Colorado Auto Finders I'm really bummed about my experience at Auto Finders

I'm really bummed about my experience at Auto Finders. It was my daughter's first time financing a car and it turned into a total nightmare. Just a few days after buying the car, the check engine light comes on. She decides not to drive it to avoid causing more damage. We have to wait a whole month for the warranty to kick in, so I call and schedule an appointment with Mark for two weeks later. We bring the car in, but they have no record of our appointment. The service guy takes the car for a quick drive and notices a small oil leak. We leave the car there for further inspection. We call the next day to get an update, but the department doesn't call us back for three days. And when they finally do, they show no sympathy and make my daughter feel like she's inconveniencing them. They also charge her a hefty fee without explaining what caused the check engine light. It's really disappointing for my daughter to have to deal with all this after financing the car. She's only driven it a few times and she's had it for about six weeks.

Colorado Auto Finders Hi there

Hi there. So, I gotta say, after reading a bunch of bad reviews about your dealership and the fact that you checked my credit and never bothered to let me know what's up, I'm not really feeling like doing any business with you guys anymore. And just so you know, I'm gonna leave some negative reviews of my own all over the place. I mean, seriously, you check my financials, hit me with hard inquiries, and then don't even bother to respond? Even if my credit was bad, which it's not, you'd think you'd at least give me a call or shoot me an email. You know, be polite and all. But hey, no worries, I had cash and a trade-in with like 14K in equity. But you blew it. Plus, my trade-in had lower miles and was in better shape than most of the cars you had on your lot. But because of your shady business practices, the negative reviews, and your failure to communicate about my financials, whatever they may be...I'm gonna go shop somewhere else. Oh, and just so you know, I'm gonna post this email on a bunch of review sites. And I'll also leave a review on ComplaintsBoard.com because you checked my credit, hit me with hard inquiries, and then didn't say a word. I'm pretty disappointed that there are still dealerships like yours out there, keeping those stereotypes alive and well. Good luck to you, I guess.

Colorado Auto Finders I just got a 2015 Rogue from Colorado Auto Finders and boy, oh boy, do I have some complaints!

I just got a 2015 Rogue from Colorado Auto Finders and boy, oh boy, do I have some complaints! First off, there was no gas in the tank and the low tire pressure alarm was blaring. Talk about a rough start! But that's not all, folks. When I checked the car pockets, I found trash galore, and to top it off, there was some weird white stuff in the trunk. Yuck!

But wait, there's more! Just 12 days later, I took the car for a spin on the highway and guess what? It started shaking like crazy. Turns out, the tires had different treads and there were not one, but two screws in the back left side. How did I not notice this before? Well, it only became apparent when I hit around 70mph. Talk about a heart-stopping experience!

So, off I went to get four new tires, thinking that would solve my problems. But nope, the car had other plans. On my way to the tire shop, it started shaking again and then suddenly died on me. Can you believe it? I had to reschedule my plans and get my poor car towed back home. What a nightmare!

After spending a fortune on a diagnostic tool, I discovered that Colorado Auto Finders had just cleaned and cleared all the signals in the car to make it seem drivable. They didn't bother actually fixing or replacing any parts. Can you say shady business practices?

Now, I'm already $3,000 deep into this mess. I've had to change out four spark plugs and ignition coils, four tires, one filter, and one MAF sensor. On top of that, I've had to invest in tools, grease, fuel cleaners, and now I have to buy a new battery. Seriously, why on earth would I buy a car that has all these issues? I want my money back or for them to fix it properly, not by their incompetent hands.

Overall, my experience with Colorado Auto Finders has been a complete disaster. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Stay far, far away, folks!

Colorado Auto Finders On 8/13/22, I bought a 2014 *** Accord from Colorado Auto Finders

On 8/13/22, I bought a 2014 *** Accord from Colorado Auto Finders. I was worried about getting a used car. The salesperson *** gave me the Car Fax report and said the car was in good shape. He mentioned that it had regular servicing. He also gave me an inspection report, saying it was an internal inspection and everything else was fine. On 8/17/22, I took the car to *** in *** Colorado. They found a lot of repairs that needed to be done. They kept my car until this morning, 8/23/22. The repair bill was almost $2800. On Sunday, 8/21/22, I emailed my salesperson. I told him I felt deceived because they said the car was in great shape and had passed inspection. I informed him that it was at the *** dealer and the repairs would cost close to $3000. I expected them to reimburse me for these repairs. I asked him to have the owner get in touch with me. When I bought the car, he assured me that they were a great dealership and would take care of any problems that came up. So far, nobody has contacted me.

Colorado Auto Finders I live in GA, but am from CO

I live in GA, but am from CO. I bought a 2011 Jeep Compass from CO Auto Finders for my daughter at the end of Dec. for $9995.00. Noticed a few things that needed fixing during the test drive. My daughter goes to school in ***, so I arranged for the car to be delivered there for $600. The car arrived on Jan.28, 2022. The guy who brought it was really rude and impatient. My daughter felt uncomfortable because she's not experienced with this stuff, it was getting dark, and she just wanted her keys. The guy was so focused on getting paid that he gave her the keys and left without any conversation, walkaround, or receipt. They said they would email the receipt to me, but they never did. The next day, when my daughter could see the car, she noticed something strange at the back. I was going to be there in a few days, so I checked it out when I arrived. The whole spoiler with the middle brake light was missing. It must have been damaged during transit because it wasn't like that during the test drive. The dealer confirmed that it was fine when it left. I also found out that the car was still shaking, even though they said they fixed it, and there was a throttle issue and coolant leak with the reservoir completely empty. I called the dealer and spoke to the manager, Cliff. He claimed there were no issues when it left, but the car was only with us for a few days. I also told him about the damage during transit. At first, he said they would fix it, but then he blamed the delivery company. I tried calling the delivery company, but no one answered and I couldn't leave a message. I sent a text, but got no response. I could see that the message was read. I called the dealer for help, but they didn't respond or call back. I kept trying to contact both of them, leaving messages, emails, and texts, but still no response. I also asked for the paperwork on the repairs that were done, but never received them. I don't feel like the car is safe without that brake light, and I'm worried for my daughter's safety. Now I'm stuck with repairing the damage myself. They should fix all the damage and the issues they agreed to.

