He assured me that the car was in good condition, but upon arrival, I found several issues. The trunk door was broken, contradicting his claim that it passed inspection with no problems. It was clear he wasn't truthful. With no specialized dealer nearby, I consulted an independent mechanic who identified more issues. The rear door had a defect costing $800 to repair, and the supports were worn out. There was also a cleared catalytic converter error, adding to my expenses. In January, the folks at MB Motors LLC replaced an auxiliary coolant pump in my car. Turns out, it was one of those Chinese parts that failed and caused a fire in the engine. Fast forward to July, and I've got documents from another shop confirming that the replacement part was faulty. We've been trying to get in touch with MB Motors, but they haven't responded to our numerous attempts. The repair costs are estimated to be around $4000, but they can't be sure if there's more damage until they start working on it. It's been almost two months without a car, and I'm still making payments on a vehicle I can't even drive. I really need some help resolving this issue.

Instead, I worked with someone named *** to make sure the car was checked and working fine. *** said the car was in good shape and didn't need any repairs. He also mentioned that the car was mostly stock, except for the exhaust system. However, when the car arrived, I found out that it needed a new battery and it was actually heavily modified, tuned stage 2 plus. I decided to have the car inspected, and it turned out that it needed a new transmission, engine mounts, and it was leaking oil, among other issues. I tried calling ***, but he avoided me for three days. I also sent an email to ***, but I didn't get any response. After a week of calling, I finally spoke to ***, who basically said that the car is now my problem. When I mentioned that *** had misrepresented the car, he just hung up on me.

They promised to sell me a 2019 *** Tacoma Off Road pick-up truck. However, when I arrived, I realized it was not an Off Road model. It was actually an SR5 with Off Road decals on the bed of the truck. The SR5 is a cheaper model and doesn't have many of the features that the Off Road model has. MB Motors falsely advertised the vehicle online, claiming it had all the Off Road features. When I saw the truck in ***, , it was clear that it didn't. I confronted the salesman about it and he said he would give me my deposit back. However, even after I got home, I didn't hear from him. I sent a polite email asking for my deposit back, but he hasn't responded to this day.

On September 23rd, after a week of talking on the phone with the dealer and refusing a deposit, I drove to the dealership. Navy Federal didn't grant me full financing, so I returned from Yakima on the 24th to finalize buying a 2010 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Autobiography. It was listed at a certain price, and after taxes, my purchase price was higher. On September 27th, I had the car inspected by my mechanic. The cost to repair the car's issues was substantial. The headlights and brakes were faulty, which wasn't apparent during the test drive as there were no indicators of problems. However, after driving home, issues surfaced and were confirmed by inspection. Despite a clean Carfax report and full service history, the car turned out to be problematic. I felt cheated, discovering the dealership has a history of such issues. I'm seeking to either have the car repaired or returned, as the dealer refuses to honor a 7-day return policy. I also want the business investigated to prevent further deceitful practices.

The salesperson, Amil, assured me that there were no issues with the vehicle. He claimed that MB Motors is a reputable dealer that sells high-quality cars. I repeatedly asked to see the checklist that dealers usually have when acquiring a vehicle, but they said there was nothing wrong with this one. I also asked multiple times if the car came with both keys, and they said they were pretty sure it did and that they would be in the car along with the paperwork when it was delivered to my house. But guess what? There was only one key, no paperwork, and even the delivery driver immediately noticed problems with the mirror and the TMPS system in the Jeep.
I understand that the car was sold "as is," but when a dealer intentionally hides issues with a vehicle, they should be held accountable and cover the cost of fixing those problems. For example, they purposely didn't include a picture of the faulty rear driver side TMPS that doesn't work properly. Additionally, the driver side mirror doesn't slide down as it should when the Jeep is put in reverse. Lastly, the Jeep had a newly installed front chip protector, which seemed fine at first, but it was actually hiding seven silver dollar-sized rust spots on the front of the hood. Once again, selling "as is" doesn't mean being intentionally deceptive.
I tried contacting Amil multiple times through text, voicemail, and email. I even sent them a list and pictures of the rust, but they are refusing to fix anything. The hood needs to be replaced because the rust is coming from the inside out. They sent me a form to fill out and return to them to start a case. Obviously, this whole experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
