All My Sons Moving & Storage Beware!

$1287 for a 6 mile move for basically a bedroom set, recliner, kitchen table set, and exercise bike. (I’d already moved 6 car fulls worth of everything I could carry.) They did not bring working power tools and only one person could use the few tools they brought. The others watched while he tried to disassemble things. The movers were nice but they didn’t have the needed tools and they couldn’t fit my sofa or desk out the door (prior movers had gotten them to fit) so I will have to call a junk removal company to cut them up. (Update: they also didn’t reassemble my storage bed correctly, broke a lamp, and damaged my floors.) Don’t repeat my mistake. Use literally any other company.

Recommendation: Do not use them under any circumstances!

All My Sons Moving & Storage Brought the wrong size truck, charged me more than double, held my furniture hostage.

I am filing complaints with the Attorney General of Florida and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

I have lived in 10 states in America from Massachusetts to California, through Alabama and Georgia to Florida. I have moved more than 20 times in my life.

This THIRTY MILE MOVE from North Miami Beach to Delray Beach, FL was by far the worst experience I have ever had. This company from the Owners on down, are extortionists.

I had an 1,100 foot apartment. TINY. No room for kitchenette furniture, no room for a big sectional sofa or big furniture, I hate to cook so I have 4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 forks, no blenders bread makers or kitchen appliances, not even a toaster. It was very easy to describe to the quote “specialist” over the phone; I had 2 king bedroom sets (NO bureaus or chests of drawers), 3 TVs all over 55 inches, a small sectional, a few end tables and a small desk.

I got 3 quotes before my move and All My Sons was the least expensive and they are supposed to be “The preferred mover of the Miami Dolphins”. I packed the kitchen and all the closets myself because that’s easy to save time.

The first ambush with upcharges; they called me a couple of days before the move after I put down the deposit to confirm the day and time and that’s when they inform me about the 18% “Fuel service charge” – 18% added onto the entire bid – a BIG number. At that point, as these thieves are well aware, it’s too late for me to get another mover scheduled, so I have to eat the cost.

Then, on moving day, these 2 [censored]s show up. I later found out that they were both BRAND NEW – 2 weeks old - not only new with the company – they had NO PRIOR MOVING EXPERIENCE. That was obvious and they had no management or tenured representative oversight on the ground which I later found out is protocol at this company.

These fools moved at a snail’s pace. As a metaphor, one of the bedroom sets has a bench at the end of the bed and there are 3 small drawers within. [censored] #1 took out EACH DRAWER and individually wrapped them instead of just wrapping the bench tightly in plastic and blankets with the little drawers in there. That took 25 minutes longer than it should have – and the quote was “just a quote” so when the hours went over, I would be charged.

These two had NO IDEA HOW TO SHUTTLE FURNITURE TO THE ELEVATOR AND THEN DOWN TO THE TRUCK. They were putting one item that was NOT EVEN HEAVY on a dolly at one time – not stacking anything – and wheeling it out. I HAVE VIDEO AND PICTURES OF ALL OF THIS.

One item at a time, so all my stuff ends up in the hallway outside my apartment not even down near the elevator, just outside my apartment door. Then they have to take it from outside my apartment, down to the elevator. By this time, the elevator reservation is expired because anyone could have moved a 10,000 foot house by this time in 3 hours so now these two are taking one item at a time down in the elevator with residents – AND WAITING FOR THE ELEVATOR EACH TIME – NOT EVEN TAKING MORE ITEMS ON THE ELEVATOR WITH THEM.

Fast forward to the end of the day. There is still furniture and items in the garage DOWNSTAIRS IN THE BLISTERING HEAT ALL DAY and THE TRUCK IS FULL. I talk to the Manager on the phone and he informs me that this “happen sometimes and it’s not their responsibility”. I have an 1,100 foot apartment – how could this truck not be big enough?

But then, this Manager DROPS ANOTHER BOMB and goes on to tell me that the workers can only work 10 hours a day by state law including drive time so THEY ARE JUST ABOUT DONE FOR THE DAY. My stuff is still sitting there and THE TRUCK IS THE WRONG SIZE.

So they stand around – on the clock doing nothing - and wait for the right size truck, offload the wrong truck, put everything on the new truck and THEY ARE DONE FOR THE DAY AND I HAVE TO PAY OVERTIME FOR 2 HOURS.

