On 11, I attempted to login to my account. After several unsuccessful attempts to login and inability to reset my password, I emailed Atom support. I received an email back stating my account was terminated for violation of TOS with no subsequent explanation. I am concerned my account may have been hacked because I have rarely used my account and certainly not in a way to violate TOS.

I'd purchased tickets for a movie ($37.54) for 05/13. The event was cancelled due to the virus. I'm asking the company to refund my credit card but it seems to be impossible. If a verification is number given it expires before the password can go in. It's a back and forth and has been that way for a day. I must have 20 e-mails from them giving me new verifications and passwords. I understand things have slowed because of the emergency but if they can e-mail I would think they can put my money back as requested. Thank you for your help.

I canceled the original order (refunded in Atom cash to get full refund amount), then added all the same items to the cart and checked out with Amazon pay, and my total was only $56.33 that time and the payment reflected this, so Atom's platform has a bug with their PayPal API it seems. At this point I just want a full refund of the original transaction to my credit card. See photos of the duplicate order for confirmation my total should have been $56.33.

The company offered a $5 discount by using Checkout with Amazon. "While supplies last". As I was checking out I had no way of verifying the supply of the promotion and if it were applied. When I clicked a button that I didn't know was the final order button. I unknowingly placed the order (thinking I could review it) expecting the $5 discount, but I did not get the discount, so I tried to cancel the order but even after making the order I could not cancel it for a full refund within minutes of making the first order. They baited me with a $5 promo and they kept an unrefundable fee. I feel like this was an intentional bait and switch. I tried contacting the business and they would not issue a full refund, which originally is all the recourse I wanted.

I was charged for 2 tickets I have my bank statement available if you would like. They automatically charged me for 2 tickets that I didn't want. I immediately selected to refund. They kept all of my money. They also mentioned they would only refund me minus the 6$ service fee even though I didn't use then. Normally at checkout you get an opportunity to confirm your info and see the details about your purchase. These people are evil and corrupt. It automatically processed my payment. They are clearly desperate. I don't want to be another victim of theft. I needed a handicap seat, I even sent that to them. They are totally heartless. Please let me know if you would like to see the 10+ emails I've sent them. I don't normally say this but this company is the worst I've ever seen in my life. Please help.

On Thursday, July 29, I purchased online from Atom Tickets 3 tickets for an 8/15 Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory at Cinemark
On Thursday, July 29, I purchased online from Atom Tickets 3 tickets for an 8/15 Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory at Cinemark Tinseltown in Shreveport LA for $42.87. I made purchase using a Visa Gift card. On 8/14, due to concern with Delta Covid outbreak, I cancelled the tickets and asked for the funds to be refunded to Visa card used. On 8/26, I emailed customer service to ask about status of the refund. Customer service responded that Atom had attempted to refund the monies but were blocked by bank. I called Visa customer service number and asked about this. They stated that because it was a Visa Gift card used, the card could not have money put back on it and so the transfer was blocked. I relayed this to Atom Tickets customer service and requested that Atom simply issue a customer credit towards future ticket purchase. Atom has refused. I have requested customer credit several times and each time Atom has refused.

I purchased movie tickets from Atom on Saturday, Sept 11, 2021 for Forever Golden: A celebration of the Golden Girls! The purchase price was $36.50. when I entered my zip code into their website it prompted me to buy tickets from my local theater, however, when I actually purchased them, I did not realize it actually was for another theater that is 45 minutes away. The night of the showing, my friend and I showed up at the local theater and our tickets were scanned. We purchased concessions and then realized we were in the wrong theater. We asked the manager how to get a refund and she suggested I contact Atom. Atom does not have a phone system and I spent the next three days asking to use the tickets for the following showing on 9/21 instead of a refund. Atom emailed and asked for lots of information which I provided. Then the final response was "no". They stole our money. They are the worst company to deal with. Horrible customer service.

Order info: Ticket ID: XXXXX:XXXXXXXXXX Confirmation # *** I clicked on their externally located link to purchase two movie tickets in New Westminster, BC. It brought me directly to the page where you select how many tickets you want and then the seats. I confirmed and double checked and then purchased them. After purchasing them it said thanks for purchasing your ticket at landmark theatre Edmonton, Alberta. It gave no hint that I was not purchasing in new Westminster. The movie had yet to start for fifteen minutes and there was no way I could make it to a theatre twenty hours away so I pressed cancelled right away within one minute of purchase. It said the movie was already started so they also were selling me tickets to a movie that had already begun? I talked to them and they said they cannot refund tickets to movies that already started and said nothing about their website misdirection.

On 11.20 Damian C responded that they used internal tools and records and do not see grounds for making any modifications or changes. I have been going back and forth with Atom and have now requested they delete my account and profile completely since they are not helping me log in. They replied that I violated their TOS and were not making any modifications or changes. I have been receiving these generic responses from their help desk and have even tried calling their number to speak to someone but am unable to get any phone support. I want Atom to completely delete my account, phone number, and records because I do not want them to have my personal information if I am unable to get assistance logging in. I have been trying to log in for a week now to be able to buy tickets but will move to Fandango or another program. The screenshot shows I have tried repeatedly to get assistance to get back into my account but their reps keep responding with generic cut and paste responses that do not help.

Company won't give a complete refund, even after admitting they didn't give correct instructions for using their service Atom Tickets is nothing but a rip off. I got a code on a DVD from Walmart that was supposed to give me a free ticket through atom. First, I couldn't find any instructions on how to redeem it. When I finally heard back from atom, the instructions were not clear and turned out to be incomplete, leaving out a very important detail that you needed to create an account to get the free ticket. I went ahead and purchased what I thought was a free ticket, only to be charged full price PLUS a "convenience fee". When I copmplained again after sitting on hold with their "customer service" people for over 20 minutes, they wouldn't do anything to help, except to try and get me even more hooked in their useless company by creating an account and getting credit, meaning I'd have to use them again to use it, and I'm giving that loser of a company any more of my money for their inconvenience fee garbage. These guys need to be taught how to do customer service and give a FULL refund, or they need to be put out of business. I should have checked their reviews almost 90% of their customers think they stink and aren't using them again. How this place even stays in business I don't know wait, I do by stealing fees from unsuspecting customers!
