Mike Maroone Chevrolet South is a terrible dealership
Mike Maroone Chevrolet South is a terrible dealership. They have no customer service even after being contacted several times. I contacted them by phone, e-mail and chat an I was never called back. When I wrote GM about my concerns I was immediately contacted by GM Corporate. I was told they contacted the dealership and that they would contact me. That call never came. I had to give Mike Maroone Chevrolet South 1 star because I couldn't go any lower.

Mike Maroone Chevrolet is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with and the way I've been treated is pure EVIL. This Company doesn't care about my(or your) safety quite frankly. I was sold a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado new off the showroom floor that they negligently failed to inform me they had permanently cut out a major structural component and removed it from a brand new truck. These modifications already had major structural errors by the manufacturer and its engineers for a left lean to the truck. I contend that this truck IS NOT capable of pulling the manufacturer-listed tow weight of 7000lbs. and is very dangerous to do so. By Mike Maroone continuing to deny responsibility and pushing the blame on me. Refusing repairs and allowing me to leave and drive with a vehicle in this condition is horrifying. This truck is nowhere near safe on the road now and never has been safe to tow up to 7000lbs since I've owned it. With the problems you and your staff have given me since 6/11. Charging me money on a truck that's under warranty to fix something you negligently failed to inform about is preposterous and has had a direct impact on my health. Any and all hardship for this sale Mike Maroone and staff bear the responsibility for, you should all be ashamed! Part C of the Disclosures act states C. Notice Fraud or misrepresentation in a motor vehicle/powersports vehicle is Punishable under Colorado law. I've lost my brakes on this vehicle and came to rest in the middle of a red light intersection shortly after purchase these people just don't care. It's all about the Dollar.

Called first thing in the morning to see if I get have my car dropped off by a tow truck. They said "Sure thing! We can take a look at it." Said it would be there around noon but it got dropped off at 11:00am.3 weeks later I get my car back. 3 weeks...They never said "We are behind and it will take several days before we can look at it." That's what I should've been told.Then, every time I call, they say "We will get to it tomorrow". Funny how "tomorrow" ended up being 3 weeks.Also, the first 3 times I called, they had to take down my contact info. On the 4th call, I find out that my contact info was never entered into the system. Huh. How does it take 4 calls to get my contact info entered and not just the first time?Additionally, on the 4th call, I was questioning why it was taking so long to get looked at when I told them exactly what the problem was when I had it towed in. I was told "We are very busy and there is a long waiting list, and you were a tow in and so you are at the back of the line and that's just the way it is." Totally non-professional. I should have had an apology and a resolution to get the car out sooner.I also asked if I could get a rental car since it was taking so long and they told me no because they only give loaners to cars with warranties. Again, no apology for the delay or inconvenience.After 2 and half weeks, they said they would bump it to the top of the list since it had been so long. Way too little, way too late. Wasn't even offered a discount.If I had an appointment, the repairs should have taken 1 day. If it's a tow-in, I understand they can't get to it right away, but it should've been 3 or 4 days (maybe 5 tops). It needed a new battery and an ignition switch/assembly. 1 day to diagnose that and replace it. No excuse for 3 weeks.Don't ever take your car here. They are unprofessional on all levels.

Purchase a Volkswagen 2016 Jetta tsi in august .I recsently was having issues was the car.So I went on the enternet and seen that was a recall on the car.The car would stall out and the steering wheel would lock.It happened 9 to 10 times while driving.So take to a certified dealership.I took my car in on September 21.Then the inspection .came .The reports comes and come to find out there's after market parts on the vehicle which I purchase the car like that.I purchase a gold warranty and the power train warranty is good uptill 55000 thousand miles which my car has 47000 miles.Now spoke to 9 to 11 different employees been get no call backs or respond back.I looked up the warranty and that's part of the coverage.When to the dealership spoke to a manager .She stated that if the car was sold like to me then they have to horror the warranty.But there not .My cars been at the dealership going on 3 weeks and still can't get any to horror the warranty.
I'm requesting at the shop pay for my damages while my vehicle was in their possession getting repaired through my insurance it was broken into the back window was smashed down and all my possessions were stolen and they are refusing to pay for my damages or any of my stolen property
On November 7th myself and my girlfriend purchased a new camaro. We traded in a 2017 Nissan Rogue and all was well. A week or so after the purchase, the dealer record out to us and said the payoff was wrong and that they had to change the numbers. In December I noticed when attempting to pay the loan for my family vehicle that my account had been paid off on my 2018 suburban. The Nissan that mike maroone had taken on trade still had not been paid off and I have now made 3 payments trying to protect my credit. In summary, the dealer sold us a car. The numbers financed are now off and I am making payments on a car and excess loan that never should have been included. The Nissan Rogue that was traded has not been paid off and I am still making payments over 60 days after the purchase for a vehicle for sale on their lot and website. My suburban loan is all messed up and I have no idea what to do. Nobody knows where the title is and what to do about it. I have now returned the camaro to the dealer because we can't keep making payments on all these cars that should have been paid off months ago.

