Please hire people who can do their job, I have complained from 25 November 2024 till today 11 December 2024 I am still the one who has to call and find out if there is any progress. Money was deducted after I had closed (returned) the cellphone and the penalty was already deducted but I am struggling to get my refund back. Poor service each day I phone in to get a different story, from FNB to Capitec how long will a refund take honestly. I will never advise anyone to take a contract with Blue Label.

Blue Label Telecoms is wasting your time and avoiding repayment. Stop emailing them every day—when you call next, ask them for a fixed date in writing. If they continue to avoid it, go to your bank and claim that it was an unauthorized transaction. Get started where it matters while being ready to let go off the ineptitude of their service. And if need be, submit a complaint with a consumer protection agency.
