Honest, got it done, would use again, recommend to everyone. Pirate Plumbing is the real deal. They fixed my leaky pipes in no time and didn't try to rip me off. I'm definitely calling them again if I have any plumbing issues. You should too!

So, I had a leaky toilet on my 2nd floor and I called Pirate Plumbing. They came the same day and fixed it up real good! Joey knew what he was doing and got it done quick. I'd recommend them to anyone and I'd use them again for sure!

Pirate plumbing is the best! They were so good! The talking and checking was like nothing I ever seen. They fast found the problem and fixed it quick! Plus, all the people I talked to were nice and smart. I would really tell you to use them!

Pirate Plumbing was great! They came out and found the issue real quick. They worked with Life Savers restoration and Rex Construction to fix it up. AHS told me to call them and I'm glad I did. They acted real professional. I'd tell anyone to use them and ask for them through AHS next time.

Pirate Plumbing is a real mess. They're not professional at all and they don't care about water leaks. HSA American Home Shield fired them and told me to go somewhere else. They have three different phone numbers and if you don't have the right one, you're screwed. It took me two hours to get the right number from American History Home Shield. Their online number is wrong, the number on caller ID is wrong, and their administrator is a total idiot who leaves voicemails without a call back number. It's so stressful! They don't care about water waste and they don't care about my time or money. They're just plain unethical.

Pirate Plumbing came to fix my toilet in the guest bathroom, which no one uses 'cause I live alone. My home warranty company sent them. The dude who came tried to sell me on his friend's home restoration company and said I should file it through my home owner's insurance. I said no thanks. Then his friend called me like 3 times and showed up at my door unannounced. The Pirate Plumbing guy also called me and said his friend was trying to reach me. They were trying to scam me! The Pirate Plumbing guy told my home warranty company that someone leaned on the toilet and caused the crack, but that's not true. The crack just happened! They were trying to get me to use their friend's company and file it through my home owner's insurance. I'm a 100% Disabled Veteran and this is not how a company should treat us. I wouldn't use Pirate Plumbing or their friend's company if they were the last ones on Earth. The only good thing was the girls in customer service who answered my calls. They were professional. But overall, unacceptable! Zero stars if I could give it.
