Cellphone contract
Would like to cancel the contract I can't be paying such a lot of money for a simple phone like that with just 1gb of data..the phone they offering is not even like the one I'm using and it's less bt they giving me an HTC phone for R460 a month so I won't be able to pay such amount I jst googled the phone they are offering and I see its even not such a smart phone like the one I'm using. So please cancel the contract

Misrepresentation of products
On the 3rd of January I received a call from your company that I qualified for a contract FOR an A80 WITH 256GB INTERNAL MEMORY and I did my research online to find that specific for a Samsung A80.
I waited for over a week and on the 10th I was instructed to accept the debit order as the driver was about to deliver of which phone never arrived until 5pm on the 16th January it was a cheap phone worth a thousand rand with no name 64gb of internal memory with a dysfunctional power button.
I use a phone worth R17K. Imagine such a disgrace.
On the 17th Jan my account was debited R449.00 after countless promises that I will not be debited for a parcel that I have not received as It is not a prepaid phone.
Am I on a prepaid contract or what?

On the 8th September 2022 i received a call from blue label about qualifying for the cell phone iPhone . I was so excited when they deliver the deliver another phone HTC wildfire E LITE ON CELL C. I have to pay R359.00 for 24 months. I phoned Blue label to cancel my contract they never came instead they were deducting . I've been phoning them they never care. After 3 months I gave that phone to my son. IN October 2023 the phone stop working and I phoned blue label to complaint they promised to come and collect the phone but they never come and I've been phoning them with no luck. I've been paying the phone that is not working since October 2023. I went to my bank and cancel the debit order but it's still deducting. Blue label is the crooks that are stealing the poor peoples money because I really don't know what must I do now that's why am involving Ombudsman. Cellphone contract cancellation and refund
I took out a cellphone contract with blue label connect on 20 November 2023 and I was not happy with the device they delivered and I returned it within 7 days but to my surprise they still deducted money from my account and I called them about it and asked for a refund but nothing and again in December 2023 my account was debited again by them and I keep on calling them and they giving me different stories everytime and today on the 27 January 2024 my account was debited by blue label connect again I don't what to do anymore...is there a legal way I can take

Unauthorised debit order deduction
Blue label connect deducted R379 from my bank account on 14 December 2023 without any authorisation, which is theft/fraud. I phoned them explaining that they took the only money out of my account which i need to buy food with, they just said theres nothing they can do and then they'd drop the fine. 3rd call the consultant apparently told me that there is no one like me on there system and my query will be send to head office. Blue label connect have authorisation from me to deduct my contract money on the last day of the month as i only get paid then. That was the only money i had left to feed my children with as i am a single parent. I opened a criminal case against them. No one is allowed to take from anyone without there permission and secondly the phone dont even work and they dont want to assist me with it.

Hi on the 23 October 2023 I requested a sim swap with rmcs on call, the said my number would be active in 3 days time today still my number is not connected, I call again and the lady that was helping me was rude, I am losing important call, I just want my number back and opt out from this RMCS think, I am so disappointed. I applied for cellphone contract with Blue label connect, they promised me Samsung A52 but they brought Blackview A52 i called them they came and collected it. I called them to inform when their courier came for collection, they told me they got it and its in good condition they will cancel my contract, Boom month end i got debit order from them i called several times and they said i must send banking statement i did email it even today i did not got my answer

2022 March or May I applied for a contract phone' A53 samsung, and they brought black view A53 then I cancelled the deal within two (2) working days. now in my credit history is see that am being blacklisted; but I don't know how, because I cancelled the contract long time ago. in some point they debited me R379, and the never refunded me again they tricked me and the Deduct R189.10 unfortunately I reverse it.
Desired outcome: i would like them to remove me from their system because now am blacklisted where as i don't know why.

