American Solar & Roofing just finished our roof installation. They were amazing to interact with. The job supervisor, Jesus, was a phone call away whenever I had a question or concern. The crew were diligent and kept the site clean. The office staff from the top executives to the project coordinator were very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Jesus was very helpful! The vents on roof needed painting-- he brought spray paint here; found it was too dark; then went for more paint; this new paint was acceptable! He painted vents which look great! He is a fine young man! You're lucky to have this employee!

They did an excellent job
They did an excellent job. Our project manager, Jesus, communicated daily with us and returned any phone calls promptly when I had questions. The crew were prompt each day and cleaned the area well each day. I would like to have seen them pay more attention to cosmetic details (which might only matter to me). Their Solar group was quick to remove our solar panels before roofing started and quick to reinstall panels when it was finished. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work of American Solar and Roofing.

Started out as very professional by requiring loads of documents to use credit card and protect information
Started out as very professional by requiring loads of documents to use credit card and protect information. I paid $350 for an inspection of my solar panels and was given a few photos with promises of a follow up. The follow up was a repeat of the first inspection that provided only what the system had reported along with a visual inspection. They couldn't find a simple connectivity issue and promised several time them would get back to me and have a salesman and electrician visit to give me estimates but it never materialized after several attempts on my part to contact them. The first inspector was also the second inspector and complained about the office doing their job. I'm out the $350 and know no more than before. Never use them again.
