Top-Notch Customer Service: My Experience with Apple (Canada)
Apple (Canada) is the bomb diggity! Whenever I've had a problem with my Apple products, they've always been there to help me out. Their customer service is top notch and they always give me the best advice. The only thing that's a bit of a bummer is that sometimes I think I'm talking to someone in Canada, but it turns out they're in the United States. This can be a bit of a hassle because they quote me prices in USD instead of CAD. The exchange rate is so whack right now that it makes things pretty pricey for us Canucks. But overall, I'm still a huge fan of Apple (Canada) and I'll keep coming back for more!
Apple's Corporate Greed: My Disappointing Experience at Best Buy
I recently visited a Best Buy store in Ontario, Canada with the intention of purchasing a new 14 pro from Apple. However, I was disappointed to learn that they refused to sell me one directly. The guy behind the counter informed me that Apple has a policy of not selling their products through Best Buy unless you upgrade your plan. I was shocked to hear that I had to upgrade my plan with Koodo from $25 to $60 per month just to buy a phone. I wondered who would split the extra $35 per month. I am sure Koodo gets some, Best Buy for sure, and Apple? Of course, Apple does.
I couldn't help but feel that Apple is being greedy by forcing me to upgrade my plan just to buy a phone. I have been a loyal customer of Best Buy for years and have bought 12 iPhones from them without any issues. So, why now? Apple's corporate greed is shameful, and it seems like they just want to squeeze as much money out of their customers as possible.
I used to love Apple because they seemed to care about their customers, but that is not the case anymore. It's disappointing to see a company that was once customer-focused become so money-driven. I feel like Apple has jumped the shark, and their actions are a clear indication of their greed. It's a shame that a company that was once known for its innovation and customer service has now become just another greedy corporation.
In conclusion, I would advise anyone looking to buy an Apple product to be aware of their policies and to do their research before making a purchase. It's important to support companies that value their customers and not just their bottom line.

I bought an IPhone and had my Apple ID taken away after I tried to reset my password, and they wouldn’t give it back rendering my laptop, IPhone and thousands of dollars. I provided proof of purchase etc. I bought another IPhone and now I can’t get my mail, and I’m locked out of my account again. It’s a money grab and a disgrace. They have the worst customer service and support. Better business bureau did nothing they said the software wasn’t covered. It was their lack of giving me back my ID that caused the issue. They really are a monopoly and above the law. It’s disgusting.
Desired outcome: Either my money back or use of my email and equipment.
