Anytime Fitness review: The staff / up keep of the gym / my bank account

to whom it may concern, my name is Ronnie Gray a 65 year old black man i joined Anytime fitness on or about 2020 or 2021. i was so happy to be back in the gym because i hadn't worked out in about a year because of a hip replacement, i singed a too year contract which was fine with me because i knew that i was going to be committed to working out, i'm a USA boxing coach and working out is a vary important part of me life. so after about a year and eleven months one month before my contract would end the young lady by the name of Terry Quit working there, at that point every thing was fine, but i started to notice the poor up keep of the gym 1. the bathrooms not being kept up like they should have been 2. there was a leak in the ceiling in the front of the gym over the treadmills 3. sanitizers always empty 4. clocks on the walls not working 5. some of the equipment 6. dirty carpet in several area's 7. no staff there to answer questions 8. the parking lot has hundreds of pot holes and was never addressed and still has not been addressed 9. MONEY was taken out of my account several times and should not have been

(they canceled my key card can't work out i tried calling the gym so i could rectify the problem no return call / turned my account over to a collection agency which in turn will put a blemish on my credit score / kept charging my account without my permission / stating i owe $389)

ALL THIS COULD HAVE BEEN SETTLED IF THE REGIONAL MANAGER CARED ABOUT THE MEMBERS CONCERNS AND WAS MORE PROFESSIONAL AND CAME TO THE GYM TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON SHE NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN THE GYM EVER
