AuthenticWatches Review: Beware of Fake Watches and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with AuthenticWatches. I was really excited to get my hands on a Rolex Datejust2, and their website said it was 100% brand new. But when I finally got the watch, it was missing the clasp and didn't work at all. I took it to a local service center, and they told me that the watch had been polished by a third party and that some of the parts were fake.
I was pretty disappointed, to say the least. And when I tried to return the watch, they wanted to charge me for it! It's just not right, you know? I feel like they're scamming people left and right.
So if you're thinking about buying from AuthenticWatches, I'd say be careful. Maybe try to find a different seller, just to be safe. You don't want to end up with a fake watch like I did. Stay safe out there, folks.
AuthenticWatches: Poor Customer Service and Long Wait Times for Unavailable Products
I bought a watch band from AuthenticWatches and they said it would take 6 months to get to me. They took my money right away and then never said anything to me about the order again. After a whole year, I finally got in touch with them and they told me that the watch band was not available. I told them that was okay and asked for my money back. But they said they couldn't give me a refund, only a store credit to use on their website. I don't want to do business with them anymore and I don't want anything they have, especially after reading other people's reviews. So I wouldn't recommend giving them your money.
Terrible Experience with AuthenticWatches: $700 Restocking Fee for Defective Watch
I had a really bad experience with AuthenticWatches. I wanted to buy a watch for my husband's birthday and I found a great deal on their website. I ordered the watch and when it arrived, the band was too small for my husband's wrist. I never even got to wear it, but when I tried to return it, they charged me a $700 restocking fee!
They claimed that I had taken off and replaced stickers and scratched the band, but I never did any of that. I only had the watch out of the box for 15 minutes! I think the watch was sold and returned by a third party jeweler and they just passed it on to me. It's not fair that I had to pay for their mistake.
I really don't recommend buying from AuthenticWatches. They don't seem to care about their customers and they're not willing to work with you if there's a problem. Save yourself the trouble and find a different place to buy your watch.
Terrible Customer Service and Warranty Experience with AuthenticWatches
I bought a watch from AuthenticWatches about 5 years ago. Recently, I had to send it in for warranty service. They told me that it needed service and sent me a bill for $995. They said that they don't profit on service, but I wasn't going to pay that much for a service. I demanded my watch back, but they kept sending me the bill for days. I told them that I wasn't going to pay it and to return my watch. However, they still had my watch - an expensive Breitling.
I had previously bought another Breitling from them, which had a lifetime "worthless" warranty. I thought that was a good deal, but now I regret it. I would never deal with them again. You get what you pay for!
I was really frustrated with their service. They kept sending me the bill even though I had told them that I wasn't going to pay it. It took them weeks to return my watch, which was really annoying. I don't understand why it would take that long. They still had my watch, so why couldn't they just send it back to me?
Overall, I wouldn't recommend AuthenticWatches. Their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers. I wish I had never bought a watch from them in the first place.
AuthenticWatches Review: Disappointing Experience with Purchases and Customer Service
I recently purchased two Rolex watches from AuthenticWatches and unfortunately, my experience was not as smooth as I had hoped. The first watch I received had a Z serial number, indicating that it was made in 2006. However, when I contacted the company to inquire about it, they tried to tell me that it was a store display model. I found this hard to believe, as the watch had not been on display for 15 years. To make matters worse, I had to get the watch serviced right away, even though I had just received it. I did not send it back to AuthenticWatches for the service, as I did not want to deal with their customer service again.
The second watch I received had a minor scratch on it, which was disappointing. When I contacted the company about it, they told me that I needed extra links for my 8 inch wrist size. I paid $1,000 for the links, but only needed one, not four. When I asked to return the extra links, they refused. Eventually, they offered me $600 in store credit, but I decided to sell the links on eBay instead.
Throughout my interactions with AuthenticWatches, I found that many of the people I spoke with were no longer working there by the time I received my watches. Additionally, I had to do a wire transfer to pay for my purchase, which was not ideal.
