Amazon Logistics lack of services

Dear Sir/Madam:
My name is Tony Bobet I resided in 1710 Seward Avenue, Bronx, New York City 10473, Apt#5-G. I am filing this complaint to Amazon.com and they located at 5414 1 Ave S Ste B Seattle, Washington 98108. I order on the web pages. The item I order LG Electronics 8 x USB 2.0 Super Multi Ultra Slim Portable DVD Writer, Price $35.05. Order# [protected]. I order on November 22, 2019. And, I didn't received whom was going to be the carrier. When I speaking with Consumer Services, Adilya. She tell me that the carrier of Amazon Logistic and I didn't want that kind of service. I prefer the USPS, FedEx, UPS. I thought she did that. Its was a lie. I was so pissed off that i being waiting here for my package. Below of this page I'll show of what kind of service I am getting.
P.S. I don't I will get an receipt for the item. Because, They want me to use Return Label. If they want me to send it back to them. I want to them to kiss my [censored].

Amazon Logistics delivery service

On 07/29/2019 I was stunned when an Amazon Logistics agent tried to shove a package into my USPS mailbox. When it won't fit, the agent left the box on top of my mailbox. I would not have believed it if I had not seen it with my own eyes. What a lazy, ineffective delivery agent ... no wonder the agent was driving a white unmarked van. To make matters worse, getting to someone at Amazon Logistics to listen to my compliant is impossible as they hide behind the internet.
