It's been 3 weeks now since you delivered this router but only worked for 4 days yet you deducted my money. why? Blue label connect company please come and collect this useless router an pay back my money.
It doesn't have network, sometimes am connected but no data, I also been told to sign in. I complained about this 3 time yet no solution but capable of deducting my money.

I recently cancelled my Cell C contract as I needed to move my contract to a Vodacom business contract with the new company I joined. Since canceling I have been debited an amount of R188. It seems strange that I was debited after a contract was cancelled. I called the Cell C contact centre on 084135. They were not able to help and I needed to call [protected] - this seems to be an external call centre with Blue Lable. They were not able to help and effectively advise they could not give me a reference number, email or feedback on this. I am now complaining as I need an answer as to the following:
1. Why was an amount of R188 debited off my account despite my contract being cancelled
2. Confirmation in writing that there is no active debit order
Desired outcome: Feedback within 24-48 hours and reversal of R188 if incorrectly debited.

i received a phone in August and the sim card that came with a phone never worked. i have been calling Blu ever since and i don't get help. And now they blocked the phone but still I'm the one whose calling them asking and begging them to fix the sim card issue. All Blu label agents are useless i can even mention the few that i spoke with.
Cellphone still not delivered.

Cellphone contract with blue label connect
They are not helping me at all. I am asking for upgrade dates but they never give me a answer. Just tell me when the contracts end. uuuum Ok but what date and when is my contracts ending. I send them emails earlier on this year also with no luck. If they do not want to do business then cancel the contracts with no cost to me as they do not want to assist me. BUT I have 2 contracts with them and not just 1.
So if they do not want to help me then cancel the contracts with no cost to me how ever.

Blue label connect
Good day,
I was contacted by Blue Label Connect and was promised a laptop, but instead received a cellphone smaller than my own. The day it was delivered, I told the delivery guy this is not what I ordered. He refused to take it back and told me to contact the company directly.
The package was delivered on 12 November 2021. I phoned in that same day to cancel my contract. I was told that someone will be sent to collect the package and I will get my money back if any deductions were made.
It is almost a year later and they have not collected their phone and is still deducting money from my account monthly despite how many calls. The phone is still in its original packaging.
It is almost a year now and I am still waiting and I have to phone my bank every month to reverse the debit order.
I have spoken to a manager, Elan on 22 September 2022 at 10h23 who said it will be resolved soon, but they are still deducting money out of my account which costs me extra every time I have to reverse the deduction.
Can you please assist?

I called today 25/10/2022 and got a reference number CM106648 that my account is up-to-date.
I then call the SHR attorneys that contacted me REF: SH78029075. And the confirmed that my account has been handed over and I owe them R6434 and need to make an arrangement with them and cancel the debit order from BLC.

Airtime subscription
Blue label telecoms has been charging my Edgars account for two services that I have subscribed to and the services have never been provided. When you request for documents or recording of when or how one consented to these service they are unable to provide tangible evidence, instead they will bury you under emails of explanation that does not make sense.
I have been cancelling this service July 2021 but I am still charged for it and they can't provide refund albeit it that they service was never provided anyway.
One is unable to escalate any query with this company , the staff is unable to deal with the queries. It's almost as if they want to frustrate you so you leave the query so the company does not have to account for incorrect subscription or refund.
Edgar's continuously allows this company to charge us for services even though they can't even provide evidence of how the customer have consent for these services.
Desired outcome: Blue label telecoms must refund me for all the incorrect services charged and the interest paid in the services.