Overall, my experience with AuthenticWatches was not as smooth as I had hoped. If you are considering purchasing from them, I would recommend asking lots of questions and being very clear about dates and other details.
Disappointed with AuthenticWatches: Poor Quality and Unfair Return Policy
I gotta say, I ain't too happy with AuthenticWatches. I thought I was getting a good deal on a new watch, but when it arrived, it wasn't even secured to its pillow and there was a loose tag from the buckle prong in the box. It looked like someone had already tried it on! So, I decided to return it.
I talked to some lady named Lauren at AuthenticWatches.com and she told me I was wrong. But I ain't no dummy, I know what I saw. I followed all the instructions for returning the watch and made sure it was packaged up real good. But when it got back to their place, they said it was scratched and they were keeping 20% of my money! They even sent me pictures of the scratches, but I think they were there before I got the watch.
I don't have no proof that they did anything wrong, but I'm pretty suspicious of them now. If I had checked out their online reviews before I bought from them, I probably wouldn't have done it. So, I regret doing business with them.
Terrible Experience with AuthenticWatches: Received Used Watch and Hit with Restocking Fee
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with AuthenticWatches. I was really excited to get my hands on a new Omega DeVille watch, but when I finally got the package and opened it up, I was super disappointed. The watch was obviously used! I mean, come on, where was the Omega outer box? Where were the papers and hang tag? And there weren't any protective stickers on the crystal, back of the case, or buckle. Every new Omega I've ever bought has had all of those things, but not this one. Instead, they sent me a used watch with some aftermarket wrap around the case. And to top it off, the case was scratched and the leather strap had one hole that was way bigger than the others, which was obviously the one that had been used before.
So, I called up customer service right away to complain, and they told me that they don't sell used watches. But I knew what I had received, and it definitely wasn't new. I returned it, but then they hit me with a $230 restocking fee! They said that I had returned a used watch, even though they had sent me a new one. Can you believe that? I was so frustrated and angry. When I tried to explain that I had received a used watch, they just told me that they had sent me a new one and essentially called me a liar. It was a total scam and a really terrible experience.
Now, I'm a watch collector and I've bought and sold plenty of watches on eBay with a 100% satisfaction rating. I'm an honest guy and I know what I'm talking about when it comes to watches. If you want to see the email exchange I had with AuthenticWatches, hit me up on Instagram. My handle is @clewatchguy. But honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from them. Stick to eBay or somewhere else where you know you can trust the seller.
AuthenticWatches Review: A Total Rip-Off and Disappointment
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with AuthenticWatches. I was looking to buy an Omega watch and stumbled upon their website. At first glance, everything seemed legit. They had a picture of the watch I wanted and a description that seemed to match what I was looking for. So, I went ahead and made the purchase.
But boy, was I in for a surprise when I received the watch. First of all, it wasn't what I expected at all. The picture on the website didn't show the bottom of the watch, which was a battery-operated model (old model). And secondly, the watch was defective. The crown didn't work and even came out too far. I was pretty upset about it.
To make matters worse, their customer service was non-existent. When I contacted them about the issue, they made me pay for the return shipping and even deducted 10% for restocking, even though I didn't even open or use the watch. It was a total rip-off.
I decided to take the watch to an Omega store to check its authenticity and performance. And guess what? The retailer told me that it was a defective product and that AuthenticWatches should have provided us with the correct information. They also mentioned that the website and picture didn't mention anything about the battery-operated model.
I even spoke with their manager and tried to explain that when people are paying a few thousand dollars for their purchase, they expect accuracy and authenticity. But he was so rude and unhelpful. He basically told me that it wasn't their responsibility.
Overall, I'm really disappointed with AuthenticWatches. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you're looking for a good watch, go to a reputable dealer instead. Don't waste your time and money on this website. I've attached some photos for reference, so you can see for yourself how different their watch is from the exact watch from Omega and our own watch.
