Sim swap
Since i do sim swap 6 weeks am waiting when i call they laugh at me they said they are only call centre thers nothing they can do i even call head office the lady of reception said if i want help i must come to the office beside that i will wait the whole year how can u said that to a customer . She said many customer are complaining about this company they only get help when they come to the office am in mafikeng i must travel to jhb leave my work just for sim swap something that they can do over the phone am so so disappointed i regret taking this flexi red

Cell number not working
I have a huge problem with my contract.
I can receive calls and sms's but cannot make any calls or sms's.
On the 4/3/2022 I called in and was told to get a new sim card, as I lost my sim card.
I then went to Cell C and acquired a new sim and called in, spoke to Renita and gave her the new sim details. She advised me that it will be escalated to the sim swop department and will take 48 to 72 hours.
On Monday the 8/3/2022 I called in again and was told byTemba that I need to get a new sim, I explained that I have already done it and it was escalated to the sim swop dept.
She told me that it will take 7 days?
I called in again 10/3/2022 as I cannot believe that it should take that long and spoke to Vuyokazi, once again a different story, I was told to do a sim swop and get a new sim, I got really frustrated and did not act in a cool manner so the phone call was disconnected by Vuyokazi.
On 11/3/2022 I called in again and spoke to Xoliswa Siyali, she was great and finally understood what the problem was, as at that stage the sim was not active yet, she was a star and got the sim activated on the 8/3/2022, fantastic!
Just to be disappointed again; I could receive call and sms's, but cannot make any calls or send sms's, when I try to make a call or send a sms it gives an error vocally when calling " your call cannot be completed because you need to RICA your cell number"
Xoliswa has tried to help me since then and we have been up and down to try and get this sorted, she even went as far as to escalate this to Cell C, without success.
I in return has been to Cell C and was told that the line is open and Blue Label needs to complete the Rica process on their side.
I am now at the point where I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the incompetance of the staff except for Xoliswa, I cannot make calls, do my internet banking as I cannot link my new number to my bank as it is not sending the confirmation sms to my bank.
I am in sales and need to make calls all the time, I have also bought airtime that will expire shortly and cannot use it.
I have now gone as far as to research the board of directors and will be sending them this mail to try and get the service I am paying for and not receiving, you are now also in breach of contract as I am not receiving the service I am paying for and nobody seems to be able or competent enough to resolve the issue, you are costing me sales and monetary decline.
I think I have been very patient and need help to get this resolved today.
Desired outcome: Resolve the issue as soon as possible and refund my money spent.
That was the mail I sent with no response!
I even went as far as sending message one of the Directors Mr Dean Suntup, without a response.

Lost my sim card whenningot.to.vodacom.to.my surprise I'm on contract with blue label what what.been calling the 087 no for the past month now and still no assistance from.any agent .they keep saying.my cell is not captured correct and that it's been escalated .I shud wait for 72 hours dont know how much long will.i wait.my job on the line since I'm.unreacherble.need help.desparatly

Initially when I agreed to this contract I understood that I will have 2 pay a once off payment of r349... And thereafter a monthly installment of r149... Ever since I started dis contract in november 2021 i've been paying r349... And I have been getting phone calls that i'm 1mnt in arrears... I explained 2 your accs department on numerous occasions to get someone 2 rectify dis matter... But all dey do is tel me dat I am in arrears...
Desired outcome: I want someone 2 call me o send me proof in paper o via a recording 2 we're I agreed on a monthly installment of 349........if dats da case I would have applied for a Samsung o I phone.....not a crap ulephone

Contract Cellphone : Blackview from Blu Label Connect/Telecoms
Good Day
I reported that the cellphone you sold me has not been working for 5 months. I've been calling for assistance, but no one has responded.
I've been following up on a weekly basis for a response and asking you to come get the phone for repairs, but nothing has been done, and yet every month at the end, you run into my account to deduct the R350 without fail. You are failing to serve and deliver as promised, when you sell your products.
Please be aware that I will not be making any further payments towards the phone until I receive assistance or the phone is repaired. The service you provide is a disgrace and a disaster.
Desired outcome: I want the working phone as I am making full monthly payments.

