Nalley Toyota sold me the worst car off the lot, and when the engine went out I had to pay $1000 to get the car removed from the expressway, all the while cars were coming and I could have gotten hit. I took the car back up there the next day. When I got there I handed the keys to *** and she came with the salesman ***, which was the guy who sold me car, but he told me that the car did not have any problems, so they came back with the manager ***, and he said that he could not give me my money back, so he gave me a rental car and said that he was going to fix the car but the car was never fixed. He then called me back two months later and told me that he was trying to sell me another car. I did not want to do business with them anymore so I asked them for my money back. Ive been waiting for my money for weeks. I didnt receive any money or a rental and Ive been missing work because I have no transportation.

July 31, I traded in a 2018 Toyota C-HR XLE Crossover for a 2019 RAV4
July 31, I traded in a 2018 Toyota C-HR XLE Crossover for a 2019 RAV4. Nobody told me 'bout the CANCELLATION FORM for gettin' my money back for the Service Contract or GAP/TLP. I found out from another Toyota dealership on July 18, that I was supposed to get reimbursed.
On August 24, I paid a $400 deposit for a vehical
On August 24, I paid a $400 deposit for a vehical. On August 30, I completed the purchase of the vehical. At this point I was assured that my deposit would be returned. Well as of September 15 they have not returned my funds. This is the second vehical I have purchased from them within a year and is by far the worst experience ever.
On 9/6/2022, I took my 2009 Toyota Venza to Nalley Toyota Stonecrest
On 9/6/2022, I took my 2009 Toyota Venza to Nalley Toyota Stonecrest. The next day, the service manager, ***, informed me that my wires had been cut. He advised me to file a claim with my homeowners insurance. However, when I contacted my insurance, they requested an Assessment Receipt. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response from *** or *** since September 7, 2022. This kind of customer service is terrible, especially considering the magnitude of the issue. I urgently need the Assessment Receipt emailed to *** this morning. Additionally, I believe I should receive a significant discount due to the delay in obtaining the Assessment Receipt, which has prevented me from taking care of important matters without a car.

I tried to buy a car online
I tried to buy a car online. I contacted the dealership and sent them the *** number for the car I wanted. When I got there, they made me sign papers for a different car. They said they would fix it and not process my loan until I got the right car. My car lender told me they tried to process the loan for the wrong car they gave me after tricking me. I returned the car because they are dishonest! I attached the text I sent to the salesperson and the email I sent to their manager BEFORE going to the dealership. I also sent a screenshot of the text I sent on the SAME DAY showing I had the wrong car. They promised to take care of it.
I had a really bad experience at this dealership
I had a really bad experience at this dealership. I felt like they told me to get warranties that I didn't want, and when I wanted to cancel them, I didn't get a response by email or phone until I had no choice but to go in person. Even then, the warranty cancellations still haven't been applied and it's been 7 months. Also, I couldn't find anyone who knew how to answer my questions about collisions. I kept getting transferred to different departments that didn't answer and just went to voicemail (and never returned voicemails), and to people who had no idea how to answer my questions. I eventually had to call a different Toyota dealership with my questions. Communication is bad and I wouldn't have bought my car here if I could go back. I have the cancellation form uploaded here.
I put a $400 deposit on a 2021 Toyota Highlander and ordered this vehicle
I put a $400 deposit on a 2021 Toyota Highlander and ordered this vehicle. Teaka, the internet sales manager, told me the vehicle will arrive on October 8. The vehicle arrived on October 5. I saw that the vehicle was damaged in the rear and showed the damage to Chelsea, the salesperson, when she test drove the vehicle. I did my application and filled out paperwork on the vehicle. I left the dealership to return the next day to pick up the vehicle. On October 6, I called to get the time to pick up my vehicle and was told by the sales manager named Eric that he sold my vehicle to someone else. I was in tears and had a panic attack when he told me this. I requested another vehicle, but they ignored my request. I also requested my paperwork and $400, but they ignored me. I called the general manager, Ollin, and he lied to me about everything and refused to give me my paperwork, picture ID copy, insurance card copy, and $400.