My stuff goes somewhere for the night and I have to get a hotel with my 2 little dogs who are 13 and 15 years old. They were completely traumatized all day having nowhere to go in the blinding heat and then we had to spend $300 on a hotel room in Delray - we got so lucky that there was even vacancy at the last minute in a dog friendly hotel.

The next day, a crew that knew what they were doing showed up, and before they would even start, I had to pay the balance. THEY CHARGED ME FOR ALL OF IT. “STORAGE OVER NIGHT” ALL THE HOURS AND THE OVERTIME – ALL OF IT. AND THEY WOULD NOT RELEASE MY FURNITURE OR START UNLOADING UNTIL I PAID IT. THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS MORE. If my company did not cover this extra cost, I simply would not have had the money to get my things.

I had no choice.

Once they began offloading, little by little over the day, they shared more and more with me about how my move was the “talk of the warehouse” with how badly this move was batched and the protocols that were broken. THEY ACTUALLY FELT SORRY FOR ME AND WHAT I WAS CHARGED AND WHAT I WENT THROUGH. They could not believe I got 2 new guys with no experience, the wrong truck was brought and the OWNER HIMSELF HAD VISIBILITY INTO ALL OF THIS AND SAID, “CHARGE HIM”.

There were missing bolts for the bedroom set and the first set of [censored]s stacked my set of 3 Italian glass nesting tables all the way at the top of the truck. It was wrapped in a blanket but very heavy so when one of the new movers pulled something else away, that table fell to the floor of the truck and smashed.

The next day, I went back down to Miami to the apartment to clean and THERE WERE STILL ITEMS IN THE CLOSET - INCLUDING MY SAFE. They didn’t even pack the entire apartment.

After the investigations are done with the Attorney General and CFPB, I am filing a cause of action in small claims court, I will make sure that ALL OF THESE VIDEOS PICTURES AND COURT DOCUMENTS ARE POSTED ON LINE ON A WEBSITE THAT I WILL CREATE SO THE PUBLIC CAN BE WARNED. It will cost me $15 per month to host a website to make sure that the public does not get burned the way I did.

RUN - DON’T WALK - GET AWAY FROM THIS MOVING COMPANY

Recommendation: RUN

All My Sons Moving & Storage BEWARE !!Worst moving experience ever !

I had sold my condo and though a real estate nightmare, it was put on hold, then with 2 days notice, it was a go. They wouldn't change date of possession so I only had 2 days notice. I did not take time to read reviews, so when I called and they could do next day, I went with All My Sons. Now I know why, worst experience ever. I had used 2 Men and a Truck when I moved in, they moved more and were $500 less. $1700 to move furniture only . That is the not so bad part ! They damaged elevator in the move and will not give property manager their insurance information. That makes me think they are not insured. They still have my furniture, since I don't want to pay until they give property manager their insurance information. When I tried to talk to the manager of the Kansas City area, he hung up on me. Really ! How juvenile. One of the items was given to me by my granddaughter that has passed away.

Recommendation: Run as far away from this company as you can !

All My Sons Moving & Storage Long distance move - items were left behind or didn't get delivered

I contracted with All My Sons because they were a direct mover and could store my items for a month before moving them to my new home from Colorado to South Carolina. I was a bit nervous about the move and thought that if I paid more for the move, I would get better service. Well, I was wrong, I didn't pack my items so that they would be damaged, left behind or lost all together. While most of my stuff was received on the promised date, many other items were left behind (wasn't room on the truck which I didn't know until they showed up with the majority of my stuff. They then contracted with a third party to ship to me weeks later. Most of the items delivered later by the third-party trucking company were damaged. I even received someone else's belongings. The communication was insufficient, and it was difficult to get someone to email or call back. I was supposed to get a call giving me updates but no updates. The third party that they used just showed up because they were told by one of the operations manager to just drop it off regardless of whether I was home. I had no idea they were coming. Because I had filed a claim for breaking my TV, my claim on the second shipment was denied. This isn't how you treat people. This is disrespectful of other's property. This isn't about recovering money. This is about doing your job that you were hired to do. I would never recommend them to any one else.

