Plumber needed? Don't even bother with ASAP Plumbing. They gave us a quote of $2,000.00 for a repair part that only costs $28.00. Seems like they're trying to make a quick buck off of us. Not cool. Definitely won't be using their services again.

They came over to check my plumbing and charged me $100 for just looking at it. I thought that was too much for just 15 minutes of work. They gave me an estimate of $3200 for the repair job, but I ended up fixing it myself for less than $300. I feel like they're just trying to make money by giving high estimates for $100 each. It's a good deal for them, I guess. Oh, and I even got a Senior Discount, but it didn't make much of a difference. Ha!

This compny can't be trusted. They don't stand behind their work, they overcharge and don't cover the damages that they cause. My toilet was broken by their technician it was replaced by a much cheaper one they charged me $349.31 to clear the drain and another $349.31 when the toilet was replaced with a comparable toilet to the one that they broke. I wish I had time to check their reviews before they came into my home. I feel that they took advantage of me.

I got ASAP to fix my sewer pipe cuz it had tree roots in it. They said I should reline it, but I was kinda worried. I asked if it could collapse and they said no. They came to clean out the roots and they kept cleaning and cleaning and cleaning. They were so rough that they broke through the pipe and now it's full of dirt. They're saying it's gonna cost almost double to fix it now that I got the tree removed. I got the tree removed and I've been trying to reach them, but they ain't responding. It's been like a month. How can a company mess up my pipe and not take responsibility or even talk to me?

Great experience. I highly recommend ASAP Plumbing Services. They were very professional, knew what they were doing, and showed up on time. Their communication was clear and easy to understand, and they explained all the plumbing options available to fix a slab leak. *** came out the same day I called and was super friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He looked at the problem, talked about what could be done, and gave me a start date. Their quote was cheaper than two other quotes I got. The installation guys, *** and ***, were great too. They were very professional and careful, and they kept me informed about everything they were doing during the Re-Pipe process. The City of *** Inspectors said they did a good job. Overall, it was an amazing experience! I would recommend ASAP Plumbing Services to anyone who needs plumbing help!

ASAP Plumbing is my go-to plumbing company! I got a message from my Airbnb guest one morning about a slow draining shower pan and a gurgling toilet. I called a big name company that promised 24/7 emergency service. The technician was polite and knowledgeable, but company policy prevented him from sending me a copy of my line. I was charged $300 just for him to tell me I had a break in my line. The only service he offered was to dig a trench in my yard and do a spot repair. Not satisfied, I called a few more plumbers. The first company to respond was ASAP--David was the technician on call. He arrived promptly and immediately ran a video scope. While the camera was in my line, he carefully and thoroughly explained to me the images we were seeing and the impact it would have on my plumbing. We had a cracked sewer line that was feeding the big, beautiful, rapidly grown tree in front of our house. Previous owners had planted the tree too close to the house and it had wreaked havoc! It had squeezed and cracked the sewer line, which in turn was providing it with a steady supply of nutrients. On top of that, David emailed me the video footage AND the service call was free! He told me we were a good candidate for trenchless sewer repair, which would save me time damage to my property. We did our due diligence and called a few more plumbers, and no one else offered affordable trenchless repair with virtually zero down time. In addition, they each proposed a repair that involved digging up over 20 yards of concrete which would prevent me from parking in my garage and impede access to my backyard. Of course, concrete repair was not included in their estimate! I work from home and run an Airbnb--several days of construction was not an option. I wish we would have jumped on having ASAP repair the line immediately, but, since we waited, our big, beautiful, fast growing tree kept on growing. By the time we called David back to do the repair, the tree root had virtually crushed a portion of the sewer line. And, even though we were able to take advantage of trenchless repair for the entire line, we did have to do a spot repair which involved excavating a portion of my front yard and cutting through my cement walkway. While this may sound terrible, the fact that I did not have to dig up my driveway or have the water shut off for more than four hours was a Godsend! I also appreciated the fact that ASAP's owner, Nick, had a reliable concrete person to repair the damage to my walkway. Since my sewer repair, I have replaced my kitchen counter, sink, and faucet. I appreciate that Nick is just a text or phone call away to help me with making a good choice and to let me know which products were easier to work with. He has also been incredibly patient and flexible with ever changing scheduling needs. ASAP Plumbing has earned my business for life!

I had a pluming issue at my parent's house and we needed help. The guy they sent took an hour to show up, but he said he fixed the mainline stoppage and we paid him. But then, 3 days later, another problem happened and it was even worse. I called ASAP again and things got better. I'm trying to get my money back for the service they didn't do.

I hired ASAP Plumbing Services on 05/18 to check out my drains with a camera and find out what was causing the slow drainage and clogs. They charged me $3396.47 and gave me a 5 year warranty. When I called them back because my showers were still clogged, they said it was the pipes and didn't use the camera to find the problem like they said they would. They didn't even try to fix the problem.

ASAP Plumbing came to our crib on Aug 6th cuz we had a water backup in our laundry room. They tried to unclog the line but couldn't. They said they might have to use a hydroblast to clear the line and asked for a deposit. We gave them the deposit and the next day they said they decided not to do the hydroblast cuz they didn't wanna mess up the pipes. We asked for the deposit back and they said they would credit it back to us. But nothing was credited back. I called the office 3 times and they said they would credit it back to me. We paid them $395.39 and nothing was done. They never followed up with us, so we went with a different plumbing company. I want my money back.

I had a leaky toilet line, so I called a local plumber to fix it. Then I had to file an insurance claim and get my floor and wall board replaced, and my bathroom painted and abated. The plumber suggested I get pex pipes put in, so I called ASAP to do it while the floor was out. They came on 6/21 and said they replaced the pipes for $4567.84. But on 5/7, I had another leak where the old copper pipe had a pinhole leak and caused my bedroom floor to get soft. I called ASAP but they didn't call back, so I had to call another plumber who put in a new pipe for $398. I called ASAP again on 5/20/2022 and spoke to a receptionist who said the supervisor was in the field and would call me back, but he never did. I called again on 5/23/2022 and was told he left a message, but there was no message. They told me the same thing again and said he would call me back.
