I recently got a new manager at my location. He proceeded to tell me a price point in Spanish, which I do not speak. Upon asking for him to reiterate in English he asked me what my last name is (Chavez) and suggested I should know what he said. It is of Spanish decent but he made a wrong assumption and proceeded to laugh when I explained it is my married name. I have been passed up on an opportunity to grow with the company for someone who has previously abandoned her job. They said she's more "likeable" because she is very outspoken. I feel extremely discriminated against and underappreciated.

I recently seen this company listed as a collection on my credit report. I have disputed this with the credit bureau, but this company fraudulently confirmed this account. This was paid per the original creditor in December and is listed and being confirmed fraudulently. I want this removed from all credit reports and cease collections on a paid account. Sending copies of reciepts of payment for this account also.

While reviewing my credit report I found a new collection account being reported by this collection agency. Normally, before placing any information onto a consumers credit file a collection agency must notify in writing of the alleged debt. I never received the required noticed via mail from this collection agency. I then mailed a letter asking for complete validation for the alleged debt. The agency did not provider any the validation that was requested, instead they verified with no proof please see the uploaded document.

I received a letter from ARC management saying I owe a debt of $2583.00 I do not owe this $ and have the legal right to dispute. I have called them 5 times to dispute this debt before they add it to my credit report. Every time that they discover that I am calling to dispute, rather than pay, they send me to a voicemail and no one calls me back. They are purposely not letting me dispute this debt so they can add it to my credit report in hopes that I will then pay it. This is a fraudulent business practice and they need to be investigated.

Received a collection notice from ARC Management for a $93.25 debt owed to "PATHOLOGY CONSULT OF S BROWARD", rendered at an unspecified location for date of service 07/02. I have no knowledge of this debt nor was sent a validation of debt proving that I owe the above amount. Furthermore, on 12/28, I received a letter from the financial assistance department stating all services rendered for dates of service 07/01 to 07/02 were 100% discounted (document attached). I would like to be sent a validation of debt, if one cannot be rendered then I would like this collection removed from my credit report immediately.

I am being harassed by this company
I am being harassed by this company. I actually had to Google them from my caller ID to find out who/what they were. They call at all hours of the day, everyday, all week long. When I do answer the caller is hard to understand, and very rude and combative when I ask for information about why they keep calling. Then, when pressed for the information, they hang up on you while you are asking your questions. Over the last few months I have lost both my parentsm I also suffer from years of mental health conditions. So this kind of harassment sets me back in my functionality. I'd like the Complaintsboard.com to help me with this complaint, and to end the constant harassment from this company and if need be, aid in compensation from them for their part in my mental health set-backs. They are a horrible, rude, belligerent company and they need to be stopped.

I'd like to have this company remove my name from their list and stop contacting me. I received 3 voicemails now dating 11/11, 11/23, and 11/30 -- and in each of these voicemails they do not address me by name, they simply mention they are with "ARC" (without stating what they do) and request me to call them back, that is the extent of the message. Not once have they mentioned it is an attempt to collect a debt or the nature of the call. Additionally when they call, my phone automatically blocks the call as potential spam risk. Contacting someone repeatedly (without me ever responding to them) is borderline harassment and if it continues I will claim harassment as they call at any hour of the day, from 10AM to 7PM EST. Finally to emphasize this, there are no reports on my credit history that anything has gone to collections so this is clearly either fraudulent or a mistake.

ARC Management Group contacted me on 7/12 to inform me of a debt sent to this office for collection. I responded on 8/9, to dispute and verify the debt. I received their response on 8/31 and was requested to mail a copy of my EOB to their office so that their client will bill my health insurance. I contacted their office by phone the week of 9/13 regarding this debt and their agent confirmed that a copy of my EOB showing I owe a balance of $0 would be sufficient to have the account deleted. I mailed a copy of my EOB to their mailing address the week of 9/20 and received no response. On 9/28 ~4:30 EST I called their office to speak to agent Lisa ***, who did not respond. On the same day, I mailed copies of my credit report (Equifax), EOB, health insurance card, and a letter from my health insurance confirming my eligibility supporting my request (tracking #***) to both ARC Management Group and their client *** Physician Services.

I received in home Physical Therapy from KINDRED AT HOME in May . I was discharged on June 05,2020. I received a letter from ARC Management Group on August 10, stating that Kindred At Home had retained them for the collection of a referenced debt for services that I, the patient had received on 03/05. I, in fact, have not received any services from any home health care, including Kindred at Home since June 05. I contacted Kindred At Home to discuss the letter I received. My bill was paid in full in the amount of $448.00 on August 17, at which time brought my balance to $0. i called ARC to notify that I would be disputing this...and I was told "we had nothing to discuss", followed by a blunt hang-up. Kindred at home told me that once I notified ARC of the dispute, that ARC would in turn contact Kindred to get clarification of the discrepancy and Kindred would notify them that my balance was $0. Kindred was notified of ARC's unwillingness to discuss.

