Incorrect pay off amount
I called on 10/16/2023 to get my payoff amount for my loan ending in 8410. Got payoff through 10/27 same as what was on bill due 10/18/2023 that I have quit drafted $24,602.49. I refinanced my home with PHH and they did check for that exact amount. When I received check on 10/25/2023, I mailed overnight with signature required and verification. It was received by then 10/26/2023 at 1:17 pm. I called them on 10/27/2023 to make sure that credited my account. They said, not showing even though it is there. They didn’t process till 10/31/2023, which is not my fault. They are now saying I owe $535.91 more. Can you please look into this asap to rectify? Thank you Cynthia Jones
Claimed loss: $535.91
Desired outcome: $0 balance
Consolidation credit card loan
APR, exceptionally High: 18.7400% As the APR'S on my credit cards were this high and I was hoping that their APR would be lower. More concerning, I had a credit score of 744, yet for reasons unknown, my score dropped to 721.
Interest deduction and Length of Loan: 4 years and I CANNOT change it, even if I pay off my balance sooner. Therefore, I am STUCK with the Interest amount allocated against my principle.
PRINICPLE: Less is applied towards my principle, MORE on Interest.
I Do NOT have ACCESS to an Account ON-LINE! This really upsets me. They demand that I come into the bank to address this issue, despite the fact that everything was done over the phone! Yet, they have access to my checking account for my monthly payments!
I truly feel like ARVEST BANK is a LOAN SHARK and am very upset and sorry that I ever did business with them!
Claimed loss: The lost is that I cannot pay off this debt sooner without adjustment to the interest rate charged, I MUST PAY THE TOTAL INTEREST IN FULL!
Desired outcome: More flexibility with the loan, whereby the APR is reduced if loan is paid off sooner.
Auto Loan
My vehicle is financed through Arvest Bank and I am unable to pay my monthly payment online so I have to mail it. I mail between the 2nd and 5th every month and it is due on the 5th with a 10 day grace period. Last month I mailed it on the 2nd and they did not enter the payment into their system till the 15th and charged me a late fee. This has happened to other people who have loans with them. I have not had a late fee on my auto loans since 2008. I do not think that it is right to force someone to mail payments when you don't live in an area where there is an Arvest Bank and force you to open a bank account in order to be able to pay online. I feel like this should be an illegal practice.
Desired outcome: Please remove late fee and also allow your auto loan customers to pay online would be the ultimate resolution.
"customer service"
In this case, I've now received three (3) escrow refunds, including this last one from Arvest, but I can't reach ANYONE to find out what's going on. They should at least be honest about it and title it Customer Dis-service
I've tried repeatedly to contact Arvest's "Customer Service" online and by phone. All I've ever gotten is a constant runaround and infuriated. With email, they just throw out the same story about not discussing account information via email, and tell me to use a phone number that sends me into a loop of "Please press..." and then gets me put on hold, followed by being hung up on.
Try to contact the Mortgage people on the phone. Once you're put on ignore, the recording repeatedly tells you to press numbers that do not function, no one EVER picks up the line, and then I hear "Good Bye" and it hangs up.
Below, you want an address. Whose address?
Desired outcome: Obviously makes no difference to Arvest or it would not be so pathetic.

