Terrible service department, staff is rude, pricing is a joke
Terrible service department, staff is rude, pricing is a joke. I would never buy a car or get it serviced here again. Go somewhere else, don't let the fancy building lure you in.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They fail to mention hidden fees in Audi care package. It was sold as your complete car is covered, no mention of co-payment associated with the Audi care warranty.
This place should have their license taken away by the state of New York
This place should have their license taken away by the state of New York. They are arrogant and rude. And have a track record of starting fights with their customers. Avoid this place at all costs, definitely not a good representative of the car culture.
The service at Audi Lynbrook is absolutely terrible!
The service at Audi Lynbrook is absolutely terrible! From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, it's clear that no one here knows how to treat customers properly. They are incredibly rude and don't even have valet service to help you with your car. There's no one to welcome you when you arrive, and the person at the front desk seems a bit slow. The cashier expects you to be a mind reader, and to top it all off, their coffee machines don't even work. And just when you think it can't get any worse, they don't provide any cups for the coffee either. I will definitely never be coming back here again!
I don't recommend buying a car here
I don't recommend buying a car here. The prices on the website ain't accurate, and they add on a bunch of hidden fees when you're in the finance office. And who's ever heard of a warranty costing 5 grand? Plus, if you got a problem with your car, don't bother calling service 'cause the lady there is the meanest person I ever talked to. This dealership is a total scam. Whatever they say the car costs, add another 15 grand and that's the real price! They should arrest these people.
Horrible *** Can never get hold of a manager or supervisor
Horrible *** Can never get hold of a manager or supervisor. Lower level staff is useless but that's all you get. They keep your car for weeks with no progress, won't give you a loaner vehicle because they don't have any, but they say you're on a list, maybe an imaginary list. The prices are outrageous, a fuel pump for over $500 which my mechanic says is a 1 hour job, but their labor charge is $916. I don't know any job that pays $916 per hour. Total cost was $1440.85 just for a fuel pump. This place was time-consuming, energy-draining, and a rip-off overall. Just blatant disregard and disrespect for any paying customer. The building is nice but nothing inside is worth the headache. They don't deserve any stars, but 1 star is the lowest I can go.
This dealership should be shut down
This dealership should be shut down. The amount of times they try to upcharge you or get out of their contracts and warranties for service is unbelievable. I dread coming in here for service however am unfortunately stuck to this place. They take your money and never resolve your issues. Management is incredibly rude and service employees take their time in assisting you & are not accommodating at all. The dealership is a sad representation of this brand of which Ive been driving for over *** to discontinue driving an Audi after Im done with my car. They have no valet, no pick up drop offs, no loaners ever available and they always have to call in to see whats covered. If you want to be robbed of your money yearly and be met with incredibly rude staff from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave, go to Audi Lynbrook. If you want respect, care and customer service there are many other Audi locations you can go to in order to fully enjoy the Audi experience.

On June 26, around 11:30am, I went to Audi Lynbrook at 855 Sunrise Hwy, Lynbrook, NY 11563 to get my Audi Q7 inspected for the yearly New York State inspection. At 12:58 pm, a service representative called me and said that my left rear tire, which is a run flat tire, had two plugs in it and couldn't pass inspection. I told her that I never had that tire or any other tire plugged, and that Audi Lynbrook was the only place where my two Audis have been serviced. She then told me that there were two nails in the tire, which would cause it to fail inspection. I asked to talk to the service manager, and I spoke to Mohamed, who they said is the service manager. He assured me that the tire had two plugs and two nails in it. I told him that I never had any plugs put in any tire. He said maybe I forgot. I asked him to double-check that we were talking about my car, and he said yes. I told him to replace the tire, but I wanted to keep the old tire. When I got there, I asked Mohamed to come with me to my car. He put the tire on the ground, and I asked him to show me the plugs. He pointed to two circles on the tire, but there were no plugs. He admitted that there were no plugs and said it was a mistake. Then he pointed to the heads of two small finish nails and said that they would cause it to fail inspection. I ran my hand on the inside of the tire, and no nail had gone through. I think Audi Lynbrook misrepresented the condition of my tire. Mohamed told me that he couldn't give me a new inspection sticker unless I replaced the tire. I paid for the tire and left. On the Audi Lynbrook website, it clearly says that their employees wear masks and gloves. On Saturday, none of the employees were wearing masks. I was the only person wearing a mask. No one was wearing gloves. According to the Regulations of the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles Section 79.21 Inspection of Motor Vehicles Part C Tires, this should not be the case.

