Disappointing Experience with JewelryRoom: Slow Shipping and Lack of Transparency
I gotta say, my experience with JewelryRoom wasn't the best. I mean, they're quick to take your money, but when it comes to actually sending your stuff, they're as slow as a snail. I've sent them a bunch of messages asking where my stuff is, and all they ever tell me is that they're waiting for the New York postal service to ship it. But when I tried to look up the shipping company they use, I couldn't find anything. It's pretty frustrating, to be honest. I just want my stuff!
JewelryRoom Review: Disappointing Quality and Fraudulent Practices
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with JewelryRoom. I mean, I spent a ton of money on what I thought was some high-quality bling, only to find out that it was all fake! And to make matters worse, the stuff started peeling off after just a few weeks. I mean, come on!
The worst part is that I didn't even realize my mistake until after the transaction was already done and the cheap pieces had already made their way to my doorstep. I tried calling and returning the jewelry, but I haven't heard a peep from them in over two years. It's like they just took my money and ran.
Honestly, it's just really frustrating to deal with such a fraudulent organization. I mean, I trusted them to provide me with quality jewelry, and instead I got ripped off. It's just not right.
So yeah, if you're thinking about buying from JewelryRoom, I'd definitely think twice. Don't make the same mistake I did and end up with a bunch of fake jewelry that falls apart in no time. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Beware of JewelryRoom.com: My Experience with a Scam Company
So, I had some trouble with JewelryRoom (or RTOVERSEAS INC, as they seem to be known). I ordered some items and they never arrived, so I got in touch with the company. They sent me a package, but when it arrived it was open and there was nothing inside! I have a video of me opening the package and everything. It's really frustrating because I have a locked mailbox, so I don't know how someone could have taken the items out without a key.
I did some research and found out that JewelryRoom.com isn't even listed as a business with the Better Business Bureau. That's not a good sign. I decided to file complaints with the BBB, the USPS Inspector General, and the FTC. I think it's important to take action when you've been scammed, so I encourage anyone else who's had trouble with JewelryRoom.com to do the same.
Honestly, I think this company has taken a lot of money from people. It's not fair that they can get away with this kind of thing. I hope that by speaking out, I can help prevent others from falling victim to their scams.
JewelryRoom's Ring: A Durable and Low-Maintenance Gem
I gotta say, I've been rockin' this ring from JewelryRoom for a hot minute now, and it's held up like a champ. I ain't gotta worry 'bout losing it or messin' it up 'cause it's made to last. I work with some heavy-duty tools, and this ring only got a few scratches on it. Ain't none of the stones fallen out, and it ain't tarnished or bent. I don't even take it off when I'm doin' dishes or takin' a shower. And get this, I ain't even cleaned it with no fancy jewelry cleaner or nothin', just some good ol' dish water and soap. This ring is the real deal, y'all.
JewelryRoom Review: Cheap Prices, Terrible Quality, and No Returns Policy - A Rip Off!
The website, JewelryRoom (jewelryroom.com), has some pretty good looking pictures of their products. However, the prices are so cheap that it makes you wonder if there's a catch. Well, there is. The stock is terrible. I ordered a ring for $200us and waited 8 long weeks for it to arrive. When it finally did, I was disappointed to find out that it was shipped all the way from Hong Kong. Upon opening the parcel, I was even more disappointed to find out that the ring was terrible. It was of terrible quality and looked cheap, like something you would find in a kids' jewelry store. The worst part is that there are no returns details on the website, and there isn't even a "contact us" page. This is a huge red flag, and I would advise anyone considering buying from this website to be very cautious. It's a rip off! I can only assume that all the positive reviews on the website are fake. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase and would not recommend this website to anyone.
Disappointing Experience with JewelryRoom: Poor Quality and Unreliable Customer Service
I recently had a bad experience with JewelryRoom and I would not recommend purchasing from this site. I won an auction for a 1.06 carat blue diamond ring, but when it arrived, it was less than half the size and of very poor quality. I was disappointed and frustrated after waiting for 8 weeks for the wrong ring to arrive.
When I contacted customer service, Tina was the representative who assisted me. She promised to organize a refund for me and told me to keep the ring I received, even though I knew I wouldn't wear it. However, after I agreed to this, Tina changed her mind and asked me to return the ring in order to receive my refund. The cost of returning the ring would be over $100 NZD, which is a significant amount of money for me.