Title [protected]
My name is Brittney D Maberry. DOB 11/14/1991
I Refinanced vehicle at my local branch on March 19, 2022 with the help of Stephanie Blakemore. On June 12, 2022, nearly 4 months after refinancing, my vehicle was totaled when my boyfriend struck a deer. My insurance company (Geico) was on the ball about getting the damage assesed, towing off the vehicle, and offering me a settlement. Feeling somewhat releived, I reached out to Stephanie to inform her of the incident and request a copy of my title to send to Geico. I would then be informed that the Title had been reveived my Arvest, but for some reason had never been sent to the DMV to transfer ownership to Arvest as my new lein holder. Concerned, I politely urged Stephanie to start this process immediately, as the vehicle was my way to work. She explained to me that "Due to covid, I could be looking at a 3 month wait because the state was behind." I told her I understood. Thinking this was now somewhat resolved and accepting that I just had to wait, I informed my boss that my availability at work would be less than half what it had been, as I would be sharing a vehicle with my partner. Weeks pass and on July 6, I receive an email from Stephanie than concerns me - She has sent me a copy of my title (still reflecting Ally, my previous lein holder as the owner) and is asking me if this document will suffice for my insurance company and if not, may she speak to someone from the insurance company. I explain (again) that this will NOT suffice they will need the title to reflect Arvest as the lein holder. I provide Stephanie with the contact info for a Geico representative. After a 3 way phone call between myself, Stephanie, and a geico rep, I hang up the phone, annoyed, however, now CERTAIN this is cleared up and NOW I just have to wait. This was not true. Only a few days later, I would receive a phone call from a cheerful sounding Stephanie, telling me that she had great news, and had my title! I was shocked and begin to question the timeline when she explained to me she had gotten the paper copy (STILL SHOWING ALLY AS THE LEIN HOLDER) sent to her at my local branch and that I could come pick it up. At this point, my anxiety hits the roof, I have already missed so much work and I CANNOT help but feel that if this title had not just sat on someone's desk for several months to start with, I wouldn't be in this mess.. and clearly, the Arvest employee, Stepanie blakemore had somehow severly misunderstood the situation despite my best efforts and those of the geico rep she had spoken with. I got a ride to the bank the next day and I spoke with Stephanie, as well as the branch manager on this day. I thoroughly explained what I needed (for the title to be sent of to be "perfected", to show Arvest as the lein holder). The branch manager spoke with another rep from Geico. After I was satisfied that I had finally gotten through what needed to be done, I was hit with several more warnings about my wait due to covid. I assured them i understood but it was the ONLY way for me to receive my settlement and that I needed the process to begin immediately, if not sooner. I received one final call from Stepanie on the day of July 12, this call infuriated me. She told me that she had "done some searching" and beleived that if I came and picked up the title myself (meaning it was still there, days after our meeting) that I could hasten the process by taking the title to my local DMV. Annoyed, I got off the phone and contacted my local DMV to ask if Stephanies suggestion would, indeed, speed up the process. I would be told that the DMV would have to follow the same process as Arvest would - to send the title to Little Rock to be perfected and that it would not save time. I immediately called Stephanie back and relayed what the woman at the DMV had said and (somewhat rudely) insisted that the title be sent out IMMEDIATELY. I begged her. I cried. I was at my wits end. It felt as if i had been explaining all of this to a brick wall for more than a month and nobody was showing any sense of urgency in helping me do what MUST be done. On August 23rd, 2022, I called Stephanie to ask if there was any contact info I could have to get in touch with the DMV handling my title, She was nice to me, telling me she had the info she would just do some digging and call me back within a day or so. As of today, September 27, 2022 I still have had no contact from Stephanie, or anyone else from Arvest. To say I am dissatisfied is an understatement. I sorely regret financing through Arvest.
Desired outcome: Find my title

Arvest bank, hot springs Ar., Albert pike branch. Closing this bank will cause hardship for customers . The branch has been there for 50 years and many people depend on this location for there banking needs. They have overbuilt other locations in hot springs and I'm afraid they have mismanaged there footprint here. My family and I have banked at this location for 3 generations through 5 bank brand changes. Please do not close this bank!
amy, bookkeeping at the cabot, ar location
My husband banks with Arvest, he's been a loyal customer and loves the convenience of Mobil banking and the usual care, diligence and kindness of most Arvest associates.
Today, however, while trying to get information on when his funds would be deposited, a woman working in the bookkeeping deptartment at the Cabot, AR location, by the name of "Amy", showed a side of Arvest that neither of us was aware existed.
Amy, was condescending, curt and showed very little concern for our situation nor the urgency in which we needed access to the funds which we desiderate. She even went as far as to give unnecessary advice as to how to "pay bills".
Frankly, it was insulting.
The reason behind customers requiring access to the funds theyve deposited and trust Arvest with, should in no way be concern to any person in whom which Arvest employs.
If this is how Arvest customers are treated by employees when they are met with a necessity for funds that they have earned and bade access too, then it is not the family and trust oriented bussiness that they deem themselves to be.
Sincerely,
Dissapointed customer.
