Lady, I spoke today over the phone, was not helpful in any way, rude, and had no empathy at all.
She is not letting me explain or suggest alternative options, saying it's open and not a change of mind so they cannot exchange for the recliners with additional cost that I am willing to pay for the recliner.
We opened it in front of the delivery guys and then found the fault on it with the damaged dust cover underneath and reported it to the Amart store manager in person who recommended raising a warranty claim with you.