I got tricked by this dealer
I got tricked by this dealer. My old lease was about to end, and my car was there since February. They didn't provide any assistance, and the new car is not what I requested. There were many suspicious things going on, and now they're not offering any help.
I sent in a Customer Pay off request (attached) about a month ago
I sent in a Customer Pay off request (attached) about a month ago. It's already March 29th, and I still haven't gotten my deposit back. Whenever I try to get in touch with them, the receptionist tells me that I need to talk to the salesperson I dealt with. However, I can never seem to reach the salesperson.
I bought a certified pre-owned car from Audi Lynbrook on 11/10
I bought a certified pre-owned car from Audi Lynbrook on 11/10. I paid $1800 for a full inspection, but unfortunately, I discovered that the brake pads are not available in the market. It's disappointing that this issue wasn't noticed and fixed when I purchased the car and paid for the inspection. I brought the car to the service center because I hear a loud screeching sound when I brake. Christina, the service representative, informed me that the technician mentioned the unavailability of the brake pads. I really hope they can resolve this situation for me.

Audi of Lynbrook took a deposit of $1,00 on June 16 for a car I was supposed to lease from them
Audi of Lynbrook took a deposit of $1,00 on June 16 for a car I was supposed to lease from them. On the day I came to pick up my car, I paid an additional amount on June 21st. They wanted to raise the lease price more than what I was told. So, I said I didn't want to go through with the deal and they agreed to refund my money. On June 22nd, they claim to have refunded it back to the original payment but won't send a receipt. They didn't refund my money and I've tried to fix it. The time frame they mentioned for the refund has already passed by two business days and they still won't return my money or provide a document proving it.
I bought a used car from Audi Lynbrook on 2/**/21
I bought a used car from Audi Lynbrook on 2//21. At first, they said they needed to replace a part so it could pass inspection. But when I was on my way to pick up the car at the agreed time, the salesperson called and said they didn't have the title yet. They told me it would take about two business days. It's been seven days now, and they haven't returned my calls or given me a clear explanation. I don't understand why they were selling a car without the title or when I can expect it. I reached out to Audi corporate and filed a complaint, but they said they can only "help me out."
In May 2022, I bought an Audi A3 from Audi Lynbrook
In May 2022, I bought an Audi A3 from Audi Lynbrook. We agreed on a price, and I leased the car. They then talked to me about *** care. I decided to get the care package but later changed my mind. They said I couldn't cancel it. I called Audi *** and they said I could cancel. Then they told me it was too late to change the paperwork, and I would have to pay an extra $32.50 per month. They promised to send me a $1000.00 check, but it's been 2 months, and I still haven't received it. I keep calling, but nobody at the dealership will talk to me. They're always busy when I call. It's been really frustrating. I can't go to the dealership in person because I'm on vacation and far from Lynbrook. I hope you can help me with this issue. Thank you in advance for your help.*** Xbox
I got a new '19 Audi A5 in January '20 from Audi of Lynbrook
I got a new '19 Audi A5 in January '20 from Audi of Lynbrook. Not long after, the steering wheel froze while I was driving on the highway, nearly causing a bad accident in February '20. I talked to service advisor Andre W about it, and he said my car would only need to stay at the dealership for 2 days for servicing. They gave me a below standard loaner car to use in the meantime. But my car ended up staying at the dealership for about a month. Mr. W said Audi's corporate office agreed to compensate me for the inconvenience, and I was supposed to get a check in the mail. But I never received it. The Audi corporate office said they never got the claim from Mr. W. I've tried to contact Mr. W multiple times in the past year, but no luck. It was hard to follow up because of Covid-19 and new management. But I feel disrespected and unappreciated as a customer.
the tire and that I would be coming in to discuss this further
the tire and that I would be coming in to discuss this further.