All services rendered that day were billed properly and covered as appropriate except for this ***. Hospital system was made aware of their error and was reportedly correcting it when they are seeing contacted me to let me know they were now handling this "collection claim". At that time they were notified of the dual insurance not being billed properly due to the fault of the hospital system and has neglected to review collect or correct this information. If they had build the information correctly to the insurance company they would see that I am not even the primary guarantor but the child other parent her Indiana state law regarding primary and secondary insurance is for minor children just company was told she sees and desist it has made claim to my credit report that I owe money in collections without attempting to ensure accurate insurance billing

I found this company has placed a negative account on my credit report without merit. I found on my credit report a charge of 79.00 that this opportunistic predatory collection agency put on my credit reports without merit or vetting the accounts they haphazardly buy for pennies on the dollar so they can try and extort money out of vulnerable senior citizens. They have violated the terms of the FDCA by not giving any notification of this bogus debt and apparently ruining the good credit of an elderly person. I will file a complaint with the Florida States Attorney's office if this is not removed from my credit report immediately. I see there are many complaints against them already and this certainly shows the lack of integrity on the part of the owners and management. How dare this company besmirch the good name and credit of vulnerable senior on unverified debt. I expect this to be removed no later then [protected] and a letter of confirmation sent to me. I do not have their file number as I was never contacted so they can find it in their system using my name and address and make the immediate corrective action by removing this from my credit report be it Equifax, Experian and/or Transunion whomever they report it. I trust they do not want to answer to the Florida States Attorney office for a error.

I just received a text message to my phone number listed above from ARC stating ARC was contacting me regarding Yale New Haven Hospital. A few weeks ago, my Mother died a horrific death at Yale. Just three weeks ago, I received a call at 11:00 p.m. from Gwinnett County Police, Georgia that they found my sister dead. She was an Executive Assistant at The Westin, Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Georgia. This is very, very upsetting to get a text on my phone after midnight. I am undergoing major, major surgery on Monday and I just was released from the hospital on November 4. The physicians thought that I might have been having a heart attack due to all the stress and my abnormal lab results. To receive a text message at this time of night makes me jump thinking it is a family emergency. I hope who did this has no bills of his or her own unpaid under $400.00 and if he or she has paid thousands out of pocket that Medicare and supplemental insurances does not cover. I feel as if I *** have to go back into the hospital tonight. After I try to calm myself down and talk to my doctor on-call, I *** contact my state senators to propose a *** to make sure all *** collectors have zero balances regarding medical and zero balance credit cards - that they have no personal debt, i.e. outstanding federal and state taxes or child support. Whoever did this, might think it is funny since many have had to go back to work after the pandemic restrictions were lifted and unemployment benefits ended. This is a good way to get fired from a job. Here it is 12:54 a.m., November 11 and I have to deal with this type of behavior from insensitive and irrational people employed by ARC.

We received a letter from ARC Management Group today showing we owe $1,517.00. My wife called to find out what this *** was for. We were told it was for a doctor that saw my husband at the emergency on 07/12. I tried to explain to Feral, not sure how to spell, that all the information was turned into the registration office of the hospital emergency room. We had all ready verified with the VA billing about the charges and were told that the charges were paid in full. We never received a *** for the $1,517.00 and have no idea what this charge is for, who for, address, or phone number. I tried to ask Feral this information but he hung up on me. I called back and he answered the phone and as soon as I started to speak he hung up on me again. The third time I called I had to leave a message on an answering machine. The hospital doesn't have any information about the $1,517.00 since the *** has been paid in full. *** gave me a phone number to call *** which was a BCC *** Services. She kept telling me I had to call ARC Management Group to get the information and I had to keep explaining to her that ARC Management Group wouldn't give me the information. They kept telling me I had to call the VA. I couldn't call the VA because I didn't have any information about this *** to relay the information or call the place billing us the $1,517.00 to receive information. I asked why that information wasn't sent to us and Feral told me that he was in the collection agency to collect the $1,517.00 and wanted to know how we were going to pay for it. The BCC *** Services said ARC Management Group was supposed to provide me with the information. She said she would be notes on the account and try to mail us a statement that could arrive 7 to *** was collecting the $1,517.00. Now this has probably been reported on our credit bureau report too. I am not happy either!
