Auctiva Auctiva Review: Reliable and User-Friendly eBay Listing Platform with One Minor Issue

I've been using Auctiva templates to list my eBay items for many years now, and I must say, it's always been a breeze to use. The interface is user-friendly, and I've never had any trouble navigating through it. However, there is one issue that I've been facing lately, which I hope Auctiva can fix soon. It could also be a problem with eBay that needs to be addressed.

After I post an item template to eBay, I often receive a notification that says ""Item specifics"" are missing. This is quite frustrating because I always make sure to fill out all the necessary information when I'm working on the template before submitting it to eBay. However, somewhere along the way, this information seems to get deleted, and I have to go back to the posted eBay listing to fill in the missing ""Item Specifics."" It's a minor inconvenience, but it would be great if this problem could be resolved.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with Auctiva's service. It has helped me save a lot of time and effort when it comes to listing my items on eBay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking for a reliable and easy-to-use platform for their eBay listings.

Auctiva Auctiva Review: Disappointing Customer Support and Inability to Generate eBay Token

So, I recently signed up with Auctiva and was really excited to start using them as my selling platform. However, my first experience with them was not a good one. The customer support is basically non-existent. They don't even have a phone number for customer service, just a link to talk with someone. I thought that was great, but unfortunately, I'm still waiting for a response 4 hours later. The only issue I have is that I can't generate an eBay token with them, but I was able to do so through eBay itself. I don't understand why I can't do it through Auctiva.

I'm currently under the free trial, and thank goodness for that because I won't be using them anymore. Why should I pay for something that I can do myself? Auctiva really sucks!

I was really disappointed with my experience with Auctiva. I was hoping for a smooth and easy selling platform, but instead, I got a headache. I don't understand why they don't have better customer support. It's frustrating to have to wait so long for a response.

I also don't understand why I can't generate an eBay token with them. It seems like such a basic thing that should be easy to do. But instead, I had to go through eBay itself to get it done.

Overall, I would not recommend Auctiva to anyone. If you're looking for a selling platform, there are plenty of other options out there that are much better. Don't waste your time with Auctiva.

Auctiva Buyer Beware: Auctiva's Poor Customer Service and Hidden Fees

Auctiva, let me tell you, is not the easiest company to get a hold of these days. Their online help system is hardly responsive, if it even works at all. Our company, bless our hearts, decided to go all in and purchase the Elite unlimited listings package through them as a third party to Ebay. And yet, despite all that, we're still being charged an insertion fee for each and every listing. It's a real doozy of an issue, let me tell you. Ebay can't seem to resolve it, and they're just pointing us back to Auctiva, the third party they let conduct services. But it's looking like their services aren't working too well, and even after paying and waiting, we can't seem to get any help from Auctiva.

I gotta say, I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company, third party or not, until they start responding to their customers. This is just one of many issues we've had with them. I feel like it's my duty to help out others who might be searching for a solution to their Ebay woes, and to share my experience. So, take it from me, Rechelle, and steer clear of Auctiva until they get their act together.

Auctiva Poor Customer Service and Surprise Renewal Fee from Auctiva

I've been using Auctiva for quite some time now, since 2009 to be exact. However, I've only been using the service a few times a year lately, so I didn't plan to renew my subscription. But boy, was I in for a surprise when I saw a whopping $430.65 multi-year renewal fee on my PayPal account! I mean, seriously, what the heck? I didn't receive any notification of renewal except for some message on the Auctiva website. And since I'm not using the service, I don't really check messages there. It would have been nice if they sent me an email or something.

So, I decided to reach out to their customer support for some answers. I filed two online tickets and left three voicemails at their customer support number (you can reach them at ***190), but to no avail. I mean, seriously, what kind of customer service is that? Their customer service line is never answered, and it always says that all representatives are busy. And after two times, it automatically forces you to leave a voicemail. What a bummer!

I didn't give up, though. I left a voicemail with their parent company, MoreCommerce, at ***191. I'm hoping they can help me out with this mess. If not, I'm thinking of asking PayPal to reverse the charge, or maybe even Discover since my PayPal fees are currently going through Discover.

UPDATE 6/22: After three calls and two service tickets, I finally received an email from Auctiva. They apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a full refund. I was also able to immediately verify that the refund had been made to my PayPal account. I'm glad they were able to resolve the issue, but I'm still a bit disappointed with their customer service. It shouldn't have taken that long to get a response.

Auctiva Disappointing Experience with Auctiva: Paid for Service, Couldn't Use It, No Refund

So, I decided to upgrade my account on Auctiva because I wanted to start listing more items on eBay. When I landed on their home page, I was greeted with a huge font that read "List Faster. Save Money. Sell More." I was excited to start using their service and started posting some auction listings. However, my first post didn't go through and I received an error message that wasn't very specific. It just said to contact support.