I am still waiting for my refund and I hope to receive it soon. I want to warn others not to get sucked in by JewelryRoom's auctions and promises. The quality of the products is not guaranteed and the customer service is not reliable. I will update my feedback once I receive my refund, but for now, I would advise others to shop elsewhere for their jewelry needs.
JewelryRoom Review: Poor Quality and Misleading Products - Don't Get Scammed!
I recently made a purchase on JewelryRoom and unfortunately, it did not go as planned. I had bought two pairs of earrings for my daughter, but she lost them on her first time wearing them. The backs were so loose that they wouldn't stay on. I was really disappointed because I had spent a good amount of money on them.
To make matters worse, I also purchased a ring for over $300, and it took over two months to arrive. When it finally did arrive, I was shocked to find out that it was not the same ring that I had bid on. It was similar, but not the exact ring. I could tell that it was not real and looked very cheaply made. Even though it said it was 18k gold, there were holes and scratches on it, making it look like it was just plated. The "diamonds" were also super tiny, and I doubt that they were even real. The color of the main stone was also not what I had expected. It was a total rip-off, and I was really angry about it.
I would not recommend JewelryRoom to anyone. Don't get scammed like I did.
Buyer Beware: My Frustrating Experience with JewelryRoom's Refund Process
I recently made a purchase from JewelryRoom, an online jewelry store that offers a wide variety of beautiful pieces. I was excited to receive my order, which was a stunning emerald ring that I had been eyeing for quite some time. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I received my package after waiting for 5.5 weeks, only to find that the emerald was a milky lime green color that was not at all what I had expected.
I immediately contacted customer service to inquire about returning the ring and was relieved to hear that it would not be a problem. I followed their instructions and enclosed a copy of my invoice and the customer service email, and then mailed the package back to them using USPS. The package was delivered to them on June 29th, and I patiently waited for my refund to be processed.
However, after 29 days had passed and I still had not received my refund, I began to grow frustrated. When I contacted customer service to inquire about the status of my refund, I was told that it had to be confirmed by their shipment department before it could be processed. When I asked how long this would take or requested to speak with a supervisor, I received no response.
I have since sent them proof of my return and delivery, but they continue to refuse to refund my money. I am at my wits' end and do not know what to do. I have considered reaching out to my local news station for assistance in getting my money back, as well as contacting the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, and the State Attorney General's Office of Hawaii for unfair business practices.
It is frustrating to have to go to such lengths to receive an approved refund, and I caution other buyers to be careful when making purchases from JewelryRoom. If you receive something that you do not like or that is incorrect, be prepared for a difficult and lengthy process to get your money back.

JewelryRoom Review: Fraudulent Site That Took My Money and Never Delivered My Order
So, I was looking for some new bling and stumbled upon JewelryRoom. I decided to take a chance and ordered a pair of citrine earrings. Unfortunately, I never received them! They took my money and ran. To make matters worse, they transferred me to another store without giving me the name or phone number of the new store. What a bunch of frauds! I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.
JewelryRoom.com Review: Stay Away from this Scam Website!
This website ain't worth your time, folks. The descriptions of the products are all messed up and ain't even close to what you get. They're just trying to scam you out of your hard-earned cash. Don't even think about buying anything from here. And to top it off, the products come all the way from Hong Kong and ain't even authentic. What a rip-off! Save yourself the trouble and stay away from JewelryRoom.com.
Disappointing Experience with JewelryRoom: Dishonest and Unresponsive
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with JewelryRoom. I paid for some jewelry that I won in an auction, but they never sent it to me! And when I tried to reach out to them through the BBB, they didn't even bother to respond. Talk about shady!
If you're thinking about buying from JewelryRoom, I'd definitely recommend using PayPal. That way, if they try to pull a fast one on you like they did with me, you can at least get your money back.
All in all, I'd say this is a pretty horrible company. They're dishonest and clearly don't care about their customers. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

Warning: Do Not Buy Jewelry from this Scam Website Based in Hong Kong
I've been waiting for my jewelry to arrive for 3 whole weeks now. I won 4 pieces and paid a total of $400, but it still hasn't been shipped. I'm starting to get really frustrated and I just want my money back at this point.