All My Sons Moving & Storage 25 watches valued @ $2600.00 and coin jar which total over $1700.00

The company moved me on 6/10/2023 from Charlotte, NC to Rock Hill, SC. They spend lots of time fussing with each other. I was only having them to move the heavy items which did not happen. They were things that I had plane to move separately. I walked up stair and so that one of the young men was going thru my dresser draws and his comment was "I want to be assured that nothing is breakable. They pack the truck with quite a few items that were not on the list. They later told me that the truck was packed to capacity. They had brought all my tv's downstairs and placed them at the patio door all together. Before we left, I was informed that the back was locked. I left to deliver my furniture to my new address. After giving it some thought I felt uncomfortable with the patio door being locked. I decided to drive back to Charlotte to check to be assured. When I went through the dining room to the patio, it was unlocked with all my TV's sitting there. I locked the door and left. The next morning, I was informed that the driver had a box truck, and they could finish my move. He later called me back to advise me to get a Penske truck and they could finish my move for $1500.00. I had already paid over $2000.00. I later learned that they took over twenty-five watches and a coin jar.

I'm a neighbor that got caught up this companies drama. First of all they came flying through my alley like a bat out of hell on 7 Dec 24. They're was a loud bang and I thought they hit my house or my fence. It turns out that they broke my wifi cable leaving me without wifi and my surveillnce cameras. They broke my neighbors tree and some of the branches from my tree. I went outside and yes, I was yelling at them. They totally ignored me. I guess they don't train the drivers to look up for wires. I also have a gas line on the outside of my house that I was afraid they were going to hit. I called the company on Monday 9 Dec 24 and talked to a guy that said he would look into it. The impression I got from him is he didn't care. He kept asking me the same questions over and over and replied that he was multi tasking and he didn't hear me! I gave him the date, time and address of the neighbor that hired them. He said there was no record. I don't believe that. I want to be reimbursed for the service to get my cable hooked back up. All I can say is people that are thinking of using this company.. beware! I am an innocent neighbor caught in the middle of this companies drama. If they think that little of me, they won't care about you. All in all that truck shouldn't be in the alley as big as it was. It was about as tall as my house and extremely wide. Oh, and the guy at the company got upset with me for giving a negative review about them. What can I say.. I'm not happy about the way I was treated as a non customer.

All My Sons Moving & Storage Moving service

Moved on Feb 5th 2024. Price quote at initial discussion was a flat hourly fee. 2 days before more, I was advised that movers would need to wrap all furniture. I requested an estimate on time and cost of materials. Advised that based on furniture it would take about 3 1/2 hours. On morning of move, I was contacted to recommend a third mover at a higher cost per hour but ultimately should save me money. 3 1/2 hours into the move they were not even half way done wrapping furniture. After a complaint to the office, they started moving faster and wrapping less. When they started moving the furniture, they scratched the hard wood floor (which had just been refinished in Nov 2023. I discussed it with one of the workers who said OK, you can put in a claim. I called the office again to put in a claim. The manager said that his worker had already sent a picturand said it was preexisting. I explained to the manager that was 100% lie, there were no scratches on the floor and requested a claim form. He said he would email me a claim form. He did not and now every attempt to contact the office is being ignored. I would NOT recommend All My Sons Moving, they intentionally try to increase costs and do not have integrity when dealing with damage done by their workers.

Claimed loss: Scratched hard wood floor

Desired outcome: Repair of hard wood floor

Movers showed up smoking marijuana. They started the move but left items in every room, often not even opening the cabinets but even leaving items in the middle of the floor. They threw gowns and suits into a box loosely, not in wardrobe box. They put camera equipment and art in the same box as free weights. They damaged the furniture. They let my dog out...

If safety keeps harassing and being racist towards me because I'm the only Native American at the Las Vegas Branch. I'll be suing the company. All My Sons Moving & Storage Broken tv, unprofessional men workers, left behind items. And pricing was way to high for the unprofessional job they done.

