Dr. Kress messed up everything when she only needed to clean the gutters and replace the poly in my joint. She replaced the poly with a smaller one, which made my joint looser. The gutters are rubbing worse than before the surgery. She nicked a vein, causing a hematoma that required another surgery. She prescribed medication I can't take, and then, during the second surgery, she accidentally stuck herself with a needle.
I was forced to drive two hours to see my original surgeon. Because of her failures as a surgeon, I now have to have my ankle replaced again. Because of her, I can hardly walk; the pain is so great I can't sleep, and I will lose over half a year of mobility. To top it off, on my last visit to have stitches removed, she didn't even do me the courtesy of seeing me, not even a follow-up call.
