My complaint is n jacb from asurion at my kisco hypocrite and lier he fired me the third week n training I completed and passed all the test was performing great with customer service sold accessories and signed five people for homeplus+ didn't do the tech work yet and was told I was fired because I couldn't do tech work yet didn't get my hands on any devices to start tech work but I new how to I believe jakob fired me falsely and know he did I have year's of excellent customer service sales experience over ten years always was able to get top sales man and sales was fired on a day that was slow a Thursday which was like a by joke to jakob hes immature really making jokes making gay jokes too talking about dating customers and having sex with there daughters also made jokes about dating a male customer not giving me a asurion t shirt after two weeks of already being hired and during training limit me to full access of equipment saying I'm not fully certified taking cash money from customers that we're thankful but really against policy to take tips from customers. asking employees to buy him food and not giving break after three hours accusing me of not getting sales and judging me falsely playing music to loud also office and using inappropriate sexual and disrespectful language at work n the back office lied about my performance and fired me with no good reason. I did nothng wrong or illegal on time, work full shifts came back on my break on time and got sales plite t customers and very respectfully to customers and employees. I believe manager jakob should not be manager and should be fired investigated and stript of his license to never disappoint another employee again very rude and disrespectful was this manager jakob I believe possible discrimination against me cause of my race and cause I'm smarter then him he's a fool and will suggest he not make choices for me or any employees he's harrass to and discriminate fired employee t ok disappoint and blame cause he has anger issues and doesn't really want to work he likes to sit down a lot in the back then be inappropriate with jokes being gay and saying he's chocolate when he order food really he's not chocolate and I don't like him never did in that way he talks to slow and t me a slow stupid person he definitely needs to be terminated.

Claimed loss: 400 dollars

Desired outcome: Manager jakob be terminated investigated and fire for sexual harrassment be hypocritical and not a expert it a professional and laughing at people making fun f customers and employees

My complaint is on Jakob and ibrahima at youbreakifix .Jakob excepting and pocketing customers moneyfor wifi issues inappropriate sexual talk about customers daughter asking out the mom to have set with young daughter,making jokes about dating a male customer gay.asking for food instead of focusing on work sitting alot in the back not wanting to work seems lazy,leaving store with old ladies and pocketing her money after retrieving her phone number for possible date exchanging asurion services for food from married woman across the street T bagel and bean not a real manager not professional or expert at all immature should be in jail possible thief maybe stole from cash register before at the store not giving break after three hours then fired me acusing me of not knowing tech part, yet I do know from the test or online training just never had the chance to touch any devices to heat take off screen or open a phone or device spoke with confidence the whole time sure about being able to do this and make sales also sold accessories and sign five people for homeless got customers interested with the program and made sales placed work orders clean front house and on time also back on time from break and worked full shift without a problem didn't do anything illegal and did disrespect or curse at any customer just starting only my third week doing so well very confident and believe I should have been able to finish my final week of the training being that also I read everything and worked great. I believe the manager Jakob was laughing to much and high or immature and ignorant not really knowing what is good customer service or a salesman and judging falling out of disrespect and discrimination against person for religion or race me being Christian and puertorican but born in the United States speak perfect English and an American citizen I have my rights I just graduated to be a manager Jakob is not a good manager he's wrong and made fake choices he's not to smart he needs to be investigated and fired I want this complaint escalated to the higher in company above ibrahima think tried to imbaress me insulted me by saying a real salesman would of knew what to do,that was false putting me down false in that and wrong being that I been top sales man in three of my sales job and also high roller. Unprofessional behavior on his part and disrespectful also laughing with the other employees about firing me make jokes talking gay and slow I don't respect that hipocrit really and trying to be friends more and to personal with the other employees acting like he knows them his whole life able to insult them likes it's a joke and he's wrong also gambling with then on push-ups and sport games.my complaint is sure and I have my rights as an employee to work the job I was hired for alsobalready two weeks and I was not Givin a shirt yet or not yet certified to have full access to complete work orders or take care of customers.hes seems gay or perverted trying to have set talk with the married woman at bagel and bean also giving Jamaican ladies his phone number.dont trust Jakob that manager might do same to hurt someone else this complaint needs to be escalated to the top supervisor and his boss .Also confirming that all this is coming from my experience at asurion and very truthful.

harassment lies and disrespect from manager Jakob for no good reason never is a good reason for those things working there three weeks on Thursday my third week slow that day Jakob what's to have a review and fired me lied hes wrong. Making jokes about dating male customers asking customers about dating there daughter being inappropriate with customers and asked customers for food for service also excepting cash money from customers as tips separate from work orders. Dude that works there Kevin that sales drugs and owns a m4 ibrahima who is gay talks gay with a disgusting attitude telling me I would not be able to do the tech part didn't even get to work on or practice on any devices. Saying I'm not certified yet working two weeks and no Asurion or youbreakifix shirt yet. Manager Jakob asking for food and soda saying don't throw out the pepsi its still good, meanwhile not even his soda. sitting a lot and doesn't really want to work saying I went to the back yet I was told to read about front house and home plus as a part of a training and he said I was not taking customers or getting sales and that's a lie only working there two weeks and did get sales and closed five home plus+ I believe hes racist against people who are not black yet I am part Africans from my mothers side I believe manager jakob made a false choice and needs to be investigated and should not make choices on trainings or employees at youbreakifix he said I couldn't do tech work I never got my hands on yet only working there two weeks he tried to say I could not sale or I'm not a real salesman yet I signed at least two homeplus + and sold accessories and on my first day working up front manager jakob acting high making gay jokes and laughing the whole time talking about dating guys and telling customers hes ordering food and hes chocolate in foods talking about having sex with customers daughters and asking woman for the number to her child and trading services off the books for food and taking money from customers off the books going outside with customers talking to them taking there phone number then pocketing there cash.i was busy reading training learned everything on homeplus front house and what are my dutys at asurion and jakob fired me on thursday a slow day were not really to many people came in with work orders just needed assistance on there wifi .hes a hipocrit and needs to be fired hes dirty in appropriate and probably want to lie to the employees about me and make a joke hes corny plus he moves and works slow talks slow acts gay and always betting to with other employees on games for money or trying to get money from employees. I always came in on time and on time back from my break and worked full shift and Jakob needs to be stript of his license this Asurion needs to be shut down for harassment sexual harassment and unlawful choices on employees saying I can not work and not certified and no t shirt when not allowed to complete the final weeks training saying we don't know if you can be a tech yet I was already hired for this job believe I have my right to a tech device training before being judge to say I cant.i worked well did my job and was treated like I'm a joke still new and in training still learning and didn't deserve the humiliation. I graduated school to be a manager I could be a manager and I know hes no real manager hes a crook probably stole money already from the cash register. When people talk to him he makes immature jokes and is disrespectful he should be in jail he sounds like he likes ladies younger daughter he belongs in prison I'm not scared of him he should have never judge me falsely he not to smart insaulted me saying I am not a real salesman that's a lie. I always got top sales man or high roller at a sales job handled leads and closed deals and informed him before that I am confident and know I will get sales and did.