,72” inch. T. V, screen busted, movers left alot of boxes behind, and the 72” inch t. V wall mount on the wall mount left on the wall. There were miscellaneous things in boxes with clothes like one of my fans was in a box with a bunch of clothes that had hangers still on them. Also, customer service said that yall disassembled and assemble whatever need to be assembled back. Then you have one worker taking a poop in my bathroom for an hour straight! Another worker was flirting with my best friend that was there helping us. And me and her had mostly everything packed and ready to go. So it shouldn’t had taking them as long as it should whatsoever. And also on the day they were supposed to come move us there was only one guy that came and he cannot do it all that by himself. He was supposed to be the manager of the crew so we were supposed to move the next day and be gone and out of there by 12:30 so they can the next day without hand trucks and they are a moving company? And then charge me extra for that. And it should not have taken as long as it should like I said just before because most of everything was already in boxes and packed and ready to go. There was food packed in with clothes. There was vans packed in with clothes. There was clothes shoes there’s some stuff there’s not even got packed and moved over here. I can’t go get that remotes were not with the tvs. Antennas and remotes were not taped together with the tvs and obviously the tv was not protected in any shape or form because it got a busted screen. And my 75-year-old disabled veteran father watches that tv every day, and now can hardly watch it because of the screen is doing nothing but flickering with lines across it and black at the top I have pictures of everything of that nature as well as the boxes they left, as well as some of the grill charcoal grill they left. As well as the tv email the tv that got busted tv email that was left on the freaking wall because they did not have the proper tools.? And supposedly they said that you all do not let them have tools in their trucks. Obviously, y’all don’t let them have hand trucks either because they had none in the truck and then charged me extra really for getting yawls problem brought to me I have to pay for that then going to charge us over $1000 at the end of the day. I love you daddy for what? For screwing everything up I see you’ll have a bunch of lawsuits on you. All I wished I would’ve read all this before not after everything happened. That was my stupidity obviously but now you’re fixing to get stuck with another one, unless my father can get his money back, I want his tv fixed. I want his money back or you’re getting a lawsuit. End of story. Point blank period.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund and appreciate a response back.

All My Sons Moving & Storage Loss of time, loss of brackets and screws

This company performed a move where they had to return and assemble the office desks on a second day. They sent back a different crew. The second crew could not find the screws and brackets for our very large desks. The desks were never assembled, but we were charged for the time the crew spent looking for the screws and brackets. Our staff also helped look. At this point, I consider the desks a total loss. The company stated they would reimburse me for the screws and brackets if I went out and found some. I wonder how long that would take? How long would I have to be on the phone trying to find these pieces? Who is going to come out and assemble them? The morale of the story? Don't use All my Sons.

Desired outcome: complete reimbursement for loss of use and time spent attempting to get resolution.

All My Sons Moving & Storage Moving (local, in town move)

My move was on August 26th in Raleigh, NC. It was scheduled to begin at 9 am and end at 2 pm. The movers arrived at 9:35 and began the move at 10:10 am. I was charged starting at 9 am. This seems unfair to me.

Here are my grievances:

1. The crew stood outside my apartment talking and looking on their cell phones for 25 minutes (I counted) before starting the job. There was no sense of urgency in wrapping my furniture and getting it out the door, even though I'd moved all of my things into the living room. The lead on the move spent a majority of her time scrolling her cell phone.

2. According to the company, the crew were supposed to come with any tools necessary so I wouldn't have to lift a finger to disassemble furniture. They had no tools, and asked me if I would do it myself--which would mean that any damage to the furniture would be my fault. I said no, I won't, because that's your job.

3. My bed was assembled when I bought it, and since they didn't have the wrench to take the headboard off the frame, the crew stood around scratching their heads when trying to get it through the glass door of my new home. I had to show them how to loosen the door so it could be opened wide, and provide them with one of my wrenches. One of them thought it best to take the entire door apart. Luckily, I stopped them before that happened.

4. My bed frame and my dining table were scarred during the move. The amount I was allowed to claim will not cover the cost of the repairs to the furniture.

5. The person in charge hurried me through the signing process before my items were unloaded in the new home, saying they couldn't unload until I signed. I felt undue pressure to read all of the fine print as fast as possible and sign so they would actually do the work in an expedient manner. This made me feel downright panicky.

6. The head mover wasn't able to interpret some of the line items on the Bill Of Lading when I asked her to explain them. This seems fishy to me. Why should I have to sign off on and pay for a job before it's completed to my satisfaction? Why can't the lead mover explain the terms on the Bill of Lading to me? Unprofessional.

7. All of the boxes I was supposed to digitally sign were already signed with someone else's scribbled signature. I pointed this out and the lead on the move shrugged her shoulders, said she didn't know how to clear the signatures out, and told me to "Just sign on top of the signature that's already there and that should be okay." Again, this seemed fishy and risky--my signature doesn't accurately show up on the Bill Of Lading. Is this legal? Do I have consumer rights here?

