Blue Label Telecoms review: ITC reference number request

Kindly assist with the ITC reference number as requested. I have been waiting with no feedback from you. Now I am being told that I have to wait for 60 to 90 days now which is one thing I don't understand coz before I was told to wait for 7 to 14 working days which is seemed to be lies now coz the person I spoke to today changed to the 2 to 3 months meaning I will be without my device nor cellphone number for such period. Meaning that the person who found my phone is using it and will be using it for the next 2 to 3 months freely since you have not blacklisted because if you did I could have received the ITC number by now. I am surprised why it takes so long with your company to blacklist the cellphone because with other companies they provide it to you as soon as you report the case. My insurance only gives me a month to deal with all the required documents and now I am stuck here with the most important thing that you guys are failing to provide. I am very disappointed with your company.