Blue label connect not honouring contract
I wanted to get n phone for my son and at that time this company called me out of the blue and offered me a contract which I decided to go for. But Having done business by accepting a 24 months cellular contract from this company has turned out to be one of the worst decisions I've ever maid.
I only discovered after my son kept asking me mont after month to load his number with airtime and me asking him what the hell he's doing with all his airtime, that his number is not being loaded by the service provider with the airtime that is supposed to come with the contract. I don't know exactly for how long this has been going on and Vodacom can't tell me because they say I must query the matter from the company that I took the contract from.
So I called the company and reported the matter, after which the customer support agent told me he will escalate the matter to the relevant department and they will follow up with me, but I never heard from anyone. Another month go by and I call again, just to explain the situation to another agent and to be told it will be escalated to the relevant department, and never heard from them again. Another 2 months gone by and not during any of these months any allocated airtime was loaded which meant that nothing was done about my problem.
Then I had enough and decided to go to my bank and dispute the debit orders for the months from when I reported the issue to see if they will phone me then...and true as bob I got a call from their collection department. For the fourth time I told my concerns to the collection department agent, who also said she will escalate the matter and whom also told me that the department that handles allocation of airtime is supposed to come back to me within 24 hours of my complaint which at that point I laughed because it's a joke.
I told the collection department agent that when they fixed the problem I will gladly repay the the debit orders and continue as normal till the contract is over, but if not I will dispute the next debit order again.
Since then the matter has not been fixed and they did something to prevent me from disputing the debit order at my bank, and they have been debiting my account with payments going off and still no airtime being allocated to my son's number.
They are not only taking money for a service that they are not providing, but the are also keeping on to try debiting my account for the debit orders that I disputed sometimes twice a day.
After reading all the reviews here, I have come to the conclusion that Blue label connect is a fraudulent business operation. They offer contracts to people who will otherwise not get a contract from any other major cellular service providers, just to take advantage of people that can't afford to complain and must just be happy to receive the worst service possible... actually no service at all. But I won't be that person and I demand that they stop taking my money, and stop trying to take money for a service that was never provided.
I will tell this story on every possible platform which Blue label connect is using to lure their victims.
Desired outcome: Stop taking my money for service that is not rendered and terminate any relations between us.

Kindly check your records and reverse my monies to my bank accounts as soon as possible.
As seen on the attachments, monies were deducted from both my Standard Bank and Capitec bank accounts, and I definitely did not give your institution permission to do so. The amount also differs significantly from the amount I have signed for and authorized by debicheck, which was R159.00 per month.
Positively, a major breach of the Agreement.
The situation is untenable, illegal and fraudulent.
This matter I will, after your 2 days response time, take further in all legal spheres as well as your Ombudsman.
It shows a total lack of professionalism and an infringement of my personal information, citing POPI Act, as well as breach of the CP Act.

I have been calling for 4weeks now trying to cancel my airtime subscription and getting my sim back to prepaid with no success every time I call I get a different answer but with no help so far last week I called for a sin swap and they told me is successful bit when I put it in it says emergency calls only I called again and they told me I haven't done any sim swap or there's no sim swap assigned to my numbers yesterday and I still logged for a sin swap again and I have to wait again for 24 to 72 hours before it will be successful
And that's means I have to wait till Wednesday to check again if my son swap is success and have to call again
I've used 300 airtime already trying to do only sim swap and cancellation of my son contract that I didn't sign up for. And now I don't even receive airtime anymore but my sim still contract. I want my prepaid sim back

I received a HTC Wildfire From blue label om
immediately informi g them of this problem the lady who answered the phone she then said it will be escalated and I would have another device by the 11th February 2022, reason being I ordered this phone specifically for my son as his birthday was on the 12th of February. So after this first call I made reporting this situation. I have received no feedback whatsoever from anyone. I phone various times leaving my work numbers as I do not have a cellphone anymore cause it was stolen and emphasising that no one has given me any feedback as to when this device will be replaced. I then phoned on the 15th of MARCH 2022 to find out what has been done to solve this problem , then i was informed that the device needs to be collected and then only after 7-14 days I will only receive a new device, THIS WAS ALSO UNACCEPTABLE why? because why should I sit without a device for 14 days but I am not the peraon who created this mess. THE PROBLEM WAS ON YOUR SIDE. So she said she will escalate the problem and someone will get back to me I also made sure that my work numbers were correct and informed her that I want this sorted as soon as possible. After this I phoned atleast twice every second week anf NO ONE WHATSOEVER CAME BACK TO ME (So my son has been using the device with WIFI only for him this is ok cause I could not stand empty handed on his birthday its unacceptable)
I feel as a customer this is UNACCEPTABLE, your customer care is really( excuse my language) UP TO [censored]. I even asked so many times to speak to a Manager just to be told Sorry no one is available? Really you cant tell me that there is no one available wirh any authority to have been able to assist me with this situation. I am so tired of hearing I will escalate the complaint, cause no one ever gets back to me.

I would like another device as this device. I cant send this device back cause my son has already damaged the screen if you had done what you were suppose in the first place I wouldnt have been in the situation if your company did what they were suppose to from day one. I've received a cellphone contract offer from one of your consultant. I actually agreed and she told me that I'll receive the options of phones of which I qualify for. I did not receive anything. Until I received a call from the Corrie Company asking for my address where they can deliver the phone. Airtime contract
Hi, I was made aware of airtime contract that I never took, agreed nor signed upon. My vodacom sim card has now been suspended and I'm unable to receive or make calls. Please cancel the subscription as I never took it and remove my number from contract to the way it was on prepaid as I never took any contract with them.