Colorado Auto Finders I bought the car in March, and they sold me a $4000 warranty that covers nothing

I bought the car in March, and they sold me a $4000 warranty that covers nothing. They told me it would cover all the big stuff, but they never gave me the actual contract until September when I asked for it for the axel bearings. They didn't tell me about the exclusions and parts the warranty doesn't cover. In Colorado, the warranty is non-cancelable. They gave me the financial contract with the warranty already on it, so I couldn't say no unless I asked them to redo everything. The salesperson assured me that the warranty would cover the car if it broke in another state and other wonderful things. However, after having the car for only two days, it died at work and I had to get someone to jump-start it. I took it back to the dealership, but they said nothing was wrong with it and I had to pay for a new battery. I also had to pay for a transmission flush because they didn't do it before I bought the car. In June, I got a nail in my tire and they made me buy a new one because the promised warranty didn't cover it. That cost me another $300. In September, I discovered that the axle bearings were damaged, which probably means they sold me a damaged car. This damaged my seals, brakes, and rotors. The warranty company refused to cover it, so I had to pay another $900. On top of that, the oil pressure sensor went out and they didn't cover that either. Now, the lifters and radiator are broken. The warranty company is only willing to cover $1700, so I still owe $2600. The dealership blames me for taking it to GMC and claims that I should have brought it back to them for a free engine inspection. This is a total lie because they told me I could use my warranty anywhere. Nowhere does it say I have to bring it back to the dealership to use it. The salesperson specifically said that if it broke in another state, my warranty would still work.

Colorado Auto Finders On May 12, 2022, I bought a 2014 Camry from Colorado Auto Finders

On May 12, 2022, I bought a 2014 Camry from Colorado Auto Finders. A family friend recommended them and said to work with the manager, the boss man on our deal. After I test drove the car and decided to buy it, I met with the manager to go over the paperwork. He said, 'He wanted to take care of me, so he was including a warranty that covered repairs to the vehicle.' As the manager explained the warranty, I didn't think I would be the one paying for it. He never asked me if I wanted it; he just added it. When I got home after signing the paperwork, I saw that I was the one paying for the warranty. I read the terms and saw that the warranty couldn't be canceled in Colorado. I called the bank the next morning and asked what I could do. They said since it hadn't been 24 hours yet, the manager and the dealership could refund/cancel the warranty. I called the manager a couple times in the morning and then sent him an email: 'Please cancel and refund the extended car warranty added to my loan last night. You didn't even ask if I wanted it and instead said, 'You were taking care of me by including it.' If I knew I had to pay for it, I would've said no to this extra cost. I should've seen this when I looked at the paperwork, but I didn't. Please send me a written confirmation of the cancellation and what to do next.' The manager called me back mad that I didn't leave him a voicemail when I called. I told him my worries, and he got defensive and unprofessional. He said he explained the warranty terms clearly and blamed me. He wouldn't cancel the warranty or give me my money back ($2546 for the fancy plan). It's annoying that I wasn't asked directly if I wanted the warranty (or which plan I wanted). I would've said no if I knew I had to pay.

Colorado Auto Finders WARNING DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES

WARNING DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES. DON'T BUY A CAR HERE. I bought a *** from Colorado Auto Finders. I put $15,000 down and financed the rest through the dealership. Shortly after buying the car, I took it to Keystone. After about 4 hours, when it was time to go back to Denver, the car wouldn't start and made grinding noises. I had to tow it back to the dealership, costing me $750. On top of that, the car couldn't pass emissions, so I couldn't register it until the issue was fixed. The dealership denied any responsibility and gave me the runaround for weeks. I took the car to *** dealership in Denver and found out all the problems: Faulty catalytic converters causing failed emissions, Faulty wheel bearings, and multiple engine issues. The *** Dealership told me that the car had a long history of repairs and had even suffered catastrophic engine failure at ***. I contacted *** and they said they received MY car in almost salvage condition. Colorado Auto Finders bought it at auction, knowing it needed a new engine. They gave us a clean *** report at the time of sale, but I found out that the engine repairs hadn't been reported yet. They exploited the delay in reporting and gave us an outdated report, knowing the updated information would come out soon. I confronted Colorado Auto Finders about this and did my own investigation. They flat out said they didn't have to disclose any of this to me before the sale. They refused to give me the name of the repair shop that replaced the engine, and when I found out myself, they told the shop not to give me any information about the repair. The necessary repairs were finally done to pass emissions, but the dealership added the cost to my balance. I still haven't resolved this nightmare, even though I've paid over $20k for a car that should have had a Salvage title. The management of Colorado Auto Finders ignores my emails and calls. When I tried to contact the owners, they told me not to bother them. Now, the dealership has repossessed my car without proper notification and is trying to sell it at auction for way less than it's worth, claiming there's engine damage, etc.