Later that day, I arrived at Audi Lynbrook and spoke to *** again. He showed me the tire and indeed, there were two plugs and two nails in it. I was shocked because I had never experienced any issues with my tires before. *** apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that they would replace the tire free of charge.
While I waited for the tire to be replaced, I decided to explore the dealership. The showroom was clean and well-maintained, with a wide selection of Audi vehicles on display. The staff seemed friendly and approachable, although I did notice a few customers waiting for assistance.
After a short wait, my new tire was installed and *** explained that they would conduct a thorough inspection of my vehicle to ensure everything else was in good condition. I appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Overall, my experience at Audi Lynbrook was a mix of frustration and satisfaction. The issue with the tire was unexpected and initially caused some confusion, but the staff handled it professionally and resolved the problem promptly. I would recommend Audi Lynbrook for their service and dedication to resolving customer concerns.
On October 1, I took my car to Audi Lynbrook for its scheduled service
On October 1, I took my car to Audi Lynbrook for its scheduled service. When I got there, they checked my vehicle for any damages before starting the service. Before I left, I asked the service advisor to get my EZPASS from under the rear view mirror. A guy came back a few minutes later with the EZPASS. Later that day, I got a call from *** the service advisor, who told me about all the repairs that the technician recommended. They didn't mention anything about finding a damaged rear view mirror.
On October 2, I went back to pick up my car and immediately noticed that my rear view mirror wasn't adjusted the way I left it and couldn't stay upright. I told the staff about it, and they said it must have been broken when it came in and refused to find a solution. I asked to talk to the manager, and they said *** would call me on Monday. It's been 5 days now, and I haven't heard from her despite calling many times. They're avoiding talking to me.
We came to this place to lease a car
We came to this place to lease a car. They gave us one price, but when we picked up the car, they added a bunch of charges that made the monthly payment go up by $160. We tried to talk to the financial director about it, but couldn't get in touch with them for a whole week. We talked to the operator, the salesperson, and the manager, but nobody could tell us when or how we could talk to the financial manager. So we decided to just go to the place in person after being ignored for a whole week. When we got here, they told us that nobody knows when the finance department is available. I've had a job for over 40 years and I always knew when I had to work. I'm sitting at the dealership right now, waiting for over two hours, and nobody knows when someone will be here to help me. Is this how a proper business should act? I've never experienced something so strange with no explanation before.
On 6/14/2022, I took my Audi A4 Cabriolet to Audi Lynbrook at 855 SUNRISE HWY for service
On 6/14/2022, I took my Audi A4 Cabriolet to Audi Lynbrook for service. The engine, traction, and EPC lights were on my dashboard, and the car wasn't driving normally. The service advisor tried to overcharge for parts, but after I showed lower online prices, she reduced the cost by over $600. I agreed to the repairs. However, the issues persisted after pickup. I returned the car on 6/23/2022. On 6/28/2022, they said more service was needed after I had paid $2239.37. On 6/29/2022, they blamed aftermarket parts and refused further service. They charged me nearly $2300, and the car still has issues. Another manager confirmed they won't fix my car or refund me. This is unfair. I need help to get my money back and stop this dishonest practice.