AuthenticWatches Review: Good Prices, Pushy Salesmen, and Restocking Fees
I recently purchased a watch from AuthenticWatches and I must say, the prices were really good. However, I cannot confirm if the watch is authentic as I have not had it serviced by a certified dealer yet. I had a bad experience with a different dealer in the past where I purchased a Rolex and when I sent it in for service, I was informed that it had been altered and they could not service it. This left me with a useless watch that I could not get fixed. So, I was naturally concerned about the authenticity of my Omega watch from AuthenticWatches.
I asked a lot of questions to verify that the watch was indeed an Omega watch and had not been altered. I have not taken the watch to be serviced yet, so I will not know for a few years if it has been altered. However, I did feel that the price I paid for the watch was very fair. I did have to return the first watch I purchased and I was not aware that a watch over $5000 is subject to a restocking fee. The salesman was very pushy and I ended up spending more to get the watch I wanted. I wish I had read the small print before making the purchase.
The salesman's job is to sell the watch and they definitely push very hard for you to buy a watch. If you are returning it, they push extremely hard for you to exchange and not refund. I did not appreciate the salesmen pushing me so hard to make a purchase. I was shocked to find out that they would not refund for a watch over $5000. So, when they brag in big print that there are no restocking charges, there are actually 5% which is $500 at least.
If the watch turns out to be authentic, I would purchase again and recommend them for the cautious assertive buyer. However, I am considering taking the watch to an Omega service counter and having it inspected for authenticity. If it turns out that it has been altered and is not authentic and/or they will not service it because it has been altered, I will without a doubt report the company to the Better Business Bureau. I noticed that there are 37 complaints about AuthenticWatches to the Better Business Bureau.
Overall, I would say that AuthenticWatches has good prices, but be aware of the restocking fee and the pushy salesmen. Make sure to read the small print before making a purchase.
Disappointing Experience with AuthenticWatches: Lack of Effort and Customer Service
I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out by my experience with AuthenticWatches. I mean, I've been in sales for a hot minute, and I was shocked by how little effort they put in to try and make a deal with me. I submitted a trade request, hoping to do a trade plus cash, and the response I got was basically "nah, we can't do that." Like, come on guys, at least try to work with me here.
I was really detailed in my description of the watches I wanted to trade, but all I got back was a one-sentence email. It felt like they just didn't care about me as a customer. And honestly, if they're not willing to put in the effort to make a sale, why should I bother giving them my business?
I get that they deal in luxury watches, but my experience was anything but luxurious. It felt more like I was dealing with a pawn shop than a high-end retailer. And don't even get me started on the fact that they didn't seem to understand what "asking price" means. Like, seriously?
If AuthenticWatches wants to step up their game, they need to hire some salespeople who actually care about making a sale. It's not that hard to pick up the phone and ask a few questions to try and find a way to make a deal. And honestly, with all the time and money they spend trying to find customers, you'd think they'd be a little more willing to put in the effort to keep them.
Overall, I was really disappointed by my experience with AuthenticWatches. If you're looking for a luxury watch retailer that actually cares about their customers, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

AuthenticWatches: Legit Source for High-End Watches at Reasonable Prices
that AuthenticWatches is the real deal. They got the goods and they got the prices to match. I was skeptical at first, but after doing some research, I found out that they are legit. I ordered a Rolex from them and it came in perfect condition. The shipping was fast and the customer service was great. I would definitely recommend AuthenticWatches to anyone looking for a high-end watch at a reasonable price. They got the goods and they got the prices to match.
AuthenticWatches Review: Shady Characters and Bad Experience - Stay Away!
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with AuthenticWatches. They just seemed like a bunch of shady characters to me. I mean, I don't wanna be too harsh, but I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them.
I did some research on Yelp, and it seems like I'm not the only one who feels this way. There are a lot of negative reviews on there, and honestly, I don't blame those people one bit. I think the positive reviews on there are probably fake, to be honest.
I don't wanna get too into the details, but let's just say that I had some issues with the watch I bought from them. It wasn't what I was expecting, and when I tried to return it, they gave me the runaround. It was a real pain in the you-know-what.
