Pair of Adidas Copa 1 football boots
I ordered the boots just over 4 months ago and they have ripped all the through the laces. They are now ruined completely and have cost me nearly £165. I have played mainly on 4G surfaces throughout and never had a pair rip or break. I would like a full refund on this product as it is clearly not fit for purpose. you then issued a credit , however the bank account you issued credit to has been closed by my x wife without my consent , i emailed you informing you of this and was told to go to bank to get the money

You provided me with faulty boots, that cost me £200, I have sent them back and you have emailed me to confirm im entitled to a refund, I sent the boots back 13 days ago, and still no sign of a refund, no contact from Pro Direct, its taken me to chase them, only to be told the refund hasnt gone through, and it could be another 14 days to get the money back. Absolutely dreadful customer service, and even worse quality of football boots!

Shocking service
I placed an order on 20th November for 2 pairs of boots I paid with a voucher and cash total of the order £314.95. I received the one pair of boots quickly & no issues 1 pair was delayed until 30th November I waited until 5th November then emailed asking for an update they told me still no stock and didn't know when I will get them so I asked if they had them in a size 11 instead then that they could send they told me yes and that I needed to confirm I wanted to change the size so I did (this happened over a number of days as each email I sent back took 48 hours to respond to and someone different each time. I received an email after this stating a delay for stock until 14th Dec I asked for someone to confirm on the size that was delayed as I was told there was stock of the other size I wanted, for them to then email back saying that email was for the original size but to ignore as they can see the order has been cancelled. I didn't cancel any order have had no refund and still no boots! I have been told to just order new ones and there is nothing they can do. I have not had the £165 back to order anything else and I did not cancel the order. I have tried ringing the number I found to have an automated message saying they have closed the line and can't contact them on it but to try live chat on their web page or email. Their live chat is closed and each email is taking a minimum of 48 hrs to respond to and you are not getting the same person. This has been going on since 20th November not acceptable

I had these boots and had barely worn them and a big whole came in the toe.

Posted them on Friday August 26th. Heard nothing.
I have contacted them via email serval times to be fobbed off to say they never received them back.
Checked with royal mail as I have my reference number. They are showing that they were delivered to them on Tuesday 6th September. I rang Royal Mail and they also said that they were delivered and given to Shannon and the correct address as the GPS shows their building and provided me with screenshots of this information which I sent on to Prodirect.
I have had the same reply for 3 days now "I have checked this, as advised this does not show to be received into our warehouse at this time. I would advise contacting Royal Mail as you may be able to raise a claim with them"
This is not a royal mail issue it is them who have misplaced the parcel

Defective product return rejected
I bought the laceless Adidas Copa Sense football boots, quite an expensive pair, and the right boot did not fit like the left boot. It did not keep my foot in place and felt like it was gonna slip off while playing. I tested them out and returned the pair but they rejected it as they’d been lightly worn. The product is defective, they cannot make me pay for this and they haven’t even responded to my email about this. They also said the boots would be sent back and they haven’t yet. Also, before this happened, I had also bought premium
shipping and it came a week later than projected and they offered no compensation, disgraceful company. Never do business with them, Soccer.com is vastly superior.
Desired outcome: I want my money back for the boots and compensation. It’d also be nice to have compensation for sending them back and for the late shipping.

First time customer: placed my order [protected] on 24/11. Specifically requested click and collect to a local store.
Item was due for collection on 28/11 but got a message on 27/11 to say delivery would be changed to my home address for 29/11. No explanation as to why PDS changed the delivery without my consent.
On Monday 29th November I was waiting at home and at 12.05 I got a text to say PDS delivery driver was on way and would deliver by 12.32.
Less than one minute later, got another text from PDS saying "Sorry we missed you. We will try again tomorrow"?
I contacted PDS as bearing in mind the close timing of the delivery texts and the fact I was at home, it was suspicious that the driver had just not bothered to attend my address.
I was told my complaint would be passed to ‘Transit team' and that I would be contacted direct. But I have not been contacted, even as an acknowledgment, and I have had no further texts about my parcel despite waiting in daily to take receipt of it. Delivery was not even reattempted as promised the following day.
It is meant to be a birthday gift that my son chose and he has been so sad waiting day after day. I specifically requested click and collect to avoid any issues and still this has ended up in a mess.
The communication from this company has been abysmal and the fact PDS charge significant delivery fees and then literally don't deliver, is wrong.
There is no way to speak to anyone directly as phone lines are indefinitely closed due to the convenient catch-all of COVID. The only way to contact them is via email which is slow and frustrating as agent after agent fobs me off.
Disgusted. I am only writing this as a last resort to get a speedy resolve. If you are from PDS reading this, please have a thought for how you treat customers.

