Apollo Hospitals review: Utter harassment and pathetic service

I had booked full body health check up at APOLLO CLINIC, VASHI on 09.12.2023 and i reached at 8.45am

1.all tests to be completed took 6 hours, i left at 3pm

2.i was said 2D echo is not possible as doctor has gone away.

3.They committed that they will arrange immediate appointment for 2D echo on Monday 11.12.2023 early at 8am

4. Since 09.12.2023 till 15.12.2023 i received no call, no appointment date, no time

5. Continuously i am only calling the clinic and they are saying we can't arrange for early morning, doctor will come at 10.30am

6.So for one test which cud not happen due to your fault, i will have to take 1 day leave.

7.i work in BankofBaroda and saturday 16.12.2023 is a working day and my workplace is 40kilometeres away from your vashi clinic. Does that make sense to take leave and go for one test where you people are defaulty.

8. PRAVIN KADAM at appolo clinic vashi is pathetic, horrible, irresponsible, go to hell type person, not responding to calls and messages.