So yeah, I would definitely recommend staying away from AuthenticWatches. There are plenty of other places to buy watches from, and I think you'll be much happier if you go somewhere else.
AuthenticWatches.com: A Disappointing Rip-Off Company - My Experience
So, I put down a deposit of 3 grand on AuthenticWatches.com. They told me to wait for 3 months, and I was like, "Okay, cool." But then, they sent me an email, and it went straight to my junk mail. I didn't even know they sent it! And then, they went and cancelled my order! What the heck, man? And to top it off, they won't even give me my money back! And, get this, they raised the price on the watch I wanted! What kind of rip off company is this? I called them up on the exact day that the 3 months were up, and they still wouldn't do anything for me. I'm so disappointed and angry. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Disappointing Experience with AuthenticWatches: Terrible Customer Service and Frustration
So, I was thinking of buying a watch from AuthenticWatches, but man, was I disappointed! It was a total disaster. I mean, I was really hoping for a good experience, but it turned out to be a complete nightmare. I don't think I'll ever shop there again. The customer service was just terrible. I mean, come on, guys! You gotta do better than that! I wasted so much time dealing with them, and it was just not worth it. I'm really disappointed, to be honest. I was hoping for a great watch at a great price, but instead, I got a headache and a lot of frustration. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Trust me, it's not worth it.
AuthenticWatches: Buyer Beware - Dishonest Return Policy and Fees
So, I bought a watch from AuthenticWatches and it didn't work when I got it from Amazon. I had to send it back and they said they'd give me most of my money back, but they only gave me half! They said there was some kind of fee they had to charge me for "restocking" it, but that's just a bunch of baloney. They straight up lied to me and I'm never buying from them again. Don't make the same mistake I did, stay away from AuthenticWatches.
AuthenticWatches Review: Sketchy Returns and Questionable Quality Control
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with AuthenticWatches. I mean, don't get me wrong, they've got some pretty sweet watches on their site, but man, they really dropped the ball on a few things.
First of all, let's talk about returns. Now, I get it, sometimes you gotta send stuff back. But these guys charge you at least 50 bucks just to do it! And get this, even if it's not your fault! I mean, come on, that's just not cool.
But that's not even the worst part. I ordered a watch from them that was supposed to be brand new, but when it arrived, the box was all messed up. Like, seriously, it looked like it had been through a war or something. And to top it off, there was no paperwork from the watchmaker. Like, where did they even get this thing?
Honestly, it all just seems a little sketchy to me. I mean, I know they've got a good reputation and all, but I just can't shake the feeling that something's not quite right. And when they charge you for shipping, but the shipping didn't even cost that much, it just makes you wonder what they're really charging you for.
So yeah, I don't know if I'd recommend AuthenticWatches to anyone. I mean, sure, they've got some nice watches, but with all the issues I had, I just don't think it's worth the risk.
Disappointing Experience with Authentic Watches: No Rolex Warranty & Faulty Watch
I gotta say, I had a bit of a rough time with Authentic Watches. I was hoping to get a good deal on a Rolex, but it turns out that they don't come with a warranty from Rolex themselves. That means that if you ever want to sell it, you're not gonna get much for it. I tried to sell it back to Authentic Watches within a year, but I never heard back from them.
To make matters worse, the watch I got didn't even keep time properly! I had to take it to a Rolex dealer to get it fixed, which was a real pain in the butt. And honestly, the prices at Authentic Watches are way too high for what you're getting. If you're really set on getting a Rolex, I'd recommend just being patient and waiting until you can get a new one directly from Rolex. At least then you'll have a warranty that's actually worth something.
Unreliable Customer Service: My Experience with AuthenticWatches
So, I had a bit of a problem with AuthenticWatches. I ordered a watch through Amazon Pay, but Amazon cancelled the order on the same day and sent me an email to let me know. But then, AuthenticWatches went ahead and shipped the watch anyway! And they expected me to pay all these extra fees for duties, taxes, returns, and stocking. What a mess!