Honestly, I'm really disappointed with this website. It's a total scam! They claim to be from Hawaii, but it turns out they're actually based in Hong Kong. I feel like I've been completely ripped off and I'm really angry about it.
I would definitely not recommend this site to anyone. They're just a bunch of scammers trying to take advantage of people. If you're thinking about buying jewelry from them, don't waste your time or money. You'll just end up getting ripped off like I did.
JewelryRoom Review: False Advertising and Cheap Knockoffs
So, I ordered this bracelet from JewelryRoom and was pretty excited to get it. But when it arrived, I was so disappointed. It wasn't what I ordered at all! Instead of the genuine amber stone bracelet I was supposed to get, I got a cheap piece of yellow glass. And get this, it had a 'fashion jewelry' tag from China! What a ripoff! I mean, I was supposed to get 18K gold plated over sterling silver, but it was all a lie. These people are liars! I'm so mad right now. I mean, I could have gotten something better from a dollar store. Don't waste your money on these people. They're just going to send you some cheap knockoff.
False Advertising and Overpriced Products: My Disappointing Experience with JewelryRoom
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at JewelryRoom. I shelled out a whopping $80USD for a Tens machine that looked just like the one in the picture. But when it arrived, I was shocked to find out that I could have gotten the same thing for a measly $19.00 on EBAY! Talk about false advertising. The description was totally off, and the estimated price was way too high. I mean, come on, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, right? I feel like I got totally ripped off, and it's just not right. JewelryRoom, you should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of people like this.
Disappointing Experience at JewelryRoom: Terrible Service, Misleading Items, and Sketchy Bidding Process
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at JewelryRoom. I mean, I've shopped at a lot of online stores before, but this one really takes the cake. Honestly, I think they should just shut the whole thing down.
First of all, the service was just terrible. I tried emailing them a few times, but they never got back to me. And when I tried calling, the number didn't even work anymore. It's like they just disappeared off the face of the earth or something.
And don't even get me started on the items themselves. They were nothing like what was described on the website. I mean, I know that sometimes things can look a little different in person, but this was just ridiculous. It was like they were trying to trick people into buying something that wasn't even real.
And then there's the bidding process. I don't know if it was just me, but it seemed like the information was totally fake. Like they were just making up numbers to try and get people to bid more. It was really sketchy.
Honestly, I think the owner of this place should be held accountable for all of this. It's just not right to treat customers like this. So if you're thinking about buying something from JewelryRoom, I would definitely think twice. Trust me, you don't want to end up regretting it like I did.
Deceptive and Overpriced: My Experience with Estate Jewelry Liquidators
This website is not good at all. They say they sell jewelry and gems from estates and liquidations, but it's all just cheap stuff made in Thailand and India. They even use pictures that aren't even of the actual item you're bidding on. It's really dishonest and misleading. Plus, the shipping and handling fees are way too high. It's really not worth it to buy from this site.
Mixed Bag: My Experience with JewelryRoom.com - Cheap Prices, Poor Communication and Slow Delivery
So, I recently checked out JewelryRoom (jewelryroom.com) and let me tell you, it's a mixed bag. On one hand, their prices are definitely on the lower end of the spectrum, which is great if you're on a budget. However, as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for" and unfortunately, this seems to be the case with this company.
First off, their communication skills could use some work. I tried reaching out to them a few times with some questions and all I got were some standard, scripted answers that didn't really address my concerns. It's always frustrating when you feel like you're not being heard or taken seriously as a customer.
Another issue I had was with their delivery time. They claim on their website that they have a fast and reliable shipping process, but in reality, it took much longer than I expected to receive my order. This can be a real problem if you're buying something for a special occasion or if you just don't want to wait around for weeks on end.
All in all, I would say that JewelryRoom is definitely a cheap option, but you should be aware that you might be sacrificing quality and customer service in the process. If you're willing to take that risk, then go for it, but if you're looking for a more reliable and trustworthy company, you might want to look elsewhere.
Mixed Feelings about JewelryRoom: Fast Shipping but Low Quality and Uncertain Authenticity
So, I got a couple of things from JewelryRoom and I gotta say, they came pretty fast. But, I'm not too sure if the gold is real or not, haven't had a chance to check it out yet. The ring I got is kinda thin and not the best quality, if you know what I mean. And the pendant with the "diamond" is so small, like seriously tiny.
