Been waiting since Feb 6, 2025. Slow service the last 3 weeks. ( Nothing changed.) Called to speak to a customer service rep ( HA HA) because results were due yesterday. She could only tell me to call back in 2 and a half weeks to see if they have the results because they are soooo busy. She put me on a 2 minute hold to speak to a supervisor to get back on the line to tell me that there were no supervisors available. This company has less than desirable service. Buyer BEWARE!
Desired outcome: The results to my test or a refund of $99.00!!!