I tried to tell them that Amazon had cancelled the order, but they didn't seem to care. They just kept pushing me to buy the watch anyway. I was really disappointed with their customer service. It just wasn't professional at all. And I don't even think they're supported by Amazon Pay, which is a bit sketchy if you ask me.
So, if you're thinking about buying from AuthenticWatches, just be careful. They might not be the most reliable company out there.
Disappointing Experience with AuthenticWatches: Poor Price Matching, Hidden Fees, and Unhelpful Customer Service
I gotta say, I was pretty let down by AuthenticWatches. I tried to get them to match the prices of a couple other sellers, but Susan told me they only match based on "value." What a bunch of baloney! And get this - I paid for my watch online using Amazon pay, but then they wouldn't send it to me because they only take bank wires for anything over $10,000. They don't wanna pay those American Express fees, I guess. So basically, they're not being upfront about the real cost of their stuff. And don't even get me started on their customer service - it's like they don't even care! I'm definitely not gonna give them any more of my business.
Bullying and unethical behavior
Total disappointment! I ordered a watch in October 2020 and was not informed that they did not have the model in stock. After correspondence they asked for a down payment which I sent by bank transfer. I was informed to wait 3 months. After 3 months after I asked what was going on I was informed that I would receive soon. Again correspondence and always on my initiative and in the end they admitted that they could not deliver my order. To this day I am waiting for a refund when their response is that they do not compensate for the mental anguish which caused me and will not reimburse me for the expenses which the bank owes me!In their impudence to this day advertise for sale the watch model I wanted and even though I commented to them then I was told it would be updated and the refund could not be sent because of "strong winds" in their environment ?!AuthenticWatches' answers are always very polite but they are empty and unreliable! I'm still waiting to get my money! At least!
Desired outcome: Reimbursement of down payment and expenses. Compensation for emotional distress and apology.
rolex 126600
These people were a total disappointment! They did not price match 2 vendors I provided and Susan stated they price match based on "value". BS after BS. I paid for my watch online through Amazon pay on their website then they refuse to send the watch because they require bank wires for amounts greater than $10, 000. They do not want to pay American Express fees. Therefore there misrepresenting the price of the product. Customer service is of no concern to them. I will not do business with these people ever again
watch purchase - false list price
I just got off the carnival magic where I was happy to purchase a invicta pro diver men's automatic 40mm stainless steel case black dial - model 8926 that retailed for $489 and I paid $150. I came home to check the price at invicta and this watch was never $498 it retails for $189.00 and sells for 90.72 I feel cheated and after a good experience on my first cruise with carnival and now have bad impression of your cruise line. This is a deceitful practice and should be stopped immediately! https://invictastores.com/collections/invicta-pro-diver-men-s-automatic-40mm-stainless-steel-case-black-dial-model-8926
can't cancel my order!
I've ordered a watch from www.authenticwatches.com company and about 10 minutes later I decided to cancel my order, because I found a better deal on another website.
So I contacted AuthenticWatches customer service and asked them to cancel my order. They said that in order to cancel it I need to pay a restocking fee! Are you kidding me? I contacted them 10 minutes after I made my order and they already asked me to pay! They said that my order was already in process. What a joke! Of course I did not believe them and demanded my money back. They said that there was nothing they could do and that actually was the end of our so called conversation. Terrible!
double charge and no reply from the seller
I bought ORIS watch from the website www.authenticwatches.com, but the company turned out to be total scam. The seller never sent my ordered watch, so I sent several emails and asked about the status of my order. Later I found out that he charged my card twice. I sent more emails, but no answer from them. I fed up with their silence. So I wanted to open a case against this seller, please leave comments if you haven't received your purchase.
Authenticwatches.com website is a SCAM. It does not a matter of selling counterfeit or faulty products. The 'seller' just takes your money and blocks your emails. I really hope something happens so no one else gets hurt.
