THE OWNER OF ASA PUBLISHING IS A SCAM. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY ONCE HE SAW I WASN'T BACKING OFF TO GET MY PRODUCT THAT I PAID FOR FILED A FRIVOULOUS LAWSUIT CLAIMING I OWED HIM $3, 000.00 AND I COUNTERSUED AND WON. NOW BECAUSE I HAVE BLOWN THE WHISTLE ON HIS SCAM HE FILED A PPO AND TRYING TO BRING ME UP ON FRIVOULOUS CRIMINAL CHARGES. HE WILL GET YOUR MONEY FOR A MEMBERSHIP AND THEN ONCE YOU ORDER BOOKS YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THEM UNTIL HE DECIDES YOU WILL GET THEM. ONCE YOU THREATEN HIM WITH A LAWSUIT FOR YOUR MECHANDISE YOU HAVE PAID FOR HE WILL TRY TO SUE YOU FIRST. HE WILL LIE AND SAY ALL KINDS OF THINGS TO KEEP YOU FROM SUING, AND HE DOESN'T PAY ROYALTIES. HE WILL TERMINATE YOUR CONTRACT AND CONTINUE TO SALE YOUR BOOKS HE DOESN'T OWN THE RIGHTS TO. HE IS DOING THAT WITH MY BOOKS RIGHT NOW AND SEVERAL OTHER AUTHORS. HE HAS SCARED THEM WITH THE LAW TO STOP LAWSUITS BEING FILED ON HIM.

This incident has been resolved in court - We work with authors, publishers, and self-publishers all the time.

In this particular case, the client probably accidentally left her books at the book event we prepared for her at Barnes and Noble (see attached), and didn't know the proper procedures in order to retrieve them once they're registered at a major bookseller; how to retrieve them properly. This could be the only reason why she wanted our company to go pick the books up after she physically left our office with them in her hands.

Now, it is unclear what really happened in a situation between the bookstore and the client, but Barnes and Noble decided to ship them to the distributors. The distributors misplaced or destroyed the books because they weren't considered returnables; it didn't come through the proper channels. Nonetheless, the distributors and printing house apologized for how our publishing house got pulled into all of this and furnished a new set of books. We gave them to her in court, and I, the owner of ASA Publishing Corporation, personally placed them in the vehicle for her, and we departed in peace. It was neither party's fault. The propaganda over 20 books left at Barnes and Noble gotten way out of hand. However, it was resolved.

I hope that this resolved matter sheds some light on all the very interesting comments. Many years have passed and I hope that the client in this era is doing well. - Mr. Hill

Adam M is Helen Bradley-Hall of Bradley Publishing Company. Her husband is Juno716. These are the same two couple. Helen received her books and went to a book event with them. On a judgement against Helen Bradley, she was ordered to take her books. Helen and her husband has plagued the internet with slander and will soon face future charges for business interference as well. The complaint above is false. There is no whistle blowing when the publisher published a finished product and placed the author on a major book event at Barnes and Noble. The author purposely left some of her books at the bookstore and falsely claimed that her books were missing until a judgement came against her. In a legal suit, she "was not" awarded any royalties because her book didn't sell. She convinced her husband to follow her lead, now they both have become liable for falsification and possible perjury.

I disagree with the complaint. Adam M is the owner of Bradley's Publishing by the real name of Helen Bradley-Hall. Juno716 is her husband, Justin Hall. This complainer falsely makes a claim that she has been scammed and could not provide me with proof that this company is scamming her and what did she actually win in court, however the publishing house who is being accused gladly provided their evidence. Where is the whistle blowing? She received a published book and a book signing at Barnes and Noble through the publishing house that she is accusing. There is no whistle blowing and this person did not win her case in court. She was not awarded any royalties but she was ordered to take her books back that she claimed ASA had kept from her when the truth came out that ASA did give her her books and she purposely left them in the Barnes and Noble bookstore on a consignment. She lied to the public by misusing the media to dismantle a small publishing house on false pretenses to get attention. When she is confronted on these allegations, she starts to claim that she is mentally ill and that the ones who want to know the truth has the problem. In Preditors and Editors, she is a vanity publisher. Yet, she tries to shipwreck a publishing house who published her book titled “The Battle Within” and put her on a booksigning at a major bookstore. When anyone goes on her website, they can see a book event that ASA Publishing Company have given her with her books on the table, but promotes the picture as if her publishing house can provide major events other than Ohio flea markets. If she has been a publisher since 2003, (which is a scam or a lie within itself, according to evidence) why pose as an author and go into another publishing house? Why have this publishing house hire her own mother, and use another publishing house's former editor to publish books in her own publishing house and claim to blow the whistle? Once more, I would have to disagree with this complaint because this author Adam M, aka Helen Bradley-Hall, an owner of her own vanity publishing house since 2003 as she claims, and has been working out of her garage in Garden City, Michigan since then, would try to go into another publishing house's kitchen to stir up a mess, then runs back to her own publishing house unless the evidence proves that she was trying to get something from another publishing house what her own publishing house lacks. Another factor to place on this type of claim, why use a false name? Any business can legally state that they have no knowledge of such person, and they have that right. The office (garage) of Bradley's Publishing Company is 6490 Helen, Garden City, Mi. 48135. The new website is bradleyspublishingcompany.webs.com, Maybe someone can get an honest answer from Adam M. At Absolutewrite, she turned ill on some of us and she was banned from the website.

Both complaints by both parties posted are false. I am Helen Bradley Hall, I am neither of who you two claim I am. I have moved on and my company has been very successful. ASA can fudge the truth all they want with their team of liars which is his family behind. This is 2013 and yet that company is still watching my every move why? Bradley's Publishing must be a threat. All though we are a small company we are a honest company. ASA please move on we settled this in court the lies were evident no need to cover your tracks now its done and over, be blessed if you can. Because I sure am. Worry about where your authors go sign books not where I go.

If concerned author is in Nebraska, how does that individual know where my office is located? I still have all my prove to back up the claim that was made years ago. I asked ASA for my books and they couldn't provide them. ASA posted a story on news vine after the case was over saying publisher and author were bamboozled, that those weren't my originally books, that was what I stated i court to the judge and ASA swore under oath that those were my books. The judge asked if ASA provided the books if I would take them, I said yes and ASA held on to the books until the judgement was handed down. They were trying to sue me for $3, 000.00 for no reason and keep my books that I paid for which wasn't edited at all. When the judgement was in my favor ASA, suddenly provided the books in question.
