Mixed Experiences with eCredable
As someone who values the importance of credit scores, I decided to give eCredable a try based on the promising concept of reporting utility payments to boost credit scores. However, my experience was mixed. While the idea seemed beneficial, the execution fell short. I encountered issues with certain major providers like Verizon and AT&T, which were not supported due to two-factor authentication problems. This limitation significantly impacted my ability to utilize the service effectively. Despite the potential benefits, the lack of compatibility with key utility companies left me feeling disappointed. I would recommend potential users to thoroughly check if their providers are supported before investing in eCredable.

I am a new customer of ecredable's as of january of 2021
I am a new customer of eCredable's as of January of 2021. I can not give a full true review, but I love the idea behind the company. There are a few issues with account linking to eCredable, but I ha e contacted the company, and they are working on resolving the issues. There is another company that was supposed to be "free", but to accomplosh similar goals to eCredable's and that is PRBC.com. PRBC is not a reliable company. ECredable seems to be able to do what they claim that they will which is report payments from phone bills, cable bills, e.t.c. to the credit bureaus. The $24.95 fee for a year is worth it if the company delivers on their promise. I will update this review in a few months time once I see that eCredable is reporting payments to the credit bureaus as promised. A wonderful idea to help us little folk to claw our way to a strong credit profile. Big corporations want to have all of the credit so they can squish regular working class people. Bravo eCredabke for doing something different, and giving us a chance to acheive our credit dreams.

eCredable.com offers a service that claims to help consumers improve their credit scores with TransUnion, a credit bureau. I unfortunately subscribed to their faulty service and provided them with my personal login information for several utility accounts. These accounts were all in good standing and had a perfect payment history. The purpose was for eCredable.com to obtain accurate information from the utility providers and report it to TransUnion. However, to my surprise and concern, eCredable.com provided incomplete and inaccurate reports to TransUnion. As a result, my credit score dropped by 31 points unnecessarily. eCredable.com advised me to dispute the reports sent to TransUnion, with the hope that TransUnion would delete the problematic data and restore my credit report and rating to its original higher level. I trusted eCredable.com and followed their flawed reporting "solution," which only made matters worse. TransUnion deducted an additional 20 points from my credit score after removing eCredable.com's reports from my credit file. In summary, within a week, eCredable.com's service alone unfairly reduced my credit score by a total of 51 points. As of now, eCredable.com's customer "Care" team has not provided a satisfactory solution to rectify the damage to my credit score. It is worth mentioning that the company promised to refund my subscription fee (which I am still waiting for) and remove my personal utility information from their systems. However, eCredable.com is frustratingly incompetent and has become unresponsive to my requests for timely and fair restoration of my credit score.
