Aquaguard classic water filter
Aquaguard water filter customer service is the worst. I have been having AMC for the last 10 years renewed every 2 to three years. Service personnel have to be reminded when service becomes due. Service engineers have no expertise in servicing. 3 years back they damaged the threads of prefilter cap. I had to struggle for 2 months to get it replaced. Now again on 28 April 2023vthe service engineer cut the pipe leading from pre filter to bottom of machine reducing its length by 4 inches. Eureka forbes has been bluffing for last 17 days that they will replace the pipe as it has been damaged by their engineer but till date the work is still pending. AMC is like falling in cheats trap. The water filter still is leaking and is erratic in function. Several emails a and complaint to customer support have been exchanged but Eureka Forbes is non responsive. Their executives keep bluffing that service engineer is being assigned within 24 hours but so many 24bhours have elapsed since 39 April 2023
Desired outcome: I expect Eureka Forbes to send their service engineer to check the leakage of water and provide free replacement of pipe damaged by them.
Aquaguard water purifier
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that, we have purchase water purifier on 10th of March 2022 this year and using it from smoothly for past 6 months now.
After the first free service provided by your technician on 19th Sept there has been stoppage of water purification 06 times now within 1.5 months period of time.
It is very painfully situation that company is providing such temporary and poor Services
If you check the above attached files, the complaint registered on your portal is more than 06 times now.
Regarding the water purification stoppage issue arises after every 04 – 06 days now after the technician visit.
After service provided by technician he was 100% sure that Purifier will stop working after few days due to issue on Blue color Candle seen on the above attached picture.
When, we register the complaint via your given helpline number they suggest to provide some senior technician to fix the issue but the same technician visit the site with poor services.
I am facing this problem continuous now every week, kindly expedite the process and provide a solution for this facing constant on-going problem now.

I am one of your Aquaguard classic water purifier customer since 2 years but problem is that one of your agency is denying to give service in Berhampur, Ganjam, Orissa, as one year has been completed since done maintenance contract .carbon candle, 10 micron catridge require to be change. My complaint number is [protected], [protected], [protected] during this period I have done 15 times call to your help line but nothing is fruitful. According to agency of berhampur, they are saying that as you have done your contract in Kolkata we are unable to give service here, for that we will not paying anything. My question is that if we will get transfer from kolkata to Berhampur, is it our fault. Sir I have suffered alot during this period my mother is suffering from jaundice and pancreatitis. if problem is not solved with in limited period . I will go to Consumer court as i have already said to your customer care executive.

Periodic service
I had purchased aquaquard classic water purification system last year for my house. It is really disheartning to inform you that not even once your people have turn up at my home for the periodical service. Even after contacting the service centre at kota Rajasthan, the response is very poor. The person from service centre has not even bothered to call me again.It is therefore requested to please look into the matter seriously and rectify the problem at the earliest.
