Hello, I never wanted it to go this far by complaining, but I have voiced my concerns with them many times with no resolution! I pay my rent on time since I have been here for 3 years. Ashford Communities Renters Insurance

I am trying to resolve an issue pertaining to rental insurance. I have had my own through assurance/Geico since I have lived at Ashford Strawbridge in Pearland. The past few months I have a recurring $19 charge for rental insurance when I have repeatedly provided proof of insurance to management/leasing office. Dean Meyer told me he took care of it but since hes gone, Jackie Munoz was the one I spoke with and she was extremely unhelpful. Can I please get this resolved? Thank you,

Desired outcome: Need this charge removed from my account immediately and document my own personal rental insurance on their part so it does not happen again

Kindly take action against leasing staff. Everyone at leasing office is very rude. Each and everyone at the office. Some how I was able to get this website and hope now you guys will take action and ask the staff to behave nicely with everyone. Staff has too much attitude. Everyone staying here at stancliff park has only one issue and that is management. I request you to please take action.

Ashford Communities illegal flyering haa/taa member apartment communities

This Ashford Communities did 4 of our neighboring communities illegal marketing advertising desperately asking people to move in free to their apartments. This management company run by UNPROFESSIONAL people is making unhealthy competition and degrading the quality of living for the people moving there. Aberdeen is the worse and St. Cloud is the worst of all property where management is just painting walls and covering up all their maintenance issues.

Ashford Communities office and maintenance

I filed a maintenance request and its heen 3 days now, no one came to fix it. I got a call that someone will come next day but no one came by the end of 2 days from that time. I have water that is not passing through my dish washer. This is the second time I am using it and it happened like before. This should not happen if the dishes are cleaned with water before washing. Ashford Communities maintenance service

Two of my many maintenance needs took two weeks to fix, for two weeks I had to cook in the dark management nor did Maintenance notified me that it was going to take two weeks to fix. My Dyer took two weeks to fix an I wasn't notified that it was going to take that long every mirth my AC brakes and all They do is patch it up maintenance on call does not work and it is a joke no one comes out to see if everything is ok

I feel that everyone that office an all maintenance workers need to be let go

Ashford Communities my overall first month experience here has been hell

My first 3 days of being here both of my cars were towed when you all shouldn't have allowed me to sign the lease without both cars information I was told. Secondly my appliances (sink in kitchen and tub head) were loose. Now two weeks of being here my roof has a crack and water coming in the ceiling and my cable hookups in the apartment were. Not attached originally for cable. Lastly my celing trimming is half done. This is really poor management and service. It's just been hell now my books and papers have water damage from this ceiling but I'm 100% sure you all want your rent for October

Ashford Communities no hot water

I live at one of the Ashford communities and we barely have any hot water the whole month every week the hot water boiler goes out or there is something wrong with it. For this month the hot water had been off since Sun(8/6/2017 through now 8/10/17 I'm tired of paying my rent on time but I can't get the service that I need to live comfortably in my apartment I work all day and expect to come home to hot water there's not even no water coming out my tub I have to sit here and boil pots and pots of water just to take a bath at night time who has time to do that the apartments I live at is Ashford Casa Serena I would appreciate if you could please help

Ashford Communities Apartment complex

Some of the worst apartment complexes in southwest Houston. Incompetent management unprofessional bad manners and rudeness, and on the property it self rodent infestation bed bug, toxic mold running through the whole apartment complex, flooding problems when ever it rain where water coming in your apartment unit no security maintenance never really fixes anything for the various units nothing ever gets done the high crime area for some of the complexes, and no parking vandalism of property losing your paperwork in the front office always blaming the Corp office for nothing done are fixed charging $30-$50 for parking on top of rent and utilities u have to pay not to mention the gas leak near boil or Laundromats that does not work all the time with old washers and dryers there are 11 properties so far as of now .Founded in 1998 with over 2, 750 apartment units . I DON'T Recommend moving here at all take your Money some place much better
