Atlas - Rewards Credit Card review: Unauthorized transaction

I contacted Atlas reward credit card company via email and phone messages, about the unauthorized transaction to my personal account for a membership that I never applied for and informed the company that I've undergoing identity theft issues, providing necessary documents requesting that the account be closed and my money be refunded. The company insist upon giving me a prorated refund for a membership that I didn't subscribe to. I have yet to receive my money. I informed the company this is a federal crime, of cyborg fraud and robbery that the has assisted and I intend to file a formal complaint with the proper officials.