I paid for an alignment at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest, but it wasn't done
I paid for an alignment at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest, but it wasn't done. I tried three times to get the service I paid for, but the management won't refund or return my call. On April 6, I paid $74.99 for an alignment. The next day, I noticed that my car was still not aligned. I immediately called to reschedule the alignment for April 13. After taking off work again and waiting for 3 1/2 hours, the technician told me that he couldn't align my car because the front tire was bad. He said I needed to replace the tire before he could align my car. So, I drove to a tire place across town, only for them to tell me that my tires were great and still had 3/4 life left on the tread. Frustrated, I called Toyota to speak with the management. They said they would call me back after reviewing the issue, but I never received a call back. Two days later, when I called again, the manager said he didn't remember my issues. I asked for a refund, but he said he couldn't do it and that his director would call me back. However, I never received a call from the director. I have called three times since then, leaving messages, but I haven't received any call back. I just want my refund so I can get my car serviced properly.
I bought a 2016 Kia Sedan from Nalley Toyota Stonecrest on April 12, 2022
I bought a 2016 Kia Sedan from Nalley Toyota Stonecrest on April 12, 2022. I put down $7,000 and got gap insurance. On the same day, while filling up gas, I had a problem with the car. I also mentioned that I was having issues with acceleration. I returned the car on April 14th and they fixed the gas sensor. They advised me to drive with the windows down to get rid of the gas smell. The next morning, the smell was even worse, so I took it back to the dealership and they gave me a rental car from April 15th to April 22nd. On April 23rd, my car broke down in the fast lane on the highway. I had to Uber to the dealership and they provided me with a second rental car. They informed me that if my vehicle had three more issues, I could trade it in and they would honor my contract. I used the second rental car from April 23rd to June 14th. On June 14th, I had to bring my tags to the dealership because my temporary tag had expired while they had my SUV. When I was 15 minutes away from the dealer, the car started having acceleration issues and the check engine light came on. When I got home and removed the gas cap, gas started splurging out of the tank. A computer also showed that the things they claimed to have fixed were still not fixed. I returned the car on June 15th. Since then, I have been using my third rental car from June 15th to now (July 30th). I haven't had to pay for these rentals, but I still had to pay the $281.30 note and $202.60 insurance every month. It has been almost four months since I bought the car, and I have only driven it for a total of 4 days. I didn't like the cars they suggested for me to trade into. I was interested in Rav4s. On June 19th, I test drove one that I didn't choose and they told me I could pay $70 more per month to get my gap insurance back. I refused both offers. They said I couldn't get any money back and they wouldn't honor my contract. They also ran my credit without my approval on June 17th. I felt poorly treated when I expressed my concerns.
I got my car fixed at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest on July 30th
I got my car fixed at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest on July 30th. They did a bunch of repairs, and I had to schedule more for the next week because they had to order some parts. But after they installed new brakes, I started hearing a weird sound from my back tire when I braked. I thought they didn't do the repair right. So, on August 6th, I went back and told them about the sound. They said my parking brake was messed up and they fixed it. But guess what? The sound was still there when I left. I was getting frustrated with this place, so I decided to try a different Toyota dealership on August 9th. They said they had to fix the rotor, but that didn't fix the sound either. So, I went back to Nalley and told them the problem was still there. They said the other Toyota place messed up the rotors and they fixed it. They also said they wouldn't give me a refund. But even after that, the problem wasn't fixed. I contacted them again. Finally, on August 22nd, I took my car there for the last time. They kept it until August 29th, and luckily, I haven't heard the sound since then. But here's the thing, when I picked up my car, the Service Director said he would give me a refund for the rear brake service. We've been talking on and off since then, and he keeps saying he doesn't know why the refund hasn't shown up on my credit card. He said he could give me a check, but he hasn't done that either. He's also not responding to my emails asking about the refund. After going through all this trouble because of their mistake, all I want is the refund he promised so I can move on and not deal with this dealership anymore. I paid $396.93 for the rear brake service.
