Altel has stolen my information and taken control over my Connectivity Affordability Benefits.

I received an email from Xfinity informing me that the Connectivity Affordability Benefits that I was approved for that applied to my Xfinity cable account were not being applied. When I called and spoke to the people at the Connectivity Affordabablity Program I was told that two companies were now using my benefits neither was applied for by me. One is Altrl the other one is Maxsip telephone company.

Only Xfinity should be approved. ONLY XFINITY.

Back when AT&T decided they wanted out of the wireless business they said I needed to go to another company.One day I get a brochure for a cellphone(there was no company name on it anywhere), it asked what model phone I had and they would try to match it.( Actually 2, one for wife) They were not even close, The phones were so primative.The main problem is they gave me a 15 day free trial then in a few days they eztended it another 15 days.After 6 days of not being able to fully get it activated I decided to forget it.Oh and when I got the phone that's when I found out it was alltel.So I signed up with cingular which later ended up becoming AT&T(go figure).Now about every 3 months I get a bill ffom a collection agency for $460.I don't know what to do, I would hate to pay it.