I reached out to their support team hoping they could help me figure out what went wrong. Unfortunately, all I got was a canned response that said their engineers were aware of the issue and were working on it. They didn't give me any time estimate for when the issue would be resolved. I was told to be patient, so I waited for three weeks.

After three weeks, I followed up with them again, and to my dismay, they told me that the issue was still not resolved. I was extremely frustrated because I had paid for their service and I still couldn't use it. I asked for a refund, but they told me that they couldn't issue me one because their terms of service stated that they couldn't guarantee an interruption in service.

I felt like I had wasted my time and money on Auctiva. It was disappointing to see that they couldn't provide me with a better solution or even a refund. I hope they can improve their service in the future so that other users don't have to go through the same experience as me.

Auctiva Auctiva Review: Unreliable and Overpriced with Poor Customer Service

properly. I've been using Auctiva for a while now and it's been nothing but a headache. The site is always crashing and I lose all my work. It's frustrating to have to start over every time. And when I try to contact customer service, they're no help at all. They act like they don't care about my problems and just want to get me off the phone.

On top of that, Auctiva is way too expensive for what it offers. I hardly ever get it to work properly and yet I'm paying a premium price for it. It's just not worth it. I've had to switch to a different platform because Auctiva was costing me too much money and too much time.

Overall, I would not recommend Auctiva to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle and the cost. There are much better options out there that are more reliable and have better customer service. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Auctiva Disappointing Experience with Auctiva: Poor Customer Service and Difficulty Cancelling Subscription

I recently had an experience with Auctiva that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had signed up for their services, but quickly realized that it wasn't what I was looking for. So, I decided to cancel my subscription and get my money back. However, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped.

Firstly, I was confused as to why they would make it so difficult to cancel. I had to go through several steps and it wasn't very clear what I needed to do. After finally figuring it out, I cancelled my PayPal account to ensure that they wouldn't be able to bill me again. However, I was still charged the $9.95 fee.

I tried to contact their customer service department several times, but was met with frustration. Their phone line, ***190, always directed me to leave a message. I left several messages, but never received a call back. It was incredibly frustrating and made me feel like they didn't care about their customers.

Overall, my experience with Auctiva was not a positive one. Their customer service was terrible and it was difficult to cancel my subscription. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Auctiva Terrible Customer Service: My Frustrating Experience with Auctiva and Paypal

So, I gotta say, my experience with Auctiva has been a real doozy. I've been trying to close my account for months now, but it seems like they just don't want to let me go. I've called them up multiple times, sent countless emails, and yet they still keep charging my Paypal account. It's like they just don't care about their customers or something.

And don't even get me started on Paypal. When I reached out to them for help, they were even worse than Auctiva. I sent them four emails and didn't get a single response. Can you believe that? It's like they don't even care about their customers either.

Anyway, I finally got so fed up with the whole thing that I had to put a stop payment on my Paypal account from my bank and credit card. It's just ridiculous that it had to come to that, you know? All I wanted to do was close my account and move on with my life, but these companies just wouldn't let me.

Overall, I would definitely not recommend Auctiva or Paypal to anyone. They just don't seem to care about their customers and will do whatever it takes to keep charging you. It's a real shame, because I had high hopes for Auctiva when I first signed up. But now, I just can't wait to be done with them for good.

Auctiva Outdated and Unreliable: My Experience with Auctiva

Auctiva ain't what it used to be. It's like they're stuck in the past or something. Nowadays, everyone's shopping on their phones, but Auctiva's templates are so slow and clunky. It's like they don't even care about keeping up with eBay. And don't even get me started on international shipping - it's a total mess. Plus, their multiple listing and inventory tracker are a joke. They just don't work. And don't even bother trying to get tech support - it's like they don't even exist. I've been waiting for a whole week for Auctiva to remove the scrolling and advertising from my eBay sales, but they haven't done a darn thing. So I took matters into my own hands and figured out how to do it myself. It's a pain in the butt, but it's better than dealing with this useless application. I'm slowly but surely getting rid of it, one item at a time.

Auctiva Auctiva Review: Disappointing Support and Issues with Lister

I've been using Auctiva for a good few years now and it's been a great experience. However, I decided to switch over to Turbo Lister as it was free. But when I found out that TL was going away, I decided to go back to Auctiva. Unfortunately, I've been experiencing a lot of problems and issues since then.

I've opened a number of tickets and while I do get replies, nothing ever seems to get fixed. They've been putting out some new enhancements, but they refuse to fix any problems with the Lister. Importing is a complete joke as it messes up shipping, images, and you have to open each listing to fix the problems.

Honestly, I would advise you to stay as far away from them as possible. There's no support at all and the forums are absolutely dead. It's a real shame because Auctiva used to be a great tool, but now it's just causing me more trouble than it's worth.

i cancelled this subscription in august...i was billed for half a month...correctly...

then i was billed in september 9 for 54.80. i need credit to my account.