Unauthorized airtime deductions
I have been charged to my Edgars account for the preceding three years for a Cell C airtime contract and mobile vault, which I never gave approval for nor have I ever received a sim card from the company.
I called the service center in December last year to stop the charge to my Edgars account and receive a refund. I was then informed two weeks later that the contract for the airtime was cancelled and the agent I dealt with mentioned that they saw no request for refund.
I then mentioned that it was a cancellation of the airtime and the mobile vault and refund of the airtime. They told me to resubmit the complaint with the reference number. I received no feedback.
When I followed up I was informed the mobile vault was cancelled and that no request for a refund was put into the system. I resubmitted for a refund and received another reference number. I received no feedback.
When I followed up with my refence number I spoke to an agent that informed me that all requests and complaints including the refund were listed on the system and that she does not know why the agents I dealt with previously would have told me other wise. It was the escalated by her manger all information and reference number were provided. When they submitted, they received a notification back stating the request was invalid without any explanation.
It is now mid March and still I have received nothing, no can they supply any proof of me giving authorization for the contract to go ahead.
Desired outcome: Full refund and apology

cell phone and sim card contract
i have taken a contract with blue label telecoms last year March i had lost my sim card I have not been using the card since November last year, I have reported the matter on the 2 February 2022 since then i have not yet received any resolution of which they said they will link the sim card with my account, every time I call them the consultants says they will escalate the matter .
Please assist me with this problem

My new phone says cannot connect to mobile data
I got my Ulefone Note 6 Friday 04 March 2022 and Saturday I bought 2 gig data for my new divise and it does not connect to my phone, its says mobile data off but it is switch on, I switch on WIFI at work but that does not work nether, I've called numerous numbers on the website but everytime someone give me another number to dial, please advise soonest

The sales lady sold me s11 samsung and i recived a ulefone which is worth 2000 cash and I'll be paying 350 for 24 months which will amount to r8400 and to me that is so ridiculous and its not value for my money . Fraudulently putting my number on contract
I am very disappointed at the scam that this company is doing.
I had been my vodacom number for close to 30 years, I went to Vodacom shop to do the Sim swap and I was told that I'm under a contract with Blue Label connect. I have never signed a contract or subscribed to have an airtime agreement with anyone. Now my number is blocked which is linked to all my personal details. I called you guys and you told me that you will escalate the matter whereas i cant even withdraw money on my e wallet. Please assist me ASAP as i did not have any agreement with you.

Debit order on Edgars account fraud
Blue Label started deduction of a Vodacom subscription of R69 from my Edgars account since November /December 2021 which I did not authorize.
I see this as fraud and theft.
But now I can't seem to cancel or stop it even after numerous emails and calls.
I have the same problem. They’ve been stealing from my Edgars account for the last 5 years…since 2017
Edgar's and Blue Label are thieves,. They added a cellphone contract policy to my account without me authorizing it, and continuously state I accepted it via sms... this is not the case.
I have spent the last 2 months trying to resolve this with Edgars and they keep on passing me onto Blue Label, who just tell me that I accepted via sms.
I am now canceling my account with Edgars, as I am tired of fighting with Blue label.
Out right thievery...
How disappointing Edgars, that as a long standing client you are not bothered to sort this out...You just pass me on from one call center to the next saying you are escalating it...
Cell phone and smart watch
Hi I purchased a cell phone and a smart watch aswell with the package I took.
I then completed everything I needed to do from my side. The same day of the package arrival I informed the company my smart watch wasn't working they then advised someone will collect and [censored] the watch and if needed replace it. I sent constant emails with very little response the debi check payment went off 2days earlier then I requested yet I still have received my smart watch I received my package the 15th of december the payment went off on the 25th of december and I still haven't received my smart watch I have then canceled the contact and was advised the will come to collect i'm still awaiting the collect
