Your company has an employee that intentionally goes out of his way to write people up or get them terminated for policy and procedure he changes weekly. I wonder who oversees Ronald Smith in DFW. How many inspectors and third party crews has this man and his unethical practices impacted? Y’all should really look into who you let run around in the field. I don’t personally like or care for many people in life but I would never get them blacklisted. How do I go about opening an investigation into his position?
