Audi North Park hasn't paid the equity that came from the trade-in, even after a whole month of leasing a new car. On top of that, they haven't given me the license plates that I paid for, and I had to buy the window film and nitrogen for the tires myself.

Audi North Park Our car is under warranty, but the A/C broke

Our car is under warranty, but the A/C broke. We bought it here, but they're not helping much. They want us to leave the car with no idea when it'll be fixed, so we have to pay for a rental with no clear solution.

I just bought a 2018 Porcshe Macon from Audi North Park and I put down a $1,000 binder on December 4. My bank sent the dealership a check for the buyer's order to cover the full purchase price. It's now January 5, and despite several emails and phone calls, I still haven't received my earnest money back.

Audi North Park I went to Audi North Park to check out a car, but unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock

I went to Audi North Park to check out a car, but unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock. Ana ***, the sales lady, informed me that if I wanted to bring the car from another dealership and reserve it for myself, I had to pay them $1,000 UsD. I didn't sign any papers to purchase the car, and now I've changed my mind about it. However, Jacqueline ***, the manager, refused to return my $1,000 and insisted that the dealership would keep the money. I'm not happy with the poor service I received from this dealership, and I'd rather go to another one. All I want is my money refunded to my card, even though I didn't sign any contracts or receive any receipts. They simply charged my credit card.

Audi North Park I left my wife's car at Audi North Park on October 7th for some service and to replace a few emblems at the back of the car

I left my wife's car at Audi North Park on October 7th for some service and to replace a few emblems at the back of the car. But then I changed my mind about getting new emblems, so on October 9th, I canceled the order. When I talked to one of the service people on the phone, they said they couldn't refund the money to my card, so they would send a check instead. It's now November 3rd, and I still haven't received the refund. I called the service person multiple times to follow up on October 15th, 19th, 22nd, 26th, and November 1st. I was so frustrated that I finally called the dealership and left a few messages for the *** Manager, but I'm still waiting for a response. The car is a 2018 Audi Q7.

Audi North Park My car was part of a recall, so I took it to the servicing department at Audi North Park on December 3

My car was part of a recall, so I took it to the servicing department at Audi North Park on December 3. They told me it would take around 30 to 45 days to complete the recall. I called them several times, but they said they still hadn't gotten the part they needed. The months went by, and sometimes they would answer my calls, but other times they wouldn't. Finally, on August 17, 2022, they returned my car to me, 8 months after I first gave it to them. They didn't give it back to me in the clean and tidy condition that Audi always talks about. It was dirty, with leaves inside the engine, and the review mirror was falling apart. The worst part was that my tires were damaged from sitting for 8 months. The front rear tire on the driver's side had a knot, and the other 3 tires had cracks and looked like they were falling apart. It's not safe for me to drive the car with tires in this condition. I bought these tires in October , so there's no reason for them to be like this. I contacted Audi, and they said they would only replace one tire. This is not acceptable. They had my car for 8 months, and they should have taken better care of it.

Audi North Park I bought a car from Audi North Park in 2018

I bought a car from Audi North Park in 2018. I paid for 2 pre-paid maintenance services when I bought the car. I only drive the car 9,000 miles a year, so I only need a service once a year. When I went to get the car serviced for the first time in my city (Indianapolis), the service person told me that my next PREPAID service would expire in a few months. I called Audi corporate to complain about the salesperson not explaining that PREPAID services actually expire and my money would be wasted. Audi Corporate called and spoke to the used car sales manager, and Audi North Park agreed in writing to Audi Corporate to reimburse me for the next service since it would expire before I even needed to get the car serviced. I got my car serviced a few months ago (this service that is supposed to be reimbursed) and submitted my receipts, etc. to Audi Corporate as per the corporate rep's instructions. She would then get Audi North Park to reimburse me (I only went to corporate because this dealership is difficult to deal with and doesn't take responsibility for what they agree to do). Samantha was the rep at Audi Corporate. After I submitted my receipts and proof to Audi Corporate, the case was assigned to "Danielle". She has gone back and forth with Audi North Park many times to get me reimbursed for the service that they AGREED IN WRITING TO AUDI CORPORATE. Now, Audi North Park is saying that the service I had done is not the service they agreed to reimburse me for. This is ridiculous. Audi can determine how many times I've had the car serviced and when/what it was for, so it matches up with what they agreed to do.

Audi North Park We bought our 2015 Yukon in March and were told everything was checked and good to go

We bought our 2015 Yukon in March and were told everything was checked and good to go. We got a 3-month/3k miles warranty and also bought an extended warranty. But within the first week, we noticed the suspension was off. We called the warranty company and found out that only 1 out of 4 shocks were covered, so we had to replace all 4 shocks ourselves for over $1400. We also noticed that Audi North Park only replaced 1 front shock and didn't align the front end, which should have been done. On March 13th, we discovered a leaking pinion seal and a brake pedal recall that Audi didn't inform us about. Luckily, the extended warranty covered it, but we had to pay a $250 deductible for the $580 repair. In April, our back tail light needed fixing, but we did it ourselves to avoid the $800 cost of a new light. By May 13th, the engine light came on, so we took it to a GM dealer instead of Audi's service. They found a transmission sensor issue, a misfire, and both front ball joints needed replacing, all covered under warranty with another $250 deductible. On June 2nd, after paying $80 to rotate the tires, we were told they needed to be replaced because they were leaning at a 45-degree angle when off the car. We had to pay $1663 for new tires because they were bigger with a leveling kit. In less than 3 months of owning the car, we've paid almost $2500 out of pocket. The warranty we paid almost $4000 for has already paid for itself, as the total cost of repairs that should have been caught during the inspection is $6278.66 (plus $1000 for labor on shocks). When we were financing, we specifically mentioned our pre-approval from RBFCU and didn't want our credit hit again. But Audi North Park hit it again for RBFCU and then again when they found a better rate with SSFCU. Three credit hits for one car is unacceptable. Our car was never detailed properly, partly due to COVID starting the week we had scheduled for detailing. Our Yukon XL Denali will be going back to the GM dealer for a CV Axle check and potential replacement. Our previous 2011 Yukon XL Denali had 105k more miles than our current one, and we never had this many issues with it. I honestly feel that Audi missed obvious things. Thankfully, my husband insisted on the extended warranty, or we would be without a car right now due to the amount of issues and repair costs.