I purchased tires from Maroon Chevy
I purchased tires from Maroon Chevy. I asked for the matching tires which are all season tires. When I went to pick up the car they put high proformancnce summer tires in the middle of winter. Carl the service assiatant stated it was the only tires in the state. I went home and found the tires online. I then went to call the manage because I paid $680 or so for tires that I did not ask for. They said they would like to make it right after 6 weeks of a run around. I finally asked for them to put the old tires I had back on and I will order new ones. The tires were hardly used being that they were not made for Colorado foul weather conditions. The car stood most of the time at the shop for other issues that are not related. They agreed. I called and texted message Arron Captain and a Mike my time and I picked up my car 04/15. I asked for a refund. I was told by Arron Captain to be patience once again but the person who does refunds is not around. He offered to mail a check and realized I paid with my card and still said I would have to wait the next morning. It is now 4/20 and I have not received my payment.

my experience here with the service department was a nightmare
my experience here with the service department was a nightmare. They tried replacing several parts at my expense as they could not figure out a problem they caused after putting my truck back together. My truck was not finished till over a month after the promised date. I had to rent a vehicle and pay for plane tickets because of this.The service manager Rich and other staff at the service department are not compassionate and did not care about the hardship and financial hardship caused by them not getting my vehicle repaired in a timely manner to include Johnny Smith who took my vehicle in. Rich told me it's not his problem ". I sent a letter to the general manager and still have not received a response. Dishonesty in diagnosis of my vehicle, charging me for unnecessary parts. I have never been so disappointed. You would think after thousands of dollars spent you would get more respectful and good service. I was later told by Johnny, that per the GM that they would place a lean on my vehicle when I was originally told by Rich the Service Director I could leave it there without a problem till I got back in town to pay and pick it up. They have responded to a review stating they would like to resolve the issue, but when I left messages to resolve the only return calls were for payment.

Our vehicle purchased was not representative of the inspection report given to us at the time of purchasing. Our vehicle was not properly repaired or completed after two visits regarding the same complaint. The service writer was unable to provide us the company's wheel torque policy or procedure. I witnessed improper handling and incorrect installation of mounting and installation of vehicle wheels and tires. Wheels on the vehicle were incorrectly installed multiple times resulting in damaged and over torqued wheel lug nuts, resulting in the inability to remove the wheels with the manufacturers wheel removal equipment. The company refused to correct the issue regarding the remainder of the unaddressed wheel studs. The vehicle required a replacement engine after approximately 400miles of ownership. We were verbally told the used engine had a 6 month 6,000 miles warranty. We received no warranty paperwork or information regarding the replacement engine. After asking for proof of warranty we were provided with a picture of the original receipt with a hand written note claiming "6mo 6k warranty" written in purple ink. After leaving a voicemail to the service manager, we have not had a response from the dealership for 3 business days as of this complaint. As of this complaint our used engine has consumed 2 quarts of oil in 2,600 miles which we were told is acceptable. As of this complaint we are unable to remove any of the wheels by hand using the manufacturers provided equipment for wheel removal for emergencies requiring the use of the spare tire due to the improper installation of the wheels lug nuts and lack of proper wheel torque procedures. The service department has refused to acknowledge their mistake and has failed to provide a description of their policies and procedures regarding installing vehicles wheels. The lack of proper handling of our vehicle has resulted in damage to our vehicle potentially leading to unsafe operation.
