AEGC did an amazing job removing my old roof and replacing it with a new roof, gutters, and drains. I can't believe they did it all in one day. Their attention to detail is amazing. The clean up and restoration is exemplary. Great job, team and AEGC.

My roof was just replaced by American Empire General Contracting. I was dealing with Marcos. Since day one whatever Marcus promised to me, he delivered. Which is very rare these days. He helped me with every step of the process. He is very professional and has excellent knowledge about the subject. As he promised the job was done in one day and it was done very professionally. After the job was finished, everything was cleaned up nicely. I am very happy with a job and I would definitely recommend American Empire. Great job guys.

It was a pleasure working with Rene and AEGC team! He explained everything from start to finish excellent communication always was following up with the phone calls . Very professional team and the roofing crew who installed my roof did an outstanding job and top quality work. The job was done in one day they cleaned up entire yard like nothing happened, in addition Ulysses came back next day and power washed in the front area. Our brand new roof looks amazing. We had seen some shingle tabs after a storm on the ground by our house. John from American Empire General Contracting was in our neighborhood with his team replacing a neighbor's roof. I asked if he would come take a look at ours. John was able to stop over and check things out within a day. He explained everything he was going to look at and the information he would provide. From start to finish, John kept us updated on progress for our own roof replacement. Sarah and Mark were great in providing paperwork, updates, and constant communications with follow up. When it came to replacement day, the roofing team got right to work. They worked with efficiency as well as speed. They did a great job in removal and installation. Several of our neighbors commented on how many roofers there were and what a nice job was done. Our new roof looks fantastic. Thanks John and the team from American Empire General Contracting for a pleasant experience in roof replacement.

In July we were hit by a severe hail storm. We soon noticed that several homes in our neighborhood were having their roofs replaced. While AEGC was replacing a neighbor's roof we met Marcus Rodriguez who was AEGC's on site lead. After describing our siding damage to Marcus he offered to come over and inspect both our siding and our roof. After his inspection, Marcus confirmed that not only was our siding damaged, but our roof shingles were also damaged. We had no experience in how to proceed and Marcus assisted us with submitting our insurance claim that afternoon. The next day our insurance company's assessor and Marcus were at our house. After inspecting the roof together, our assessor agreed that the roof was damaged but we could wait until spring to schedule replacement. After inspecting the aluminum siding the assessor also agreed siding could not be repaired and would also be replaced under our policy. We gave AEGC Third Party authorization to work directly with our insurance company to do all the work. AEGC's Rene Page was the site lead insuring all works were to code and up to quality standards. Erika Cafer, AEGC's Production Manager, worked closely with us to schedule both ordering and delivery of materials as well as scheduling their work crews. Upon our request, Erika allowed us several months time to allow other contractors to install new doors and repair/replace aged window moldings prior to new siding installation. In June Rene and his crew completed roof replacement and clean up in one day. At the end of September Erika had the siding delivered and Rene and his crew completed the siding replacement and clean up in four days. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the AEGC Management Team and their skilled crews. AEGC is a Five Star operation and we highly recommend their services.