7. I was coerced into leaving a stellar review. The lead on the move showed me how to leave the review by clicking all five stars for me, and typing in a thumbs up, then saying "just click post here" (which she did) and "get a picture with us to post" and then orchestrating the whole thing. After they left, I went back to Google reviews and changed it to a two star review.

8. Because of their unprofessional demeanor, casual attitude and inept knowledge of how to fully wrap my furniture, what should have been a three hour move with a 15 minute travel time turned into a move of over 5 hours and a shocking price tag of over $1500 for a local move of just over fifteen minutes door to door.

All My Sons pride themselves on being customer focused and dedicated to getting it right, striving for a stress-free, damage-free, and confusion-free moving experience.

This was NOT my experience, and it sure would be nice if one of their representatives would make it right.

Desired outcome: I would like a response, an apology, and a reimbursement of $400, which is less than 1/3 of the cost of the move.

All My Sons Moving & Storage Final payment

On 8/30/23 I used All My Sons Moving and Storage to move some furniture and boxes from a storage unit to my new house 5 miles away, one trip. The charge was supposed to be $189 labor per hour plus 1 hour travel time and 18% fuel charge. My scheduled time was between 12 and 3 and they showed up at 3:30. When the truck arrived at my house I had to sign paperwork for payment before they started unloading the truck. At 5:45 they were finished and the truck was driving down the road as my step mother was pulling up in front of my house. The messages below are the emails attempting to contact the company and have them send me an itemized statement showing me where they get their numbers from. As you can see I sent emails and called with no response.

If the company is going to charge the customer overtime then that needs to be disclosed and if the $100 deposit is non refundable and not put towards the price of the job that also should be disclosed to give the customer the option to find another company that's upfront with their pricing. For a two hour and fifteen minute move I was charged $892. Had I known they were charging me $283.50 for the last hour I would have had them finish organizing the heavy items and fully accessed that last hour but instead I was charged $283 for 15 minutes time.

To Whom this Concerns:

I sent the below message on 9/4 with no response as of yet. I called on 9/7 and after 30 minutes on hold and 4 transfers I finally spoke with a man that said he would look into this and call me back. The way he said it I assumed he was going to call back yesterday but still no call. When I looked over my contract and added up the amount including all your extra fees your amount is still $100 over for the deposit that was supposed to be deducted from the amount and was not. The two hours was my mistake, it was two hours and 15 minutes. Again, I assumed if the time went over the initial two hours, it would be billed in 15-minute increments. So, charging me an hour at overtime rate for 15 minutes, I was not aware that's how your billing department handled things. Paying your employees overtime is the right thing to do but not at the expense of an unaware client.

So, I'm asking again could you please send me an itemized statement showing how your numbers add up to $892.08. Charges on my credit card statement are $100 deposit and $792.08 charge for moving day.

I just checked my credit card statement, could you please tell me why I paid $892.08 for an hour travel time and 2 hours labor at $189 per hour, and why there is a charge for overtime? My scheduled time was supposed to be between 12 and 3:00 pm. My numbers don't add up to your amount charged, so could you send me an itemized invoice showing how my charges added up to $892.08? Two hours labor and 1 hour travel time at $189 per hour only adds up to $567.00.

Thank you,

Desired outcome: I would at least like a refund for the $100 deposit and compensation for the overtime charge I was unaware of. A response for my inquiries would would also be the right thing to do.

