Bought “5 star” hearing aids 3 MONTHS ago, assured all issues would be handled by mail. So far have had to send them back twice, taking 10 days to send, repair, return. Now left device has a broken human-hair size wire I was told I could fix myself. I’m 80, arthritis, mostly bed-ridden. They insist product be returned before it can actually be adjusted and/or repaired...less than 3 months. I cannot afford $2200 for hearing aids that are unusable for one month out of 3. I want full refund upon return of the whole mess.
