Dear [Company Name],

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company. Last February, I entered into a cell phone contract with your company, and unfortunately, I have encountered numerous issues since then.

The problems with my phone began shortly after the contract commenced, and despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance, it took three weeks of persistent calling before someone finally acknowledged my concerns. Even then, it took an additional three weeks for the phone to be collected for repair or replacement.

Throughout this ordeal, I have received no communication from Blue Label Connect regarding the status of my device or whether it can be repaired or replaced. Instead, I have been bombarded with relentless calls demanding payment for a service I am unable to utilize due to the faulty device.

I refuse to pay for a service that I do not have access to, and yet, the calls demanding payment persist without resolution. I urge you to review the notes on your system regarding my case, as this level of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company.

For your reference, my reference number is Belinda, and my cell number is [protected]. I expect prompt action to rectify this situation and provide a satisfactory resolution.