Two days ago, on a Saturday, I leased an Audi A5 in Lynbrook
Two days ago, on a Saturday, I leased an Audi A5 in Lynbrook. The salesman and I agreed on a monthly lease rate that I was happy with. Everything went smoothly until I met with the Finance Manager. She informed me that I had to accept one of the maintenance plans (term protection/term care - apparently they have multiple terms, but she assured me they meant the same thing) in order to lease my new Audi. I questioned her multiple times about the possibility of using my own mechanic to maintain my car, but she misled me into thinking that I had no choice and that my monthly payment would increase by over $50 per month. I explained that it was beyond my budget and asked if I could cancel everything, including the car. She declined. After leaving the dealership in tears, I decided to do some research. I discovered that Audi has a history of trying to convince people that only they can service their cars. I also checked the ComplaintsBoard.com history of this dealership. I called first thing on Monday morning to speak to a manager, but no one returned my call for six hours. So, I went in person. I requested to cancel the service plan. They informed me that I could cancel it, but it wouldn't immediately affect my monthly payment. The credit would be applied at the end of the lease cycle. Even a second manager confirmed that it had already gone through the e-bank on Saturday and couldn't be changed. Then, they mentioned that if I decided to turn in my car earlier, I might not receive the money I was supposed to be credited at the end of the contract. Huh? Isn't that money mine? It's bad enough that I won't be earning interest on it. I just want to know if they are telling the truth about the bank/Audi/lender not being able to adjust my monthly payment (It hasn't even been 48 hours and yesterday was Sunday). I'll have to make a higher payment for 3 1/4 years before seeing any kind of credit. It just seems unethical.
I went to Audi Lynbrook on 3/20/2022 to check out the Audi Q3
I went to Audi Lynbrook on 3/20/2022 to check out the Audi Q3. The sales advisor, whose name I can't remember, showed me the car and I decided to buy it based on the review. I wanted to lease it for 42 months with a $2,000 deposit and around *** due at delivery. I had a trade-in, a 2013 *** in good condition with *** miles, which I estimated to be worth $8,000 to $9,500 according to KBB. The advisor offered me MSRP+3,000 (50,000) for the car and $7,500 for the trade-in. The lease was for 42 months with 12K miles at the price of 10K miles. They said the car would arrive at the end of March.
Later in the week, I went to *** on 3/19 and had a bad experience with a racist advisor who offered me MSRP + $1,000 but I didn't want to buy from him. So, on 3/20, I decided to go to Audi Lynbrook instead. They were aware of the issues I had at the other dealership. I mentioned that getting an offer of MSRP + $3,000 when I had previously been offered MSRP + $1,000 didn't sit well with me. So, Said, the sales manager, revised the offer to MSRP + $1,500.
On 3/20, the sales advisor contacted me and said the vehicle had been damaged in transit and was totaled along with 9 other cars. I had a feeling it wasn't true. He said they didn't have another car with my preferred specifications, but they did have one with black interior. After some discussion, I agreed to the different color, even though the second row of seats didn't have the wood panel ($300). I mentioned that the price should be adjusted for the inconvenience. They only talked to me about my monthly payment, which went from $455 to $435.
After work, I reviewed the offer and realized that the discount they gave me for the issue wasn't enough. I emailed *** and suggested getting the car at MSRP, or maybe a lower mileage deal, or even a free oil change as compensation. *** contacted me and said no to all my suggestions. The conversation escalated, and he started screaming at me. I asked multiple times to end the call, but he wouldn't say goodbye, so I hung up.
On 3/31, I called to speak to the General Manager, and Said answered. I requested a refund, and he said he was "willing" to refund me. Eventually, I got my refund, but I have no proof that the contract and loan were canceled.
I had a really bad experience at Audi Lynbrook
I had a really bad experience at Audi Lynbrook. The salesman, *** was not helpful at all when I asked about the details of the vehicle. I had to wait until I was in the finance office to see the numbers, which was frustrating. I told the salesman multiple times that I would be using my own bank for the loan, but he didn't seem to care. They slowly convinced me to use their bank because they knew I wouldn't buy the car otherwise. In the finance office, the representative, *** told me that my pre-approval was not valid and that I had to use their bank, *** with a higher interest rate. They tried to pressure me into buying additional coverage, even though it didn't make sense for the car I was buying. When I tried to cancel the coverage, *** wasted my time and didn't file any of the paperwork. I tried to reach *** for almost two months, but it wasn't until I accidentally spoke to the sales manager, *** that things started to make sense. They told me that the refund money, $13,000, had to be returned to Ally ***, which doesn't seem right. It's really disappointing how they treated me, especially considering I was buying an $80,000 luxury vehicle.
