Horrible service, I wish AT&T didn't hire them for roadside assistance
Horrible service, I wish AT&T didn't hire them for roadside assistance. They didn't finish the job even though they charged my debit card. No tow truck arrived, and when I called again after waiting for hours, they wanted to charge me extra. I asked for a refund because I didn't want any more trouble. It's been a month now, and I haven't received any callbacks, refunds, or explanations. Just terrible service all around!
We're a contracted provider for Allied Dispatch
We're a contracted provider for Allied Dispatch. We've got a bunch of POs with credit cards that got declined. We just wanna get paid for our services. I've been trying for 4 months and the unpaid charges keep going up. We've called their dispatch, but they just transfer us. There's a voicemail saying they'll call back in 24-78 hours, but they never do. I've called and emailed, but no response.

Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.

- While Allied Dispatch Solutions has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 0% of 11 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
- Allieddispatch.com has relatively low traffic compared to other websites, it could be due to a niche focus, but could also indicate a potential lack of traffic and popularity. The allieddispatch.com may offer a niche product or service that is only of interest to a smaller audience.
- Allied Dispatch Solutions protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
Allied Dispatch Solutions don't pay bill
Allied Dispatch Solutions don't pay bill. We work with them as a roadside service provider. We done many jobs for them, but they don't pay for the work. I tried to ask about it on their portal, but it didn't work. I called their hotline and they told me to leave a message and they'll get back to me in 24-48 business hours. An agent gave me an email address to send the outstanding PO numbers, but I still haven't got paid.
You guys still haven't paid us the $*** you owe for the work we did
You guys still haven't paid us the $*** you owe for the work we did. We were originally hired by *** back in *** to do some towing jobs. But now, Allied solutions has taken over ***. And guess what? They still haven't paid us the $*** we're owed. I've been trying non-stop to get in touch with the regional rep *** in *** to get our money, but it's been a total waste of time. He keeps making excuses and dodging my calls. I even asked for his boss's phone number, but he flat out refused to give it to me. We've got unpaid invoices dating all the way back to ***. And if you factor in our 2% late payment fee, you guys would owe us way more than $***. We just want what's rightfully ours for the work we did!
I asked for a tow on July 23rd at 7:13pm
I asked for a tow on July 23rd at 7:13pm. They sent the tow truck and charged me $15.75. But they didn't tell me when they cancelled it. I had to call the tow company myself. They said it was cancelled right away, but it took them 40 minutes to get through to Allied on the phone. I asked for another tow at 8:34pm and they charged me $38 more. The tow truck finally arrived at 9:59pm. I called AT&T/Allied on July 25th and they gave me an email address for customer service. I sent two emails, one on July 26th and another on July 30th, but I haven't gotten a response. Why did it take me almost three hours to get help? Why did they charge me for two tows when one was cancelled? And why was the second tow twice as expensive as the first one? It seems like I'm being punished for Allied's disorganization.

