Fraudulent Marketing Campaign

Received a mailer for $20 of $75. Purchased required items and still not given the discount. Spoke with customer service. Was lied to repeatedly. Was initially told there was no other supervisor available. Associate would not disconnect the call so I could give her a poor review - Her name was Aggregy.
Called back spoke to Jacob who after I explained everything he understood that I met the qualifying purchase amount and I actually did order one of the necessary items. He was able to get a supervisor. Lindsey did not understand the terms that her company used should have qualified me for the discount. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She had another supervisor that was her equal but no one was higher than her. I then spoke to Nicole. Nicole insulted me, argued with me and refused to credit my account for the $20. I told her that she needed to cancel my order and that ASICS was losing me as a customer. She said she couldn't do that even though the item was not shipped. In addition, Nicole is the highest customer service manger at ASICS. She needs to be either fired or retrained. She didn't even want to keep me as a customer and did not seem to mind that I was going to post to social media. She actually told me she felt sorry for how I felt. She argued with me, insulted me and disconnected the call. Sorry ASICS - you lost a customer and I plan on telling everyone not to shop at ASICS.

Only had my ASICS women's running shoes GEL-CUMULUS 18wide redighercumras 18 wide width 3E women's full (size 9 1/2) for a few months paid $129.99 @ DICK's and already has holes in both shoes. I am very disappointed in the quality of Women's Asics running shoes. Consumer Relations Team ASICS America Corporation refuse to replace my less than a year old tennis shoes. I don't have a lot of money and the excuse I got from ASICS "We are unable to approve your claim due to heavy wear, however; we appreciate your loyalty to ASICS." I don't have money to purchase several pairs of tennis shoes and that's the excuse I got "excessive wear, " duh I ONLY can afford 1 pair of tennis shoes at a time and they use to last me more than 1 year. I will NEVER purchase Asics women's running shoes again. Poor customer service, make you jump hoops and then tell you "heavy wear."

I think they have fake products
I bought pair of shoes from Asics Store. They took the money and only after that they told that these particular shoes are not in stock. I told that I can wait until they order them from the manufacturer, but they told it is not possible. I think they have fake products.
