They was on time and worked hard all day. The price was right and they even cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Arnold's Home Improvement to anyone looking for a great job at a fair price. Thanks guys!

Arnold's Home Improvement, LLC took advantage of my elderly mother and her stimulus check. They quoted her $1594 for some gutter guard and 1 eaves trough, took a $700 deposit that day, and didn't show up for over 3 weeks. My mother called them daily due to water in the basement and garage foundation damage caused by the job not being done, but they ignored her. She canceled the job after I found Mr Gutter that did it the next morning for $500 in about 1.5 hours. Arnold's kept 30% of the entire quote ($480) for doing NOTHING but giving her an overpriced quote, taking her money, and then ignoring her. Seems like a solid company! I don't even want to leave 1 star, but the website is making me... #Pandemic #Stimulus #TookAdvantageOfSingleElderlyLady

Arnolds Home Improvement did a great job on our 2 big skylight in our house. They were a custom size and we couldn't find anyone else that could do it or was interested in doing it. *** was "our guy" and he was always in contact with us letting us know at what stage that were at for our job. I can't say enough good things about them. The guys that installed them were great. Cleaned up everything...you would have never even known they were here. *** and *** were the finishing guys for the inside and they did an awesome job...and I am extremely picky. We are so happy with our skylight replacement. Thank You *** and Thank You Howards Home Improvement. We will not hesitate to call you when we need any other work performed on our house.

We got our shower done by Arnold's Home Improvement, LLC and it looks pretty good. We haven't tried it yet because we're waiting for the curtain. We hope it keeps the water in the base. The salesman sold us something different from what was installed. The colors and style were right, but the insulation was new and the wall was an inch short of being flush with the corner wall. We thought the floor would be thicker, but it's like the thin fiberglass found on the bottom of tubs and showers. That's why our bathtub cracked. Luckily, we have a lifetime guarantee. The plumbing had to be replaced and moved, which cost us extra money. The salesman said it would be fine where it was, but the installer said it had to be moved. We're glad it's done and we appreciate Rick for installing it. He was nice and confident in using it. Thanks!

We was so disappointed with the service we got for installin a walk in shower. Thursday May 20-removed old tub Plumber looked at what needed to be done and walked out. Friday May 21-We expected plumber to come & do what needed to be done. No show, no call. When I called I was told it was scheduled for Monday. Monday May 24-Plumber & Project Coordinator (***) showed up. Plumber looked again and walked out. I told *** what I thought about it. Tues May 25-I called ***, and she said she had a call in to the plumber owner (T& J Plumbing). She called me back and said it was scheduled for the next day. Wed May 26-Plumber did the job. Thursday May 27-Contractor worked 8:15-5:30 Fri May 28-Contractor came back to finish. He brought no tools, had to use my husbands. Finished 12:30. When getting ready to write the final check, I talked to *** about all the hassle we had been through and she hung up on me. When he left, we left to go out of town. Sun May 30-Came home only to discover we no water in the shower. Called the contractor. He said the plumber needed to do it. Left message for ***. Mon May 31 holiday Tues June 1-They finally got the water going. 12 DAYS WITH NO SHOWER.

I email *** (owner) about everything and he forwarded the email to *** to take care of while he was out of town. I heard nothing until I emailed *** again a week later. *** gave me an offer that was unacceptable after all that we had gone through. He said he would get back to me after he talked to *** again. That was 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing.

The service we got was absolutely unacceptable. And I expect some kind of restitution for all the lack of communication, the unacceptable behavior of the plumber looking and walking out twice, the hang up call, and being without a shower for 12 days.

I will never recommend Arnold's to anyone. In fact I have already told several about our experience.

We had work done at my dad's house for a complete bathroom remodel. It cost us around $17000. We were told that if we bought the sink, toilet, medicine cabinet, grab bars, and lights, they would install them for us. But when we tried to install the sink, it left dimples in the drywall from being mudded wrong. The mirror brackets were also mounted incorrectly, and we're afraid to fix them because we might shatter the mirror. The vanity lights were installed sloppily, and the toilet stays running all the time. They installed the drywall, but you can still see the seams and places that were not filled in all the way. The shower was not caulked fully, and the shower head was not the one we talked about. We were supposed to get a different shower unit, but they used a cheaper one instead. We will have to fix everything they did. The sales rep, ***, will tell you lots of stuff they will do, but they don't honor any verbal conversations. We got 8 sheets of drywall, a shower unit, and some labor for $17000. If *** is the sales rep, I would ask him to leave and not deal with him. This was done to a disabled combat veteran and senior citizen, and it was supposed to be covered under the VA SAH grant, but we had to pay the full amount. We're talking to a lawyer.

Arnold's Home Improvement, LLC did my bathroom remolding in August . They said I had to prime and paint the drywall, which I did. But in December, I saw that the drywall was cracking. I told Arnold's, but they just gave me the warranty guy's voicemail. I had to call him many times before he came on February 2nd. He said he would fix it, but I had to call him many times again before he sent a crew on March 11th. They fixed it, but they didn't sand the drywall yet. Now Arnold's is ignoring me. They messed up, so I shouldn't have to repaint the drywall. I called the warranty guy many times, but he hasn't told me anything.

Arnold's did some work in my bathroom and it was a bit of a mess. The first guy they sent over messed up the floor tile and couldn't fix it. He also did a terrible job on the shower tile, so they had to tear it down. I told Arnold's that no one was supervising the project and they didn't send anyone until I complained about the bad tile work. Finally, some guys came and told the tile guy his work was unacceptable and they had to rip it out. They got a new guy to finish the shower and he put in a new floor, which we got a discount on because the first one was ruined. But that floor was also bad and a few months later, another guy had to come and try to fix it. The floor still cracked and they had to order a new one and put that in. Now, my drains don't work right and I have mold and bugs coming out of the sink.