Boots fallen apart
Afternoon
I have just had to order a new pair of boots for my son after 2 1/2 months of purchasing a brand new pair Adidas Predator boots . My order number for the predators was [protected] on the 23/04/2021.
These boots have literally fallen apart . I will attach a picture . I would appreciate your feedback as I am sure these Elite Pro boots should last a while .
We order regularly and I have just spent another £230 on Nike boots hoping these will last .

Soccer Cleat and Cancelation Service
Bad experience, unfair and abusive of business practice
I tried to cancel the order in less than 15 minutes after placed the order online. It never went thru even I sent a couple emails to provided customer service email. A couple days later, email sent to me indicated the product was dispatched and I replied asking for cancelation. They replied email it's not possible since it was dispatched and I have to go thru the return after receiving the product. Well, they obviously would like to sell the product and careless about the consumer's concern and interest. It would be considered as an abusive business practice if a consumer would agree. Well, it is too bad that I would never come back doing business with them again and I would share my experience to the consumers out there to be very cautious when doing business with prodirectsoccer.
Haven't received my deilivery
So I made my order on 10th December from Prodirect sport, which was football boots. The last tracking update was on 22nd December and since that day the tracking wasn't updated and the parcel wasn't delivered. It was stated that delivery should take 12 days, but because of covid give a couple more days. I am writing on the 13th of January. When I contacted them they told that the parcel is going through custom, but it was almost two weeks ago.
Desired outcome: I would like to get refund or to know when exactly my delivery will arrive, because I really need it

nike cleats
I ordered some cleats and had put the shipping address as my teams facility. But when I got the order confirmation it was being sent to my billing address in which I rent out for the season as I am away. Pro direct would not ship my cleats to my team facility leaving me without any cleats for the start of camp and the season. This is crazy to me that a company won't ship your product to the address you have specified. It doesn't make sense and in the long run makes the company look bad as they don't do what the customer asks and needs. Thanks for ruining the start of my season pro direct soccer!

Have called in 4 times for the refund for my delivery charge when my goods were not received on time. I was told that I would get this refunded whenever I called. Still no money in my account! Under the Contract Regulations, I am entitled to the money back for something which was not adhered to on your part - this is a breach of contract. By law you need to supply the goods in the time stated. I will be calling in again and may be claiming for Consequential Losses for the number of times you have made me call and the times I have had to walk out of my office to deal with something that could be dealt with so simply. I have recordings and names of all employees that agreed I would be getting the refund as I'm sure you do too. Your staff needs to be trained on following through what they are telling customers and not lie! Absolutely appalling Customer Services. Will NEVER be ordering again or recommending! I will make sure to tell people how bad this company is! NIGHTMARE!

I placed an order for a pair of football boots order number 9759090 on the 22/11/18 after non delivery or communication I rang up today to ask where my order was to be told they are out of stock! I ordered an Adidas X18+ FG size 9UK which is the size I've been always wearing and ordering for years from Pro-Direct, however these boots were way too tight which made me believe that it is a manufacturer fault, and decided to return them after trying them at home for around 10 to 15 mins, I sent them back in the same package as requested in the same condition (brand new).
The boots were delivered back safely to the returns department, however a decision of not refunding was made and I didn't get notified (I found out after I made a phone call to follow up). I, then requested the customer services to send me an email stating the reason of the decision and been advised that I will receive an email by the end of the day but I still didn't receive anything up to this point.