I was contacted by blue label connect offering me a cellphone contract and they delivered it on September last year 2022,on the 26th december the phone just went off they I contacted them on the 28th and they promised to come and collect the phone and they never come until they debited money on the 15th of January and I keep calling them to come and collect the phone and as usual they don't come ,on the 15 february they debited the money and I reversed it and they contacted me asking asking why I reversed the money and I told them I can't pay for the phone that was not working and they said they have appointment to come and collect it on the 23th and they never come,15 March they debited double the amount and when I go to the bank it says undisputeble then I told the lady from the bank to stop the debit order thats when they start harassing me me whith their phone calls ,even now I m still stuck with their useless phone since last year December and now we are ending may 2023.

Very poor service
I took out a contract over 2 years ago and when wanting to upgrade i've gone back and forth been told I would be contacted but still nothing months later... Im am not happy I have called to cancel this contract then all of a sudden I get called for an upgrade and I already took out a contract with cell c a month ago cause they did not just help me... People have dropped the call on me said they have sent me emails but I got nothing... They are thieves and I don't want them taking any more of my money... I'm being debited for the phone I do not have
Last year I applied for the phone it was delivered by corier only to find out later that day that he phone is not working, I called the company to come and collect it, the lady I talked to apologies and they send courier again to come and collect it, I became sick and I was admitted for months, now im better, I check my statement the debit is on, but when I remember that time whn I called them I spoke to lady manager a lot coz and I end up transferred to another manager where I cancelled the contract verbally and she assured me that it was cancelled coz I never used that phone and sim card was still sealled, last week I called to ask for refund, the guy gave email address to email all my bank statement from when debit start till now, I did that. Then tuesday on the second of may 2023 I follow up on the called I was told the money will be refunded between today on the 4th or tomorrow on the 5th. Today I called earlier the guy told mi there is no double deduction done so, no refund. Plz I need help from the seniors or manger becouse this is no fair, not right coz why am I being charged so much money while the campany have all the record that phone is with them and I did nothing wrong please help me. Auothorised Edgars account charges
Blts has been charging an amount for the "use of a vault" to my Edgars account. I requested a recording of the call where I agreed to purchase this service from Blue label telecoms. Firstly, it took over a year for the company to provide the recording and when they did - the recording does not indicate that I agreed to purchase anything from this company. Secondly, I have never received the service they are charging me for but they continue to charge for it. I have repeatedly requested that this service be canceled it took months for it to be canceled while I was being charged for the service - Edgars requested that I be refunded for the amounts, but this was never done.
I demand that blts refund me for all the amounts erroneously charged to my edgars account.

Consultant called offered me a contract in december 2022 which i took which was of ZTÈ phone with 128gb ,4 back cameras with 48 megapixel.To my suprise the phone they delivered was not what i was promised.
I sent them several emails asking them to pick up their cellphone because its not what we aggreed upon because im not going to pay for that cellphone, no response till today and im suppose to start paying now of which im not, until they pick up and deliver the right phone i will pay them.bad service.

I got a call from a sales agent in June, offered me a cellphone contract at the time I was quite interested due to me getting robbed and had no phone and I was using my moms, I agreed and the agent told me I qualify for a Samsung Galaxy [censored], however when it came to delivery it was the sulfone I don't even known what cellphone that is, I then started paying the contract but at the same time I called in to say it the wrong device and I want the contract terminated however no one got back to me the end of last year someone only got back to me, told me they will pick up the device send it to the assessors and have me refunded they never came to pick it up, again I queried and they came to pick it up finally I was told their company does refund once a week, told me I will get my refund on the 13.01.23 came to that day they emailed saying the device is still with the assessors and it will be refunded on the 20.01.23 however up until today I never go my money back and me and my family was struggling with in this week to us not even having a plate of food nor electricity in my home, I've never seen such a disgusting service as I woke in the collections department of where I work and the customer service is [censored]. I've been emailing back and forth with one of the customer service agents by the name of Lennox and he is ignoring me now when he confirmed my money I was supposed to received 20.01.23

I have escalated the complaint that the blackview contract phone is not working yet you guys debit left right and centre, I have called and sent emails to the customer email address and being told it takes 3 days this company is robbing people and nothing is done about it.
You honestly think in this day and age people have money to waste then I would rather go with intellicell that is customer service.
