inspection. My husband and I are so relieved and grateful we found a company we could trust, and who would be honest and do a good job. And in a very timely manner too! At end of all the work an indepth inspection was done. Again we can't speak highly enough of Al Coronado Plumbing and its employees.