All My Sons Moving & Storage All my sons

Demand letter

to whom it may concern,

i don’t know if this company is a scam using your logo but i have an email from zack and sean using this logo but the number on your web page is different. Anyway, here is my story i contacted all my sons moving and several others about september 1, 2023, move. All my sons and one other company gave a quote of $199.00 an hour the other company said it would take 7 hours for a one bedroom move. Zack and or sean wasn’t sure it would take 7 hours but they could not do it on friday september 1, but told me i should put $100.00 deposit down because the slots go fast. So, i did and settled for saturday september 2, 2023. I am an older disabled woman that goes to bed for the night by 6 pm. I brought from home depot 7 boxes, tape and wrapping paper. This was not a move that was thrown together the last minute everything was packed, properly wrapped up and ready to go a week ahead of time. On september 1, i went to my new apartment got my keys dropped off food and a mirror. Saturday, i got up and ready for 12 noon. At 12:15 i called got sean who said i was the second move and they would be there about 2 pm so i called an uber and took some bags to my apartment i have the ride so uber is only $3.00 for me. Got back by 2pm called again at 2:15 pm and was told they were running late they would be there at 4:30 pm or zack offered monday which i had to work so it had to be done saturday i am stuck i have no choice i have to wait. 4:30 came and went they arrived at 6 pm. Three kids not one of them over 25 years old got out of the truck sean or zack who are older were no where in sight. These kids were tired and properly hungry because supposedly they had been working all this time. Not only did i not move into my new apartment until 10 pm these young, but exhausted children also dropped and broke a/c fairly new, printer, iron board, the stool that goes with my makeup desk, and they scrapped up my kitchen table. They tried to hide the things they broke and when i noticed the printer looked funny in the sheet it was wrapped in, they denied it like children do when they break things. The youngest one was even argumentative with me they were aware that my property was broken and damaged before they took $1, 261.16 out of my account on september 5, 2023. Zack nor sean felt it necessary to inform me they were working with only a 3 boy crew or that they were kids. This is my demand letter if the $1, 261.16 that was taking from my account on september 5 along with $100.00 that was taking from my account on august 4, 2023 is not returned by october 12, 2023 i am suing all my sons, zack, sean and those 3 boys i will be suing for $7000.00 because i missed two days of work and church on sunday because i was so tired. I will be suing for cruel and unusual punishment to the disabled, unfair and deceptive practices, and theft with the intent to defraud. I will file so many complaints with all the deffierent government agencies you all will not be able to open another business on earth when i am done do not play with my money!

sincerely,

allison graham

Desired outcome: my money back

All My Sons Moving & Storage Moving services

We hired All my sons moving for July 20th and to have them store our stuff until July 28th. We worked with David Budler (sales) which was a huge mistake. He was not part of anything other than when I signed and as far as customer service went was awful. He even stopped taking my phone calls.

On the move out they damaged the walls of the home and stairs as they didn’t do anything to protect either one. The movers were very unfriendly, and one mover even talked about having to go to court (I won’t disclose for what for)

When we finally received our belongings, a different staff showed up (late) and as they unloaded our belongings, we realized that destroyed furniture. ripped couches and 2 love seats, broke our China cabinet, broke end tables, broke 2 TV stands, ruined my sleep number bed, scratched, and chipped our bedroom furniture. We filed a claim and were ignored for more than 2 weeks, (and currently at week 3 with NO resolve) When I finally was able to get someone on the phone the lack of empathy by AB Balderas (employees name) made the entire situation worse and felt I didn’t really matter. This was the absolute worst experience of my life.

Thank You All my sons for ruining what should have been a great experience moving into a brand new home for me and my family.

Desired outcome: refund and paid damages

All My Sons Moving & Storage Missing table legs

We used All My Son's Moving for our move on June 14th of 2023 and everything went well, except for the legs to our dining room table were missing. This is a 100 + year old family heirloom and cannot be simply replaced. Me and my wife both called multiple times and were treated rudely and put on hold for unacceptable amounts of time. We stayed on the line as long as we could despite their unbelievably annoying hold music! We did not want to have to call back and start all over again. We were promised multiple times that they would deliver the table legs when they had a move in our area. It's been 45 days since that promise and nothing. If it were not for this, I would have been reasonably happy with our move and not complaining.

Desired outcome: We just want the legs returned, if they in fact, have them. If not, we will require financial compensation.

All My Sons Moving & Storage Moving service

I was extremely disappointed in the 3 guys they sent to do my move. I do not think it was worth the 3700 I had to pay. They were taking their slow time playing on their phone walking slow talking and playing around. The move was supposed to be done in one day and it took two days. I had to sleep on my floor because I didn’t have beds. I have never been so frustrated in my life. My mom, aunt and myself could have moved faster than them and got [censored] done a lot quicker. I have had other moving companies and they have done a great job compared to all my sons. They also left boxes in my garage that belonged inside. They also had to restock the truck because they did a horrible job the first time and couldn’t fit what was in my storage. Once they restocked the truck they could fit it. Overall I will never use them again.

Desired outcome: A refund for at least part of what I paid for.

All My Sons Moving & Storage Broken furniture and stolen equipment.

