August 21,2024 I was taken by ambulance to the hospital, estimated time 8and 9 pm.. after being released the following day. I paid my bill after paying it off. AMR continued to take out payments. After two times of calling AMR to stop the payments they finally stop. I called about my refund all they tell me they will send it up to billing for processing. which have been 5 months waiting for my refund.

Claimed loss: AMR took out two extra payments of $25 (Jan) $25 (Feb

Desired outcome: I WANT MY REFUND OF $50.00
