Hi there i have taken a phone on contract, it was delivered yesterday 16.05.2022. I phoned yesterday to ask how long does it take for you to submit my information to Transunion or whoever you use so that this account can show on my report as I have taken the phone to increase my reort. Upon signing in with you I also asked how do I go about if I want to pay extra on the account and there was no answer at all.
Desired outcome: Answer on when can I expect to see this account on my credit report.What do I do if one oft he months I feel like paying double for the phone to finish it earlier that 24 months.

So I have cellphone contract with you guys and I have very disssapointed in the service I have been getting. Since day one I havent received any data, airtime, minutes as I was promised with cellphone prom package deal.
I have been speaking to how many consultants witch no one of them can assist me in solving this matter and no am getting highly affected by my credit scoring cause after not receiving what I promised I decided to block the debit order and with countless attempts to get incontact with Blue Labe Connect, and even after all the emails I have send still uptill today no one has come back to me to solve this matter and no my payment is going higher by the months they still not sorting out my problem. I am very unhappy with the service they render to me and am honest I wont tell people about blue label connect.

My contract ended, end of Feb. 2022. My account is still being debited. When I call im sent from pillar to pillar. I would like a refund with immediate effect. This is going on for two month now. Unacceptable.

SIM Swap
I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company since from 29 March 2022 at about 15h35 I had called one of your representatives to assist me with SIM swap whom advised me to wait for +- 8 to 10 working days for the SIM swap (REF C2598A) that had never happened or I was not assisted with my problem of getting SIM swap done.
On the 13 April 2022 I had called your company to do a follow up with this matter, one of the consultants told me that she will escalate the matter to admin department and it will only take 3 to 5 working days, If SIM swap is not being done, I must call them for follow up (Fatima), They all offered nothing but apology when I am calling them with my SIM. Your representative doesn’t take my matter to a serious consideration then proceeded to call you company again on the 21 April 2022 where they’d told me the SIM is damaged, I went and buy another SIM Card, I repeatedly tried to ask your representative about the SIM swap again I was asked to send the serial number ([protected]) this time they told me to wait another 48 hours, there was still no joy. On the 04 May 2022 I had called them again were one of your consultants promised me that SIM swap will be done within 48 hours nothing happened, On the 06 May 2022 I had called again for follow up concerning the SIM swap I was told that they will escalate this to the admin office Due to my concern I had to call them back to ask the contact of their admin, I was not lucky enough to obtain the contacts numbers your consultants refused. (Nokulunga). I am feeling that It’s really a violation of my rights to get access of many that is registered with my contacts numbers. were of interest to me, but they refused to deal with my problems. We ended to come to a solution about this matter without either of us having accomplished anything.
I am most annoyed that I wasted a time and money (and 30 day's calling with a SIM Swap) waiting for escalation to show up. My impression of Blue Label Telecoms Limited has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about how my existing number is being managed by your Consultant and Admin Offices.
I trust this is not the way Blue Label Telecoms Limited wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have been with you since the company offered or changed my SIM to Contract and have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.

Cancelled contract still not cancelled

Online, receivedand cancelled the contract the following Monday as Blue Label Connect does not operate over weekends.
It is now almost 2 months later and I still have the device which has still not been picked up either.
Money has already started being deducted from my account for something I cancelled.
Please advise asap and collect your phone.

I would just like to thank Edwin Ncuba, After 14 Days of calling in and no assistance He finally resolved my query. My HTC was stuck on software error mode couldn't do anything.. I phoned and they said they will send a courier to collect my phone, gave them a call again after 2 weeks to do a a follow up and I spoke to Edwin who told me its just a hitch... He advised me to refresh my system by pressing the volume up button and power off button for 20 seconds until my phone shows the android simulator. Well done and keep up the good work., you need more friendly, helpful agents like him on your team!

