Fantastic customer friendly service. Our Ash tree experienced storm damage that was blocking a public through-fare. Dennis came out the next day and gave me a reasonable estimate. Arbortec fit me in their packed schedule and completed the job the day after. Their excellent crew realized that we were located on the route to another job so they stopped and completed the work promptly and expertly. I have used Arbortec before and will use them again. We were recommended Arbortec Tree Service a couple of years ago for a small project by a mutual friend. Since then we have contracted Dennis S along with his very qualified staff of employees for several services. We can't begin to say what a pleasure it is to work with Arbortec and all of its employees. From the time you call for an estimate to the time the job is complete they ALL are very professional and polite. Keep up the great work Arbortec and we will see you in the spring.

I have had Arbortec service my tree needs for the last five years and am always pleased with the care, expertise, and the timeliness of their service. They have helped me select just the right trees and when I have gotten trees, like those from Arbor day, they have helped me keep them healthy and beautiful. Just yesterday, before this snow, they trimmed a volunteer juniper in the front of my house that just keeps growing out of control. It is so nice to have a business that can be depended upon.

The team at Arbortec is extremely professional and knowledgable. I was highly impressed with Gabe who is one of their arborists who spent time assessing the health of my trees and shared his recommendations with me along with general information on how to properly care for my trees. The gentlemen that came to do the tree trimming were timely and informed me when they started and the job was complete. It was all a wonderful experience and I will definitely use Arbortec again and highly recommend them!

Arbortec gave me a very reasonable quite for the removal of a large partly dead Aspen tree that was very close to the side of our house. The crew verified with me the tree to be removed, and had the job done and cleaned up quickly. They left my yard like they were not even there. The crew members are friendly and knowledgeable and even offered to place some of my fresh mulch around a new tree that we planted last fall. I have used Arbortec twice in recent years as our neighborhood is over 30 years old.

I have used Arbortec about three times now and each time they just get better! Their knowledge of the Colorado trees and how to care for them is very impressive. What puts them over the top is their customer service. The sales person who came out to bid was punctual, informative and courteous. The three person crew who did the work were amazing and fun to watch. They are obviously technically astute and paid great attention to safety, for themselves and my property. I do highly recommend Arbortec Tree Service. Fair price, very good professional service since I got the free estimate until the service quote and tree maintenance. His crew took the time to ensure my request was made and more they advised me how to avoid damages on them if I'm not doing a good trimming. After finished, the crew wants to be sure everything was done right and yes that was, the trees look so in good shape, in addition to they let my property clean. This is my fourth time using Arbortec for tree and shrub services, and each time they have far exceeded my expectations. Their office personnel are professional, friendly and helpful. This time I had three tall, large evergreens removed, stumps ground and two new lilacs planted. The two-man crew was here first thing in the morning; got right to work and had the whole job completed in under two hours. The best part is their attention to cleanup - perfectly done. I highly recommend Arbortec for your vegetation services!

Our entire experience was, as always, fantastic. Dennis a very easy to work with, straightforward, fair, and a really hard worker. The crew we had today removed an old near dead tree, removed the stump, built a berm, planted a new tree, mulched, and even re-spread the landscaping stone in the yard so it wasn't wasted. They were efficient, thorough, polite, and very hard workers. We highly recommend Arbortec, in fact every time I see anyone looking for an arborist we do a recommendation. Great company, great results, people are the best!

Arbortec removed one tree and pruned another tree for us; they did a great job on both. They also ground out the stump for the removed tree, which will allow us to more easily plant something else there. The pruned tree looks much better now. They do a great job removing the branches and then cleaning up the bits and sticks in the yard and the driveway when the work is done. Great communication by e-mail getting the proposal and scheduling the day for the work. I liked being able to pay the invoice by credit card through their web site.

Earlier this month I had an emergency with a tree that had split at the trunk and appeared that if it were not taken care of swiftly, it may have fallen into and damaged the house. Dennis from Arbortec came out the next day and saw how it was leaning. He immediately used a strap to tie it and keep it from falling into the structure. And within a couple of days had his team out to cut the part of the tree that had broken. The immediate response was appreciated, as was the excellent work of fixing the tree. Thank you Dennis and your friendly staff.

They did a wonderful job from the beginning to the end from giving us a very reasonable estimate to taking down our very large willow tree in the backyard. Dylan gave us the estimate and then acted as crew leader when the tree actually came down. He was amazing in communicating with us and a really hard worker. The rest of the crew did an amazing job as well, cleaning up after our really messy tree and working hard. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole company. Their customer service were very nice and helpful. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Dennis did my free estimate. Professional. Took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Fair price. Dylan and John were my crew. Removed an aspen and pruned an oak. Can't say enough about these guys. Excellent work. Cleanup was superb. Dylan was such a refreshing young man! Polite. Considerate. Patient -- with me. Safety conscious, stopping work when wind gusts came up. He was literally an ARTIST sculpturing my oak. He took great pride in his work. I couldn't be happier with my picture perfect oak! I have now had the experts from Arbortec Tree Service twice work on my property. The first was to remove a large cluster of elm trees which were negatively affecting my neighbor's and my properties. Dylan and John did amazing work in January on that. After that, we arranged for several project to be completed on February 21. So this past Friday, I had a great team of professionals work on my beloved and large linden tree and apple tree. In addition, the team removed and/or trimmed several problem trees and bushes and stubs. Everything looks so good. The employees are careful and thorough with their work and showed me considerable respect. All of the projects were completed so well. Cleanup was amazing too. The final project was the planting of a new tree in the front yard. I am so glad I had these arbor professional plant this beautiful tree.

Five years ago, we had our tree trimmed from Arbortec Tree Service and were so impressed with the workmanship and customer service that we decided to call them again for further tree trimming. When Dennis Smith arrived at our home to provide an estimate for trimming our front tree, he was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to answer our questions. On the scheduled day for the trim, Jared explained in his friendly manner the why and how he was to proceed with the trimming. His workmanship was excellent. Jared also was so wonderful to give our five-year-old a lesson regarding trees. We were also impressed with the level of machinery used for our job and the fantastic estimate that was given to us by Mr. Smith. In other words, the price was worth it! As a final note, thank you Arbortec Tree Service for your continued service. We will definitely inform our friends and will absolutely call you again for any of our tree needs.