All My Sons Moving & Storage moved us in early July and in the course of the move, they broke a wooden file cabinet and the mover said: "What do you expect from particle board!" After the move was completed, I discovered that they stole my hand truck and a four-wheeled furniture dolly. These were clearly marked with my information and did not match any of their equipment so they can't say that it was a mistake. Also, while moving our refrigerator out of our old house, they gouged the wood in the door frame.

I've sent multiple emails to the company and directly to the Moving Consultant and have not received even so much as an acknowledgment. They continue to ignore my requests so I am notifying everyone that they should stay away from this mover and go with a more reputable mover!

Desired outcome: I would like All My Sons Moving & Storage to either return my stolen equipment or refund the equivalent in costs. I also want them to reimburse me for the broken cabinet and the gouges in the door frame.

To all concerned, I am writing to share a nightmarish tale that my 67-year-old mother and my 90-year-old grandmother endured during their recent move with All My Sons Moving & Storage / Business Development, LLC. Prepare yourselves, for this is a story of unfathomable incompetence, deceit, and utter disrespect towards my vulnerable family members. On July...

I did a move with this company on July 15,2023 and was quoted for 189/hr. The first phone call I had to make the appointment I went over everything I wanted to move. The second phone call to confirm the appointment they had everything WRONG in their itinerary! From my telephone number to where they were moving my stuff! This made me very nervous but I still...

All My Sons Moving & Storage Moving services

I scheduled a with All My Sons (AMS) moving on 6.9.23 for the moving date of 6.21.23. It was for a Uhaul Box (similar to PODS) packing as we are moving from NE to GA. I placed a $100 deposit and received a confirmation email.

On 6.16.23 I received a call from AMS confirming the move along with the suggestion to increase the manpower from 3 men to 4. I agreed.

On 6.21.23 (the move date) I spoke with AMS at 2:20pm to confirm approximate move time as we were their 2nd move of the day. I was told that the estimated completion time for the first move was 2.45pm and that the crew would call me to confirm their start time. That was the last I heard from them. I was frantic as the Uhaul team was scheduled to pick up the boxes on 6.22.23. I made multiple calls, on hold for a 1/2 hr with no answer, I tried texting, emailing, no luck and no show.

On 6.22.23 I called into AMS. I was told,"there are no notes on the account, so I can't tell you why they didn't show up, and all the trucks are out for the day." When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was on vacation, but they would have him call me back tomorrow.

On 6.23.23 I called back to AMS and spoke to Gerrod. He seemed very unconcerned and stated that the email I received was not a contract. One of the men had gotten sick in the truck, but he didn't know why they didn't call me. I stated that I didn't need the truck as they were loading Uhaul boxes and that this impacts peoples lives. He stated he would refund my $100. But that was about it.

Things happen. The lack of customer service, communication, or care for the impact the lack has on people's lives is unconscionable. AMS motto of treating customers as "a circle of friends" is a joke.

All My Sons Moving & Storage Incorrect quote

On June 14th I was quoted a price of $179.00 to have one sofa delivered from Temple Hills, MD to Owings Mills, MD on June 23rd I spoke with Juliette. I put down a deposit of $100. She never mentioned anything about someone calling to give me another quote. I received a call today from the Operations Manager and he quoted me a price of $880.00 3x the amount I was quoted. This is poor customer service when your representatives are quoting incorrect amounts. I called the customer service line and was disconnected 4 times and spoke to about 5 representatives with absolutely no resolutions. This coach was for my daughters baby shower I'm giving on June 24th. This is absolutely ridiculous at the last minute I'm trying to find another source to have the couch delivered. And my deposit will be back in my acct 3-5 days. I googled moving companies and I chose this one because of the name. THIS decor is for my daughters baby shower. I ordered the decor based on the quote I was originally giving.

MY ORIGINAL ACCT NUMBER WAS [protected]

Desired outcome: OFFER SOMETHING

All My Sons Moving & Storage Shattered mirrored glass of my china cabinet, ripped couch, destroyed lamp shade

I received no response before regarding the damage. I gave up for quite a while. I would still like some one to evaluate the dammages. One mover tried to carry my china cabinet by himself but dropped it just on the patio of this appartment. I don't know how the lamp shade was ruined, or how they ripped my couch. When we unpacked the tv we found that one leg of the stand was completely broken off. I was very lucky that my stepson had a leg and was able to repair that damage. Also I discovered the next day that a hugw amount had been left behind at the house. I completely filled my vehicle.