Loose screen of the device

Sim swap
I had an account with edcon years back they offered me a contract which I didn't want I have been from Pilar to post trying to cancel the contract since 2015 but failed. Now my phone is lost I wanted to do SIM swap I went to Vodacom they told me they can't help since my number belong to blue label which is news to me since edcon once told me it's RCS. I called them they told me I have to wait for 8days to do SIM swap which is inconvenient and outrageous. Some of us use this number for work u can't wait for 7days for a mere SIM swap. Ref B981CD

Please note on this day 05/04/2022 I recieved a call from a lady that works for your company. She advised that I qualify for a phone contract. I told her that I want iPhone 12 in dusty pink colour. She asked for more details including my place of work, house, banking details and said she will send more info via SMS. When I opened the contract agreement online I saw that its says they will deliver BLACKVIEW [censored] phone which is not what I wanted! Kindly note I won't be paying for something I never wanted and I will take further action against your company and make you trand on social media for selling lies!

Blackview A60, received in November. mid February the handset stopped working it won't even charge.
Lodge complaint in Feb, they said they will collect it within 14 days, till today nobody came to collect it.
When I collect they said my complaint has been escalated but I haven't received any feedback. It's gonna be a problem to pay for a fone that is not working while I'm struggling for a handset to use, even though I till recieve my airtime

RMCS offered me airtime contract for R25.00 each month from September 2018 it was supposed to be for only 12 months, then after 12 months I can cancell it. So after 12 months I went to Edgars tried calling them to get them to cancel the airtime contract as I also wanted my number back, each time we called they were never helpful sometimes the phone will just ring alone they wouldn't pick up. ive call this company many times but they never cancelled my subscription. I think this company scams people by selling them false information. this has been happening from 2018 till to date I haven't got my number back, they don't call as they did the first time they sold me their subscription. my email address is [protected]@gmail.com.

Cell number not working
I have a huge problem with my contract.
I can receive calls and sms's but cannot make any calls or sms's.
On the 4/3/2022 I called in and was told to get a new sim card, as I lost my sim card.
I then went to Cell C and acquired a new sim and called in, spoke to Renita and gave her the new sim details. She advised me that it will be escalated to the sim swop department and will take 48 to 72 hours.
On Monday the 8/3/2022 I called in again and was told byTemba that I need to get a new sim, I explained that I have already done it and it was escalated to the sim swop dept.
She told me that it will take 7 days?
I called in again 10/3/2022 as I cannot believe that it should take that long and spoke to Vuyokazi, once again a different story, I was told to do a sim swop and get a new sim, I got really frustrated and did not act in a cool manner so the phone call was disconnected by Vuyokazi.
On 11/3/2022 I called in again and spoke to Xoliswa Siyali, she was great and finally understood what the problem was, as at that stage the sim was not active yet, she was a star and got the sim activated on the 8/3/2022, fantastic!
Just to be disappointed again; I could receive call and sms's, but cannot make any calls or send sms's, when I try to make a call or send a sms it gives an error vocally when calling " your call cannot be completed because you need to RICA your cell number"
Xoliswa has tried to help me since then and we have been up and down to try and get this sorted, she even went as far as to escalate this to Cell C, without success.
I in return has been to Cell C and was told that the line is open and Blue Label needs to complete the Rica process on their side.
I am now at the point where I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the incompetance of the staff except for Xoliswa, I cannot make calls, do my internet banking as I cannot link my new number to my bank as it is not sending the confirmation sms to my bank.
I am in sales and need to make calls all the time, I have also bought airtime that will expire shortly and cannot use it.
I have now gone as far as to research the board of directors and will be sending them this mail to try and get the service I am paying for and not receiving, you are now also in breach of contract as I am not receiving the service I am paying for and nobody seems to be able or competent enough to resolve the issue, you are costing me sales and monetary decline.
I think I have been very patient and need help to get this resolved today.
Desired outcome: Resolve the issue as soon as possible and refund my money spent.
That was the mail I sent with no response!
I even went as far as sending message one of the Directors Mr Dean Suntup, without a response.