I had an incident on Jan 22 and on Feb 6, Allied Dispatch Solutions, LLC overcharged me for towing mileage and refused to provide a receipt for the amount paid. I contacted Allied Dispatch on Jan 22 for a towing service at the intersection of Hwy 14 and James Rd exit in Memphis, TN. They claimed that I was towed for 38.7 miles and charged me ***. However, on Jan 23, I contacted them again and explained that there was a discrepancy with the mileage. I verified with *** Towing company that my vehicle was actually towed for only 12.2 miles. Along with requesting a refund or the difference in mileage, I also asked for a receipt. From Jan 23 until Feb 6, I repeatedly contacted them to request a receipt for the towing bill, despite being told multiple times that I was overcharged. On Jan 30, I followed up on the matter, and on Feb 3, I followed up again regarding the refund and/or receipt. At that point, I was told to stop calling and that it didn't matter where I was told from, as I would not be issued a refund. So, I asked about a receipt once more, and the person on the phone said he would email it to me, but then abruptly hung up.
So, I had two calls, one on the 6th and the other tonight at 2:30 am
So, I had two calls, one on the 6th and the other tonight at 2:30 am. I'm a provider, not the only one for you or Allied Towing. They said I usually do a lot of tows for Allied, but this guy who called the last two times has been very unprofessional. On the 6th, he sent me all the credit card info and the customer's number. The customer told me she was stuck on the side of the road for an hour and a half with her kid and someone else. I tried to run the card to complete my task, but it declined. Then tonight, on the 9th, at 2:30 am, I got a call from a guy named John, the same guy who spoke to me on the 6th and gave me the job details. He said he would call me back if it got approved. I gave an ETA of 30 minutes, and he called back in less than 3 minutes. When I answered, I said "Book A Hook Towing" three times, but he ignored me and hummed loudly. Then he hung up on me. I want someone other than him, a supervisor or someone higher up, to call me back. I do a lot of business with you all, and I want this sorted out. It's very unprofessional for someone representing your company, especially for the customer who could be in a bad situation on the highway with children. If I can get a response back, I would greatly appreciate it. This is Book A Hook Towing and Recovery LLC in Newport, Kentucky. I'm sure I'm on file, as I've done several jobs for you all. Thank you.
I've been promised a $*** refund for over a year and still haven't received it
I've been promised a $*** refund for over a year and still haven't received it. I've tried emailing and calling multiple times, but no luck. On ***, I asked for a tow truck through my *** roadside assistance. They sent a tow truck that was too small for my SUV. The driver said they would send a proper tow truck, but no one from Allied ever showed up. The *** Police Department had to call a tow truck for me. Allied said they would refund $*** of my out-of-pocket towing cost, which wasn't covered. I emailed *** (Member Relations Department) at *** on *** to follow up. She said my reimbursement was approved. I emailed her twice after that, saying I still hadn't received my check. She replied on *** that a second check had been mailed. But when I tried to email her again, my emails bounced back as undeliverable. So I decided to call Allied Dispatch at ***. I started making phone calls around ***, at 1412. The first call got transferred to someone unnamed, and I left a message. But I never got a call back. On ***, at 1444, I made multiple calls to Allied and spoke with ***. She said she would transfer me, but after a few minutes, the call got disconnected. I called back, but the line went dead after one ring. At 1453, I called again, but all I heard was music playing for minutes without anyone picking up. At 1507, I blocked my number and called Allied once more. *** answered again and said she would transfer me to a 'manager,' but I think she just put me on hold. After 7 minutes, the call got disconnected.
I called for a tow on 04/10/2022 and got a text saying my oop fee would be $46.00
I called for a tow on 04/10/2022 and got a text saying my oop fee would be $46.00. The agent called me and I told her I couldn't pay through the expired link. She said I could pay through her, so I did. They charged me $111.00 for the tow and when I asked why, a woman agent said her manager would check the call and get back to me. The agent called back in about 20 mins and said the $111.00 charge would stand because "me and the agent never discussed a price over the phone." He said even though the text said $46.00, the agent was "going to tell me that the prices increase on Sunday but since I cut the agent off she didn't get a chance to tell me of the price increase." I told him it's not my fault because whether I cut the agent off or not, it was the agent's responsibility to inform me of the price increase since I was going solely off the text stating $46.00 and received no other notifications about paying more. The agent said his decision stands and I could talk to his manager or even his manager's manager, but they would all say the same because if I hadn't cut the agent off, she would have told me about the price increase. I told him he was assuming and didn't know what the agent "would have" said. Based on the call, the agent NEVER told me about a price increase. I've been an ATT customer for 20 years and had roadside assistance for YEARS and never experienced anything like this!
On 7/13/22, I called Best Roadside Services (Allied Dispatch Solutions) for a tow
On 7/13/22, I called Best Roadside Services (Allied Dispatch Solutions) for a tow. The agent from BRS made a mistake with my vehicle's location, and it took a while to find a towing provider. I ended up waiting on the roadside for two hours before being told that a provider would arrive in 60-90 minutes. I called the provider to confirm, and they said they weren't coming because they had agreed to a lower fee with BRS. The difference was $40. I offered to pay the provider the extra cash, and they agreed.
The next day, 7/14/22, I called BRS and spoke to a supervisor to express my disappointment. They said they would pass on the information to Member Relations (Allied Dispatch Solutions) and that I would be contacted within 24-48 hours for reimbursement. Since I hadn't heard from them by 7/18/22, I called BRS again. They said they would send another ticket to Member Relations, and I should expect a response in 24-48 hours. However, by 7/20/22, I still hadn't heard anything from Member Relations. When I asked to speak directly to Member Services, I was told it wasn't possible.
On 7/22/22, I spoke with someone who acknowledged that my situation was a "perfect storm" and transferred me to Member Relations. I spoke with Member Relations and was assured that I would receive the $40.00 reimbursement. It has now been over three weeks, and I still haven't received the agreed-upon money. I called Member Relations three times, but only got voicemail. I left messages, but no one has called me back.
