Took my car to have a o2 sensor replaced and was charged for a diagnostic that was not asked for since it had been previously done. That's why I knew the sensor was acting up. The mechanic was slightly rude and a little hostile when explaining why he did this service, which was not asked for. Upon further research, I found out that my engine was still under warranty with Auto Nation. This engine had been replaced in March this year, it has less than *** miles on it. I have a 2019 *** Escape.

Around 2008 I purchased a substandard truck from them. I went through the process, and had a trade-in that was in reasonable condition. I turned my car in, signed over the title, and drove my new truck home. It was my first vehicle purchase. I spent a long time dreaming of that day. I knew I had been taken advantage of, but I was just happy to own my own truck. I got a call saying I had to come back to the dealership and sign some more paperwork. So after work, I swung by, and was stalled for about 30 minutes. I thought it was odd, but I just wanted it to be over and done with. Turns out my financing had been denied for some reason, and they blocked me into the parking spot. After talking with various people who were very rude, I finally made my way up to the person in the central office. He threatened me on several occasions with legal action and said they had "turned my trade-in into a cube" because it wasn't worth anything. They took my car, then took my trade-in, and my down payment with no sympathy whatsoever. They knew they were in the wrong, but I didn't matter to them. I'm writing this now because I thought people should know how this company does business. They're as terrible as it gets. Avoid these people at all costs.

The sales manager was very unprofessional when I declined to let him raise the sticker price of a car I wanted to purchase. To punish me for letting him know how I felt about getting scammed, he decided to also make my 5 free oil changes that are a part of our purchase contract void. He stated that I had some free oil changes in the past. I did. The service manager gave me a few free oil changes due to a problem I had while getting my car serviced. I've only used one of my free oil changes, and I am due 4 more free oil changes per our contract that the general manager signed.

After purchasing a 2018 Ford Escape, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. I took the car home and the next day the engine light came on. I took the car back immediately to have it relooked at. And there was some issues with not having coverage on my warranty. This was a huge red flag to me about the company... but I was told that Webb Ford was a reputable company. I returned a month later for an oil change. They informed me that the brake pads were in bad condition. I asked why they didn't catch that on the safety inspection before selling the vehicle. They said they "didn't know". We asked to see the sale manager, who was borderline abusive and asked us to leave. I was shaken and a bit worried that they may start an altercation with my boyfriend that was with me. They were rude and extremely unprofessional. And more importantly, they sent me on my way. Now I am questioning whether anything else is wrong with the car or I could be in danger driving a car that was unsafe in the first place.

I purchased a used vehicle and warranty through Webb Ford on May 23rd, I was advised by the sales team that there were no mechanical issues with the vehicle. I identified a strange sound coming from my vehicle's suspension that following month. I took the vehicle into a trusted mechanic on June 30th. The next day I was informed of a series of drivetrain repairs suggested by service and that there is a potential of it having been a pre-existing condition due to it being so early in my ownership of the vehicle. My warranty company proceeded to complete an inspection of the vehicle that concluded around July 6th. They then confirmed that they would need any prior inspection reports done by Webb Ford and proceeded to call them multiple times over the next two weeks. After nearly two weeks of no response and a follow-up by myself on two occasions, Webb Ford finally returned a call to the warranty company and denied that they had completed any prior inspections, therefore voiding my warranty repair altogether as it was then deemed pre-existing without any further proof. I was without my vehicle from June 30th until July 21st.

o not match the vehicle. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the misleading information provided by Webb Ford. They sold me a car with a faulty engine and misrepresented its history. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience and financial burden. I trusted them to provide me with a reliable vehicle, but instead, I ended up with a nightmare. I would not recommend Webb Ford to anyone looking to purchase a car.