If you're thinking about getting something from them, just make sure you check the weight they say it is. It's always pretty low, so just be careful.
Honestly, I don't think I'll be buying from them again. The quality just isn't up to par for me.

Missing rings, 14 since January 1/17/22
I started ordering from the jewelry room.com in January on the 17th 2022. I had a lot of fun bidding on the site. However, it was under the assumption per the jewelry room that I would receive my orders in 3-5 days which did not happen. I contacted the company and was told 6-8 weeks. So I trusted them and continued to order from them, continuing to contact them after a few weeks of the orders I placed. I have received some of my orders completely and others were partial orders requiring transportation from another store. I now have 9 open invoices of around $1400 worth of rings the company owes me, equalling 14 rings! I have contacted them over and over again and have been told they are waiting for New York shipment or they would have the shipping dept get my orders shipped. I've gotten upset, I have contacted the site several times a week with nothing being done on my missing rings they owe me. I would love to continue to do business with this company but I quit bidding on their site because they have so much of my money right now. I feel like I have been robbed. I am a middle class American that means that $1400 is alot of money to spend and not receiving my orders. I've asked to speak to a manager, I even said that I would cancel payment if they didn't send my jewelry. I have no real answers from this company and they will not give me a timeframe on when to expect my missing jewelry to be shipped to me. I am very frustrated and don't know what to do at this point. It would be great just to get my jewelry or at least be offered a refund I haven't gotten either one. I researched a sister store of theirs and found they have several of these rings I have not received for sale on their site AND found they are the same store! Wholesale kings.com and jewelry room.com are at the same address! I just want my jewelry sent to me, which is not much to ask. This is very bad Business on part of the jewelry room.
Desired outcome: I just want my missing items jewelry on my invoices sent to me all 14 rings owed to me. I have record of everything I paid for and have not received!
1/2 ct diamond moissanite & diamond 14kt sold gold wedding ring
Purchased this on 2/3/22 for winning bid of $100.00 i have repeatedly asked for the status of this item and no one has replied except to say it is being reviewed. I have then asked for a refund and no reply at all.
Received two other rings that were bid on and purchased at the same time. Cannot get anyone to tell me what is the status of my ring. Please advise
Desired outcome: REFUND OR RING
dollars.
I went into their website checking out jewelry. Bidded a few times. I lost to higher bidders, then they started sending emails that I won over $3000. I had deleted items from watch list and next thing I'm receiving messages of $3000 plus dollars.
There were some items I deleted interest in. This company has postings throughout sites as fake, misrepresentative and fraudulent.
All over the internet people claiming are jewelry sent and not what they ordered. Complaints of not receiving products, refunds and misrepresented products delivered. Other people claim they had products to purchase that they never bid on.
I am not paying this website.
Desired outcome: Not paying them
Purchase pending payment
I am trying to pay for items I purchased. When I first visited your site it noted that payment by check was an option; however, when I tried to pay you did not provide a secured option (no option) to pay by check. I don't have credit card or PayPal. Auction #s 604378 and 606746 are two of the four items I want to pay for by check
Desired outcome: Pay by check
Untraceable parcel
I won bids for a bracelet and a pendant in mid July and paid for them but I can hardly trace their whereabouts, and having read the reviews I'm so disappointed about whether I'll receive a fake or an authentic jewelry. My parcel number is ARAMEX [protected].

I was going to purchase an auction I won and in the middle of the check it process it changed my billing info to Afghanistan. I thought that was strange so I hit the back button to go to previous page and my billing info under country said Afghanistan. So I opened another tab went to website to look for contact info or chat room or something to talk with someone and there was no info at all. I immediately went and did a search in web and found tons of complaints and fraud issues including rheu better business bureau. So I went back to website where I was still on the review payment info page and still had not hit submit payment. So I closed the tab and was trying to find another way to contact the company when I re received a few of us alert text saying payment authorized possible fraud. I called my bank and the company tried tout pa yiu mentioned they not once but twice. Now I have to cancel my card and file a fraud complaint to try and get my money back. I never even hit the confirm payment button
Desired outcome: I want my money back and do not want company to do this to anyone else
