I've been waitin' for 4 hours for a simple oil change
I've been waitin' for 4 hours for a simple oil change. I'm tellin' everyone, don't go to Fowler Honda for car maintenance. It was the worst experience ever.
I bought a used Equinox from Fowler to find out I that it had a blown head gasket
I bought a used Equinox from Fowler to find out I that it had a blown head gasket...they factory fixed it yet now ess thg han year later same problem even worse now. Tried three times to speak with them just getting blown off told to go somewhere else. I believe it should be either fixed correctly again or traded for something worth what I am paying for. Feels horrible that there is a business treating people this way amidst a global pandemic when times are hard enough! I have to now pay more bills without reliable transportation ughhhh.

Took my Honda in for an issue that has started again, and of course, they couldn't get it to happen
Took my Honda in for an issue that has started again, and of course, they couldn't get it to happen. So, after keeping my car for 2 days and having to call numerous times, we are picking the car up. It's my car, my name is on the title. I took it in and described the problem, told them to call me. But instead, they deferred to my husband, even after I explicitly instructed them to call me! They discriminate based on gender and keep the car for days without doing anything to fix it. This is unacceptable on both counts.
On May 25, 2022, me and my wife bought a car from Fowler Honda
On May 25, 2022, me and my wife bought a car from Fowler Honda. They charged us $399.00 for a Document Processing Fee (contract attached). But, we still haven't got the title paperwork yet (June 26, 2022). We talked to the salesman more than 3 weeks ago and he said it takes 3 weeks. But, we haven't heard back from him since then. We tried contacting them many times in the last 2 weeks. But, we still don't have the title paperwork to get a license plate. The car is just sitting in our garage because the temporary tag expired on June 25.
I went to Fowler Honda to get my 2010 Odyssey's oil and filter changed
I went to Fowler Honda to get my 2010 Odyssey's oil and filter changed. I had an appointment at 7 AM on March 4, 2022. They didn't get back to me until the afternoon and said that the oil drain was stripped and needed to be replaced. I had the same oil and filter change done on July 21, and they didn't find any issues with the oil pan or drain plug. The Fowler Honda technician stripped the drain plug, but they wanted me to pay for the replacement. I left a voice message for the Service Manager, but I haven't heard anything back yet. This place is not good for car service. I still stand by what I said, and if they can fix this problem to my satisfaction, I will update my review. Right now, I'm really disappointed and not happy with my experience.

This here letter is to let the dealership know about the ongoing safety problem with a 2016 Honda CRV I bought on March 25
This here letter is to let the dealership know about the ongoing safety problem with a 2016 Honda CRV I bought on March 25. Before test driving the car, the tires were filled 'cause the low-pressure signal was on. When I bought the vehicle, I asked the service department to check the tires real good. They said no and the used sales manager told me to trust him that the tire just needed air. He seemed annoyed and gave me a quick explanation about the fancy air they use at the dealership. Well, less than two weeks later, I was back at the dealership 'cause the low-pressure signal light came on again. Turns out, one of the tires had a staple in it. I was planning to go to Texas that week. Just think, if I had ignored it like the used car sales manager said, who knows what could've happened. It stresses me out and makes me anxious to think about what might've gone wrong with my safety and life. Ever since then, I've been to the dealership more than a dozen times to fill my tires with their 'specialized' air. The service department keeps telling me nothing's wrong, but the low-pressure tire signal keeps coming back on. I've had to take time off work to try and fix this safety issue, but no luck. My last visit to the service department made me wonder if Fowler Honda even cares about their customers' safety. The service manager said he ran some tests on the car, but didn't give me any paperwork. At this point, I'm worried about my safety and health, especially with COVID-19 cases going up and having to go to the dealership so often. Sadly, my first car buying experience hasn't been pleasant or satisfying when it comes to safety. I'm scared for my life when I have to drive places because of this problem.
[protected] - My car broke down, so I had it towed to Fowler Honda for a diagnostic
[protected] - My car broke down, so I had it towed to Fowler Honda for a diagnostic. Later, they told me there was a problem with the transmission and transaxle. I decided to go with a remanufactured transmission and left my vehicle at the dealership. They said it would be ready the next day once they ordered the parts. However, four days went by and still no sign of the parts. Eventually, they offered me a loaner car while I waited for the parts to arrive. Finally, on [protected], the repairs were completed, and I paid $6,069.21 for the repairs. I drove the car home but didn't use it much because of work. It wasn't until Tuesday morning, [protected], that I drove it again. Unfortunately, after just 1.5 hours of driving to work, the car broke down with the same issues (grinding noise, unable to shift gears, and no movement). I didn't receive any further communication about the repairs. Then, on 10/13, I got a phone call from ***, the Service Advisor, saying the repairs would be finished that day. He explained that the technician who worked on my car didn't properly seat the axle inside the transmission shaft. Additionally, he informed me that my car had suffered hail damage to the top, hood, driver's side, and windshield. He referred me to *** the Service Manager. I also contacted American Honda Service to report the excessively delayed repairs. The dealership didn't take any precautions to protect my car during the hailstorm that was reported in the news. They only repaired the transmission after the hailstorm had already occurred. Now, the dealership is claiming that the hail damage repairs are not covered because it was an "Act of God" and not their responsibility. *** gave me an estimate of $3500 for the hail repairs, with Fowler Honda agreeing to cover $1500. However, when I asked for the documentation of the estimate from ***, they couldn't provide it. I told them that I want all the information before making any final decisions. The estimate I obtained from another source exceeded the false estimate from ***.
