I got a first mortgage with Alpine Credits for my Condo. I am a Senior and it was the only way to get a mortgage because of low income.
After a year they raised my payments 800 dollars a month because interest rates rose in Canada. Interest Rates are now falling and Alpine Credits will not lower my monthly payment.
The monthly payment is now more than double what a bake would charge. Is this even legal.
Is there a place to complain or sue them in BC where I could reach out.
thanks
